We arrived at the hotel and when we pulled back the sheets there were SEVERAL urine stains! Burn marks and there was feces on the wall. Do not stay here! It is not worth it when there are dozens more hotels around. The person working was in his car and not in the office and did not care that it was 2:30 in the morning and the room was disgusting. No one went and checked the room or anything. Random people sitting in there Cars smoking weed. They try to post remodeld pictures but it's a glorified slum motel. The heater also did not work and its 40 degrees out. We now will have to drive 2 hours back home on new year's day. I will be reaching out to the health department as well as surestay corporate.

Filthy beyond belief. When we checked In we had picked up dinner, as we were eating we started noticing how bad the room was. Broken parts on the heater, toilet paper roller was broken off the wall, cobwebs all over, stuff smeared on the floors and walls, looked like it hadn’t been dusted or vaccinated in months, VISIBLE URIN AND FECES ON THE TOILET, only 2 small flat pillows on the king bed, pot smell all over. The maid had clearly been there as there were clean towels and the bed was made. When checked out less than an hour after arrival. No apology or anything and we had the call corporate to get a refund. Also when we were checking out there was another women checking out after just arriving for the same reason.

Most disgusting place ever. Took one look at the room and went back to the office to get a refund. Blood on the pillows. Unmade room, torch and used foil on the counter. Used condom box, sex toy on the sink faucet. Health department should close this place down.

We were moving with our 3 year old son from Wa to Az. Unfamiliar with the area we made the mistake of stopping at this hotel. We checked for 2 rooms. We parked and be fore we were out of the car a man was in lot stating we parked too close to his car. It was the only spot in the packed lot. He bagan yelling at us. Feeling very unsafe from this and the look of the exterior we went back to the office. Told the front desk and did not enter the rooms. The lady at the front desk advised the authorizations on hold on my card would be released in the morning. They never were. I called and explained and was told the manager was not on-site several times amessahe was. Left for him He never called me and was never on property. I was advised a refund for on of the rooms had been issued. However my bank closed that card and I have received any refund. I called back manager was not there I was told again a refund was issued again I advised I had not received it and offered to send my statement. We never stayed here and now I disputed the charge with my bank. They have advised the merchant advised they provided us a cancelation policy at checkin and will not be refunding. I just wanted someone to step up and do the right thing and refund us for the 2 rooms. I was too scared to stay here with my small child and no one seems to understand that!

When we got to the hotel we learned that the hotel was going to be shutting the water off the next day because of a water pipe problem. Our rooms were facing the 160 freeway and it was noisy at night. There was some noisy people who were outside of the room.

Lovely little hotel. Modern design and very clean. I would definitely stay here again. And if you love the sound of a train whistle (which I do), you even get a little of that.
