Nice personal touch… with good service.

They don't have a drive up area by the lobby to check in or signs to direct you to it. When it's dark you will think the giant Homewood Suites sign is directing you to the front desk but it's not and you will have to walk around a indirect steel fence maze. There are several problems with the room the door didn't close properly the toilet ran every 45 minutes and some of the lights were out of the vanity. I addressed these problems at check out and was told I will be compensated with points. I still have not received them yet.

The location is great; very quiet and safe. The staff were always available & always asking how we were & if there was anything we needed. The suite we had was extremely clean & well kept. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Overall, I would 110% return here if I visit the area in the future!

I really enjoyed my stay here. (SELENA) the house keeper did a really good job @ keeping my room cleaned and made me feel @ home. I will be coming back.

Expedia messed up our reservation, ended up losing the room to an overlapping reservation. They were accommodating, but the rooms were mediocre. Next day, ended up with multiple rooms at a nearby LaQuinta, of much better quality.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had. The place was always kept up, the staff was great and always helpful. I've stayed here several times now and I really can't think of one complaint. 5 out of 5 stars.

Price is good compared to the hotels next to it, rooms are clean and what you spect from a Homewood suites.

This hotel is nice, but it has some issues. Then staff y friendly, they always help and if something is wrong they will do something to fix it. I am a diamond Hilton member since 2015 and this is an average Homewood, and being average Homewood is a good thing. We are around 20 guys and I can tell you issue are on the details of the rooms, some rooms don't have a functioning stove, the ac doesn't work and in my room, water started to overflow from the bathroom sink into my room. The Wi-Fi is slow, even though I am using the premium internet. They have 4 dryers and washer machine. The food for the breakfast and the evening social is really nice.

When our room wasn't ready they upgraded super clean all that I expected sevice was great buffet breakfast good.

Location is close to many restaurants rooms have alot of space and service was great!

Full hot breakfast buffet decent enough. King bedroom suite has a nice kitchen, small but sufficient. Bathroom vanity and closet area cramped but sufficient. Convenient location, wonderful staff. We've been coming here for long weekends for about 5 years. Pricey.

My sister chose to stay the night here with the rest of her wedding party so that we could all get ready together in a relaxed environment. We were able to stay in one of the more spacious rooms which allowed for is to relax and hang out the night before and then have plenty of space to get ready that next morning. The front desk was more than happy to assist with our many requests and really went above and beyond. We're very greatful to have had this be a part of my sister's big day.

Good breakfast Buffett and social hour around 6 pm. Wine served. My kind of social hour.

There's mold in shower. Bad customer service. Furniture smelled and stained. Towels didn't match. Looks cheap.

Good location but needs updating and or deep cleaning in the rooms. House keeping was sub par as my bathroom and kitchen area was only cleaned a few days out of my 10 day stay. Had to pull the sheets off of the bed or they would not be changed. Managers Social was great, with free food and drink!

I booked this hotel because they had a large 2 bedroom suite available. However, my experience was not good due to the fact that adding additional guests' names to your reservation does not do any good — the front desk will not give out keys to them. What's the point in adding guests' names to the reservation? My boyfriend got back to the room before I did last night and his keycard wasn't working so he went to the front desk to get another one. They wouldn't give him a new key even though his name was on the reservation. He had to wait outside our room door for half an hour until I got there. So annoying!

Enjoyed my stay for the most part. Only two real problems. First was a scheduled black out which left the hotel without power for most of a day. The other was late one night when the front end staff gave a family a key card to my room, who then tried to get in. Luckily I was there, but if not, it's easy to see how someone could take advantage of that situation.

Hotel was very clean and fit our family of 4 well. The day after we checked out I noticed my Ipad was missing. I called immediately and they had found it. The manager sent it back by fed ex! What a great hotel.

Stay was okay. Breakfast was pretty good with fresh waffles. The 3rd night they had some kind of "mandated power outage " which was really lame because all. The power was out after we came back from our event.

As of this visit I am impressed with the hotel and its staff. The cleanliness has improved dramatically including the pool which was always dirty before.

I've stayed in both the king and double queen rooms, and even slept on the pull out bed from the sofa (which was OK), all together it was nothing to complain about.

This particular Hotel is A+++. I am a frequent Hilton guest exclusively to the Homewood Suites Brand and the Ontario property exceeds expectations and the Hilton standards expressed with the Suites Assurance Guarantee. The customer service amongst the staff is of the highest caliber and I would like to especially point out the staff in the dining area. The attention to detail was at its finest from the cleanliness, guest acknowledgement and welcome, to replenishment of food. The staff had smiles every moment of the way assuring us our stay felt like home. The location of the property is Outstanding based on the walking distance to local restaurants, nightlife, theater, and shops. And it is still nestled in a cozy atmosphere for comfort away from the hustle and bustle of traffic and noise. The rooms are always spacious and comfortable. Sometimes you forget you are staying at a hotel. But its not, its Homewood Suites.

Excellent place to stay. This was my first time at a Homewood Suites, and it was a positive experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the free breakfast was very good, the Wi-Fi was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were AWESOME!

This a great hotel to stay at. In the evening M-T you practically get dinner and the managers reception and in the morning you get a nice breakfast. The staff is VERY friendly and attentive. It is worth the money and local to a lot of great restaurants and shopping.

The locations is sometimes confusing but once you go a few times its easy. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Some of them are a little bad but majority of them are nice. I loved my stay.

We come here often for the close proximity to family, the pet friendly atmosphere, and the nice rooms. We were just there 2-3 weeks ago The room was clean and everything was to our liking. The staff at the desk was especially helpful, friendly, gracious, and very accommodating. We travel with our pooch and to her it is "home away from home. " Some remodeling gong on but the workmen were quiet and I am anxious to see the results! Thank you to everyone at Homewood Suites!

Wow gone down hill since last stay room was smelly small flies buzzing in room plumbing in room above making huge headache making noise asked for room change after losing sleep For two nights on couch had renting 1 bedroom suite slept on couch finally got moved on 3 day so hope the rest of stay improved not a good stay in a Hilton product.

Stayed May 12-16, 2011. Upper floor, king room w/ kitchen. Very nice. Everything worked and was clean. Check in and out went smoothly. Breakfast was great. The excercise room is a bit lacking, but was OK. The air conditioner was a bit noisy at night, but other than that it was quiet. The bill they slipped under the door on our last night did not match the rate quoted on the reservation, but the clerk at check out promptly changed it. Great hotel, we will stay there again if ever in that area.

This was a wonderful experience during our hectic stay moving our daughter. Our daughter said the hotel room was far nicer than her $1000/month apartment and she's right! Without exception every staff member was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts and evening meals were exceptionally nice. The one bedroom suite we stayed in was exceptionally clean and well maintained and each bed had 5 pillows! The grounds were immaculate. The executive convenience room with computer and printer was well thought out including even little extras like paperclips and tape. We travel quite a bit and this place is head and shoulders over the competition. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :) Oh, and I have to correct a review below that says they were charged $11 to park? I think they reviewed the wrong hotel.
