Good experience. Needed a pool to cool off my kids. I needed a much overdue bed to sleep comfortably in an AIR CONDITIONED room. Heaven. It got so cold I had to cover myself… love sleeping like this. Staff was very friendly and catered to whatever I asked for. Within their customer service. Would stay there again if I needed to. Nice break to cool off in the summer.

Staff VERY nice and helpful (both night and day). Room clean, spacious. Not the Ritz, a little shabby, but ice cold a. C. Ice machine working, Carl's Jr. Nearby, a nice TV with lots of channels, a bathtub, it was quiet, and close to road to Big Bear. Wish the lights over the mirror were brighter for putting on makeup, and that there was a full-length mirror, but you can't have everything Very happy, thank-you.

The upgrades were nice. However, the rooms were not very clean, the floors were filthy, and a bug was crawling around in the bathroom. The mattress had a very large blood stain. I did not take a picture out of respect for what had happened there. I have stayed at Motel 6 in. Temecula, Palm Springs, Desert Hot Springs, Sun City, and now Redlands. I have to say this one was the worst one by far. The lady at the desk was the best part of the stay. She works day shift and we stayed July 3, 4, 5 and she checked us in with a great smile and good conversation. She deserves praise. She is the reason I gave 3 stars.

Such a horrible experience, even with the low expectations for a Motel 6. When we arrived, no one was at the desk for 10 minutes. Once we got up to the room, it was gross. The floors were so dirty, the bed had stains all over it, they even left the previous guest’s bar of soap on the bathroom floor. They told us that the water was off for one hour, but they did not turn on until the morning. In the morning, we put the trash can and towels on the floor in the front walkway of the room and cleared all of our stuff so that they could clean easily. When we got back that night, everything was exactly how we left it, even though the maids were right outside the room when we left in the morning. We went to the office to see what happened, and they said our room wasn’t on the list? That most guests don’t want the staff to enter the room, so we needed to request it. Since when? Especially because they falsely advertise daily cleaning service. All in all, it may be cheap, but it’s not even worth that little bit of money. So disgusting. I’m sure you can find a better place to stay for the same amount.

A very clean and large room at a decent price. Better than most hotels at this price level ($60 — $70/night)

I had a few issues in the room I was checked into and it wasn't resolved at that time but a awesome lady named Angie called me about my situation and she was very nice and understanding and resolved my issue right away so at the end of the day I'm now satisfied with the results she made things right thank u again Angie ur awesome.

Having some shampoo would be nice. Good value, especially for the weekend I was there. John.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff at the front desk was also very friendly. The location is convenient, as it is close to restaurants, stores, and close to the freeway.

Stayed here for one night. I seen some bad reviews about this place. So I was very worried at first. It was not bad at all. There was nothing like any of the reviews said. We had hot water everything worked. The sheets were clean the room was clean. Did not see any bugs or anything bad. We did not have a reservation and the price was good. I was very pleased and yes I would stay there again.

Bedspread were very dirty with huge stains. Not enough towels. I paid 189.00 dollars for one night. I had no choice only room available. But for that price rooms should be cleaner and better equiped I will not recommend. I even had to cancell 2 extra nights. The good thing the staff was very nice.

They don't have to turn on the light for me. I finally stayed at a Motel 6 after 10 years it was okay. For all the money Motel 6 makes that's the best they can do! I'll probably never stay out of Motel 6 again.

I love the Anthony amazing customer service he’s always so helpful and goes beyond I come in at least 3 to 5 times a month and he always has a warming smile and he so welcoming it’s so easy to pick up a conversation with him.

I slept at better motel 6 be for. This one was not clean at all and it had a bad smell.

This hotel was old and dingy. Tv didnt work, shower was hardly warm and was afraid I would catch something here. I actually didn’t end up staying here, I decided to drive home instead of resting because it was so nasty. Wanted to sleep before finishing my drive home but couldn’t rest here. Never again!

We accidentally booked a smoking room. The room stank. I have stayed in similar type motels but I must say that this has by far been the worst. The floor felt dirty the bed sheet was stained and looked as though they just made the bed after the previous guest left without washing any of the linen. I found hair under the sheets. It was so bad that I went to CVS to buy candle n disinfectant spray he help mask the stench… the worst thing though was that my 5month had to sleep in this dump and to add insult to injury I paid almost $100 to up all night… it's almost 8 am & and I'm ready to leave this dump… if it would have been up to me I would have much rather slept in my car n still have my $100 … I will Never Ever stay in a Motel 6 again… I can't believe I put my Son through this…

Cold smelly rooms, bed sheets were dirty with cigarette holes. People living there make the place feel unsafe. Staff at front feel friendly house keeping very rude.

Clean, modernized rooms with everything you need. No frills, just a clean bed, bathroom, and television. Coffee available as well. I stayed for a conference that was held at Esri and this was easily walking distance. There's a Coco's nearby and another food stand across the street. Plenty of parking too. Overall a really easy choice for conferences in the area.

The room was horrible. The only reason we stayed was because it was late n my family n I were just involved in a horrible car accident. We were in pain n just needed to get rest. There were roaches in the bathroom, the toilet didn’t flush n the comforters were filthy. I’ve stayed at other motel 6 n this one was the worst. When I went to check out the next day the girl at the counter when I told her if the condition of the room couldn’t be bothered. Like she didn’t even care. I will never stay at this location again. I would have expected a refund or at least offered a discount. Nothing was offered to me!

They did not honor our discount from our insurance even though they are a part of it. It's not a bad room. But after dark watch out for druggies and squatters. Keep your self protected.

The bed was comfortable. There was new furniture which was nice, though it didn't seem to match the rest of the room. Water pressure was excellent. The spa was not functional, which was disappointing. Overall a pleasant stay.

The TV sound was intermittent and the next door room had a continually flushing/refilling sound. I didn't tell the reception until we left, so they did not have a chance to fix it. No one cleaned the room or made the beds and we were there 2 days. Wasn't that much of an issue since we weren't that messy. I knew what I was getting at the price and that was the main reason for staying there. It was clean enough when we arrived. They don't offer soap, or shampoo etc, but I knew that going there. There was a dollar store pretty close so I could have bought supplies if needed.

I arrived after 2AM and was happy to be offered a downstairs room right in the front of the motel, close to where I parked to check in. The room seemed spacious compared to others I have had on this trip. It was quiet and clean with easy access from the 210 freeway. There was plenty of hot water and there is a little microwave in the lobby (which is not open at night. ) The desk clerks are very nice and friendly and the heater/AC unit was easy to operate. "A clean, comfortable room", as the ads say.

Location was in a great place, convineinetly right of the major freeway. Check in was extremely easy even at late night hours. Hotel check in staff was extremely helpful with cancelling a reservation online and even provided number to be able to correct it. I choose a room that was just for over night sleeping and it was great. It served it's purpose. AC worked perfectly, toiletries were set, and had a bed. Exactly what I needed. Check out was at 11 but they extended it to 12 and even gave me a discount. I recommend this Motel 6 and definitely wouldn't mind coming back.

Clean, basic motel. Would have given 5 stars but the TV sound sucked. Had it turned up to 100 and still couldn't hear it. Night front desk person said to try some things, but STILL didn't work. We just left it at that. They really need to fix that. Otherwise the place was great. Outside looked older but rooms were modern and recently renovated, so they were nice. Would recommend it to others and would stay there again.

Everyone was wonderful. Room clean, and the girl (person? ) at the front desk was helpful. The problem was that we could not get a ground floor room… my husband cannot see out of one eye, so he can get disoriented — as for me I am afraid of heights. So getting anything (ice, coffee, taking the dog out) did present a dilemma. I did request a ground floor room when I placed my reservation, but when we checked in I was told one was not available. Being warned ahead of time might have adjusted our plans… but other than that I would recommend this Motel 6 as VERY comfortable, Friendly and convenient to freeway, restaurants etc. And we would definitely stay again — just making sure that we had the ground floor next time. Also, the TV remote did not function.

It's been a good experience in a good location. Housekeeping is consistent with cleanliness and great customer service. There is plenty of people who liter and always gets cleaned up. Recently noted walkways and stairways getting a good wash. In closing, great room great value.

She was super helpful and very friendly! Housekeeping were also awesome and not pushy at all when they came to the room, which was an amazing change from the previous hotel I stayed in. Definitely was the most positive experience I've had so far with any motel 6. First time staying here and would definitely stay again thanks to her!

Our van and trailer was noticed and manager already had a spot for us. The rates were excellent for three adults and one dog. The r. V. Had an issue and after 1:30 am we checked in the manager called maintenance to fix it despite fixing the next day the box was replaced and we were able to enjoy DODGER GAME just in time. Yeah fie manager, yeah for maintenance MAN. Yeah for house keeping, too. Gave her a too. The manager us cool gave us a deal so we paid in advance 4 days. Hope she will let us do a few more days at same rate.

Seemed old on the outside but rooms were recently renovated with hardwood floors. No sketchy carpets here! Mattress was clean, but sheets and bed cover were a little dirty. Pretty typical Motel 6 experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Located right next to the freeway, but room was quiet at night.

Nats and bed bugs o my! No fridge or microwave. Plenty of affordable hotel near by this is not worth it. Very sketchy people. Motel 6 from ie. To la. Is horrible.

The floors in the rooms are filthy! Be sure to wear something on your feet or they will get pitch black dirty (I ruined a pair of sox). Some bathtub plugs do not work & one occasion a room phone to call the office, was non working as well. Staff has always been very nice & helpful.

Staff is wonderful. Very professional yet kind and friendly. Rooms were clean, lobby was clean. Overall, AJ, Lucinda and Angie provide a welcoming environment.

This property is a no frills stay but if you just need a place to sleep at a fair price that accepts pets, this is your place. The staff has always been friendly. The rooms are sparse but comfortable. There is a pool and spa area and an area to sit under an umbrella and read or enjoy the day. There is an ice machine but it may not be able to keep up on busy nights. We will continue to stay at this Motel 6 when we need to stay in the area.

Room was nicer than most Motel 6's I've stayed at. There weren't enough towels in the room, and no shampoo/conditioner but those are my only complaints.

I really enjoyed the room bed, flat screen, and overall "look". However, the light bulbs by my bed were all burnt out. There was no shampoo in the shower. Two random ppl knocked on my door. But I still managed to have a great time, ignoring its flaws.

Just a typical motel. Hardwood floors and single-layer mattress made the room feel like a jail cell. Bring your own body wash, shampoo & conditioner.

My stay down there was because my child was having surgery at Loma Linda. I had previously stayed in your hotel in Hesperia and was very impressed with it, so obviously my first choice for this trip was Motel 6. The building when we drove up, seemed unsafe and suspicious. The check in time took too long, and that was with a reservation. When we got to our room, it seemed unclean. It was supposed to be a non smoking room but smelled strongly of cigarettes, and there were no mini refriderator to store our food in or a microwave to cook the food we had brought. The day my son had his surgery he threw up on the bed and I called and asked that while we were at the hospital if we could please have our bed changed. I was told that would be no problem and that they would do a full service, however when we returned from a long stressful day at the hospital our room keys did not work and once inside the bed had been made with the dirty sheets from that morning and we weren't given any clean towels. I have to say that it was very disappointing for the price paid and the expectations I had that we had such poor service.

The crunchy hot pink bath towels need to go. Motel towels are white for a reason.

Our stay at motel 6 redlands, ca has been just GREAT! AJ is a great manager. He has been extreamly helpful and is a very nice man. The entire staff has been very nice and helpful. The main reason we stay here is the pet friendly policy but we would stay here even if we had no pets. So Thank You to AJ and the entire staff at Motel 6 Redlands, Ca. You're the Best.

I love all of the staff that is at this hotel. Angie, Washington, Jose, Erica all from the front desk I also miss another one of the staff but she is also really great. The housekeepers Maria and Sophia is great. I definitely would stay at this hotel again if I needed to.

Close to Loma Linda hospital! Clean! Comfortable! Staff was unbelievable while we were so exhausted with our loved one and quick food or sit down right there so if in hurry eye have access to everything! Stores too! Needy motel 6 yet and that's all we stay at.

Stayed here last night. Three issues, very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. 1. I laid on the bed and was stuck in the back with a screw. 2. Found a large cockroach on the floor in the bathroom. 3. Go to take a shower in the morning and find that there's no hot water. The compensation? Begrudgingly I'm given 10% of my next stay. It's a good bet that I won't be back. As I'm leaving I hear two more customers complaining about bugs and the lack of hot water.

Very clean rooms. Up to date. Except the beds are hard. They have flat screen tv's in all the rooms and for the money it's not bad. Make sure you get a room away from the highway because an overpass is right over the motel.
