People dropping stolen cars off in the parking lot. A/C didn't work only the fan mode. Shower didn't work, the pipes were about to burst in the wall. Floors weren't cleaned in who knows how long. Drug baggies under the bed along with a used snotty tissue. If your reading this review, have some self respect and find somewhere else. Anywhere else.

We are on vacation and we were both very tired. We saw a motel 6 and went in. The manager at the front desk was very polite and courteous. We were given a room which was very nice. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. Everything was as I expected for motel 6.

This is the best Motel 6 in San bernardino and one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They always tried to find the best rates during my 2 week stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff came by every day making sure we had clean towels. This hotel is also pet friendly. The grounds are well kept and the pool is operational. Two thumbs up.

The rooms were clean, the people who clean the rooms were friendly and courteous. The pet area was well kept. He staff at the front desk were very helpful especially Ian, who went out of hios way to make our stay great, With his help and evfvort we were able to stay there an additional 4 days. Thanks IAN.

The staff is very nice and the rooms are clean also the sicurity is always doing there job I travel by myself with 3boys 5y4y&3y and we feel safe here also you can't bet the rates.

What time I check in it was very well taken care of Diane who was the housekeeper of my room did a fantastic job I have no complaints and yes I would always recommend them to somebody else even the people at the counter when we checked in at a few pick up with my key card no problem they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and yes I do recommend where you keep the lights on to everybody.

Office staff are wonderful. I love motel 6 my only concern is … housekeeping seriously needs retraining and a better understanding of cleanliness… the headhouse keeper isn't doing her checks to insure the rooms awe are to g6 motel 6 standard…

Worse places for families. The night guy easy to talk to. And probably the best worker there.

We had a great time! The staff was able to add a extra guest for us and provided extra towels and were so polite. We will stay here again!

I love to stay here. Vanessa is the one of the greatest representatives they have. Always polite and eager to assist.

Initially made reservation over the phone the clerk told me she needed a card for info but would not charge it. When I arrived I waited 30 mins at office to get room they informed me they charged the card and would not remedy the situation. They needed identification from every one in the room. My wife arrived later at midnight and went straight to bed. We woke up at 3am to her car being towed. The rooms were filthy there was all kinds of activity and drug dealing in the parking lot. My work requires me to travel so I stay in a lot of hotels this was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at and I frequent the cheapest dirtiest hotels in the country. Some one should be fired this hotel is disgusting and the clerk was rude as possible. She looked over worked and under staffed in her defense. I wouldn't stay in this hotel even if it was free. Sorry for the negative feed back but it was earned. The water pressure in the shower was a joke and was condom wrappers behind the bedside dresser.

No cups or stepout mats were provided and you were expected to go down to the office to collect any items that should have been provided tn the room from the get-go. There were glitter and glue from crafts about the room's floor and tables. It is sad that after this bright and smart remodel that people would not respect the environment, nor the staff attempt to upkeep it. I had a good night's sleep in the comfotable bed, it was quiet and the night attendant was very helpful with wireless connectivity issues.

I'm giving it 2 starts because it's so basic. Most Motel 6 locations are, but this one REALLY was. Room was clean, not special, but clean. The bed was okay… not overly comfy, but I slept well enough. At least no evidence of bed bugs and I checked it thoroughly! Water pressure was BAD, like the toilet didn't even fully flush, and the AC/heater didn't work properly. Noisy location so expect to not sleep in. But for a last minute place, right off the freeway when you're to tired to keep driving (we checked in at midnight) this place gives you what you need. The best part was front desk and security. Helpful, kind, efficient, professional. At least the staff makes you feel like you're staying at a 5 star resort.

Very poor attention I stayed for 3 days and did not clean in 2 rooms did not change towels and the sheets asked management Q they did and Q change the pillow and also did not bed.

Sorry I can't leave a rating, water pressure was very low it took 40 minutes to shower, the AC/heater didn't work. To top it off there's roaches, I'd think after $180 for 2night I'd have a heater that worked and decent water pressure. Hell the bed I can overlook, but that's hard to do when you're cold. 2 thumbs down from my lady and I.

Hotel didn't offer a half day check out option. Rooms were nice though. Good for festivals at NOS.

From the minute I walked through the front office door, I was treated with respect, in a professional manor but also with genuine compassion. I say compassion because the reason I was in need of a hotel room, 2 nights before that my dad had a massive stroke and was in ICU at Loma Linda Hospital, when I told the Lady at the front desk this she was very comforting and that actually help turn my attitude around in a good way.

Couldn't ask for a better experience and the price was right where I needed it to be. Housekeeping was top notch and service was best. I'll return again.

We traveled to town to spend time with family and originally booked the hotel for the whole weekend. We only stayed one night and the only reason we stayed that one night at all is because it was late and we had a very tired 7 year old. There were burn marks on the blankets. The room was "non smoking" but smelled like an ash tray. The floor of the shower was so cracked we didn't even want to take showers there in fear that we would cut up our feet. Needless to say as soon as we woke up I was at the office requesting a refund for the second night and opted to spend the night on a couch rather than stay another night for almost $100 more. I did appreciate that they didn't hassle me about getting the refund though. Although that just made me think that it's not the first time that that has happened for them. I also definitely understand that you get what you pay for but I've stayed at cleaner hotels for roughly the same price. An out dated hotel that is clean is one thing, this motel 6 is definitely not that.

The house keeper didn't understand me very well I told her to change the sheets and leave the towels but she took the towels and I had to keep asking for more but the overall stay was pretty good probably needs more TV channels and maybe a mini fridge in the room to put drinks and perishable items or at least a mini microwave.

I was visitor friends. It was not very clean per better than other places.

The manager Erica locked me out of my room and my dogs were inside and refused to let me back in after walking to the dumpster, she told me I couldn't stay another night although it's paid for in advance and when I confronted her about the roaches and bedbugs she refused to refund my money and said that I left my dogs alone all day. I literally stayed at the motel without leaving once. I'm reporting them and specifically her to the better business bureau and health inspector through San Bernardino public health department. The manager said to my face and I have it recorded on my phone that she did not care that their are roaches or bedbugs. So beware while staying here you'd be better off at the holiday inn down the street. Also they refused to switch room when people kept trying to break into mine. I have my mother in laws ashes in my room and did not want anyone in here with her and all my belongings and the manager still sent people in to the room every other hour.

One major issue … I was told when I booked the room through central reservations that the total would be $115.16. When I checked I was told the same thing and used my AMEX to pay. I later discovered that in addition to the $115.16 the hotel added what they could for "incidentals" which were never communicated to myself either in writing or verbally. The additional amount wiped out the balance on my account. This caused me some embarrassment later the next day when I went to use my card and it was declined. Thank goodness I had enough cash to pay for my meal. No where is there signage regarding the additional amount to be "held". No one verbally told me this either. When I asked the manager about this at check out her response was, " this happens and should drop off in a day or so". My understanding regarding the use of debit/credit cards is that the hotel/motel must place either the information regarding deposits/incidentals in a place where the guest can see it or it must be on form that the guest would sign acknowledging that they are aware of this happening. I have no problem with deposit/incidental fees, however you must notify me of that practice so that if I wish to use cash for that amount it is my option to do so. These are the only policies mentions when you book the reservation through central reservations … Guarantee Policy Reservations made through the Motel 6 website must be held for late arrival by an accepted type of guarantee.

Booking-great. Greeting&Sign In-excellent (Ian I believe was his name-valuable employee, knows what the hotel industry needs). Room-good-clean (cigarette burn in spread) really appreciate the fridge&Micro. Bathroom-a disaster. Red=Hot but water was ice cold. Blue=cold but water was boiling hot. Our vacation home in Baja had this type of installation and is pretty much standard in Mexico but some American & European visitor may get scalded. I wanted a hot bath. Ran the water and went to get in. Tub full of freezing water (wasted). Shower head not installed properly (we are in construction, development business) and it kept falling apart. Caulking in the seam of the 2 part bath installation never completed will cause mold & rot soon. Shower head installed below average height. Most people in US are at least 5 ft. Tall. Means we had to aim it high. Causes water to spray on wall which will eventually seep into wall. More rot & mold potential. Your bathroom appears to have not been installed by a licensed US contractor who has to know the laws & rules. However much was saved by hiring whomever did the work in the bathroom, will cost the company 4 times as much in loss. Needs immediate attention. We travel frequently and generally stay at a Motel 6. We appreciate the improvements and upgrades we notice are being done. We had a most unusual experience at the Motel 6 in Sylmar, CA the night before.

Very subpar. Needs to be renovated. Needs new linen. The linen they have looks very old and worn. Very dusty and dingy looking room. It was on special and I see why.

Well I made an online reservation for a non smoking room, but when I arrived there weren't any non smoking rooms available. Pretty hard to believe that a motel with hundreds of rooms couldn't accommodate my request. Secondly there was a homeless man camped out on the second floor staircase so every time my wife and I would leave our room we had to step over this individual. Obviously your management has to be aware of this situation because there was about 20 cigarette butts all around him, not to mention the awful smell of urine. The next morning he was strolling the motel creeping around the parked cars and looking in trash cans for food. Besides that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I will never stay at this location ever again. When I walked in the room it had a weird odor. I decided not to be a pest and complain so I just turned on the fan and let the room air out. Upon checking out I was blamed for the odor and accused of smoking marijuana! I really didn't appreciate that because I do not smoke or drink. I also lost my wallet when I checked out and the staff was not helpful at all. All I asked was to check the footage and see if I dropped it in the lobby or left it on the counter. I was told to wait for a manager. I waited for the manager and the manager was terrible, footage wasn't played back and she left the premises without resolving any of my issues. I was also told they wouldn't rent a room to me because of the marijuana accusation! At that point I lost my temper! I will not be put on any list over a false accusation and I will continue to pursue action against this location.

I believe I keep my expectations reasonable when I stay at.

I needed a place to stay on a short notice and motel 6 booked me in. The rooms were clean, air conditioned, soap, towels. I highly recommend staying if you are looking for something on a short notice.

Motel 6 is located in Loma Linda California. If you are heading east on the 10 fwy you will exit Waterman south then you will take make a right onto Redlands Blvd. The Motel 6 will be on the left. I've only been here once. What I can tell you is the rooms are clean and the office staff are friendly. The rooms are cheap compared to other motels around the area. There are some eating places close by. There's a McDonald's and Starbucks within walking distance and a Carl's Jr. And Popeye's Chicken. Seem to be located in a safe location.

Thank goodness desk was nice enough to check me in a couple of hours early they had a room available. But AC wasn't cooling off. Tried to be patient. But after waiting almost 4 hours I was given a room that was nice and cool. But with an AC that sounded like my head was against a lawn mower. Kept waking up every 30 to 45 minutes. When I get up in the morning and check in the mirror why is my back and arms itching. I have bump, welts and redness All over. I little on my legs, but mainly upper body back and arms. Took pictures and video. Absolutely horrible stay. Value for the room had none of these things happened. Would have been good. But after 3 bad episodes in 1 night. Cancelled my future reservation at this property.

I truly never have an issue when I stay at any of your motels, thats why I continue to use your business for my business needs. But this stay was a little different. It seemed like every drug dealer in town was at this motel. I saw people fighting in the parking lot, to drug deals going down, to domestic abuse in the room near me. I was really shocked at how a person just can't feel safe, I had to watch my vehicle (rental) all night because people were parked next to it, and they were staying in their car. Just a little different atmosphere.

The room smelled like urine and the sheets were not clean. I arrived late and had no choice but to sleep in my clothes on top of the comforter. The shower had a large of amount of hair which ran off the cloth shower curtain. I was forced to find a Dollar store, buy cleaning supplies and candles to "survive" my stay!

Rooms r clean but the local dopers see you have clean clothes on and a car u dont have to push to start and they swarm to you and its all hey u got a smoke u got any drugs can I use your phone. Holy hell people where does the sense of entitlement come from NO theres 20 cigarettes in a pack when I bought them no extra bonus cigs just for you and NO I dont pay my phone bill so u can call your connection on it to score dope right in ftont of me. And lastly NO dammit I bought just enough drugs to be comfortable if I give u some its gonna mess up some part of my trip so dammit no now fu&% off and get a job!

If I could give a negative star I would… this place is the worst motel ever as far as customer service management and cleanliness, my fiance, my babies and I are waiting for our new apartment so we were stuck here for the two nights. The floor is so dirty when we gave our daughter a shower, she got out and not even a minute out her feet were black and dirty.

Loved the hardwood floors, and clean, modern decor. Only things missing were a mini-fridge, microwave, and the shower light was out.

Absolutely the worst… I don't recommend this hotel — staff has attitude — and the bed sheets — — let's see. Had stains (have pics if anyone is curious to see them) when I called front desk. The front desk lady said you can bring them to me. Not saying im sorry ill send someone up to change the bed… so we went to the front desk — only 2 people ahead of us. Took 30 minutes — once front desk saw the sheets the lady tried to argue with me saying there is no stains. She finally saw them and told me… this is normal, they are fine. Excuse me? she then said oh we dont have anymore bottom sheets, use the top sheet as one. And so we went back and had to remake the bed. Very dissatisfied with this motel. Not worth the money!.

I would say the only good thing about this place is the friendly customer service I received — other than that the room smelt like wet dog, cigarette smoke and just bad in general. My inner sheets had marks on them. Hair on towels. Other rooms full of people smoking weed and staring you out. If for some desperate reason you decide to stay double dead bolt the door otherwise avoid.

You get what you pay for. BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS — our sheets were stained and the top cover had holes in it! Beds are very dirty. Bathrooms are okay. Request a non smoking room, otherwise it will reek of cigarettes. Good luck!

Our room was very clean and much nicer than we expected! The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, and some of the other guests appeared a little sketchy, as did the neighborhood, but we didn't have any troubles. Don't judge a book by it's cover! We would definitely stay here again and the price is right. I mean… how can you argue with a wall-mounted bottle opener in the bathroom? That was awesome (and needed! ).

I know Motel 6 is not a Hilton, but this place is terrible. We felt very unsafe the whole night and were continually woken up in the middle of the night by the guards talking and laughing loudly outside our window. We finally packed up the kids and left town at 3am. Terrible hotel.

Not a good experience. I had problems checking in, paying for the room, and was also charged more than the internet quoted. Staff members could do nothing to fix any of these issues unless a manager was present, which they never seemed to be. So after working 14 to 16 hours a day at a trade show, I would have to come back and hassle and argue over a room which had been reserved in advance and should have had zero issues. Not a good experience. I also hate being nickeled and dimed for internet access (which was painfully slow anyway). If Wifi is not free, make it clear, not a little tiny asterisk fine print. Include this as part of the room, especially when it barely works anyway.

Very dirty, dust and cigarette ashes still on the floor. My "new" towels had hairs on them. And I had to personally clean the remote it was black on the baby wipe when I was done. The ac kept shutting off all night and wouldn't cooperate to come back on.

Didn't feel well, and I was thankful to find a hotel with tractor trailer parking. I'm a solo female driver and I felt very secure here because of the security, and when I pulled in around 2am the security officer even assisted me as I parked the rig. Staff was very pleasant and room was clean and comfortable. Goody's restaurant is a block away and you can get a great meal there.

The nastiest motel! I've stayed in some sketchy spots, but this takes the cake. Thot I would get hepatitis from laying in the bed. Hair and stains allll over the linnen. Tiny rooms with outdated materials and electronics. Shower was abysmal, cracks and looked unclean. Wish I could give this review negative stars. Do not stay here unless you're a Jon or a working girl.

Place is dirty and management accused us of stealing their bed spreads! What in the hell will I do with motel 6 bed spreads?! Furthermore, the place is a motel where prostitutes frequent regularly. The Colton police department should really look into this place. And to make matters worse I heard from another occupant that the rooms get broken into a lot! Needless to say we checked out a few hours later. This motel 6 is not worth the price and time. Avoid this place if you care for your belongings.

For $60/night, this place is a bargain. I was in a renovated room that felt almost brand new with a particularly nice bathroom. The motel is right off the 10 freeway, and I could hear the cars all night though. It is not a quiet neighborhood, but I had a nice room, and the staff was friendly.

After reading all the bad reviews I know it is wrong because I have been staying over 14 days and I know that the staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are always clean and the sheet are bright white so these people either are really picky or don't what clean is and they are a a guard here every night so being unsafe is wrong too this is the only motel 6 I have stayed at that I feel safe at and I will keep staying here until we can't stay anymore.
