Review of Motel 6-Porterville, CA 2*

Some one went through my belongings displacing them and even dropping my lip stain on the bathroom floor. I tried to lodge a complaint with the manager Amanda Wright and she snickered and I had pressed to start an investigation. Amanda volunteered info that they might have accidentally given me key code to another guest. They cannot explain how my lip stain ended up on the floor but would at the very most have a talk with the staff. When I asked about cameras or further investigating she offered to scan my card reader but again told me it would only result in a talk with staff no compensation… all I was asking for was resolution & finding out who touches my things. When I asked to be present for the card reader she laughed saying I would not understand it so it’s not necessary. My concern was her falsifying the codes since she already declared it could not have been the maid. I left like Amanda did not take my complaint seriously when I said I felt violated and concerned about using any of my makeup not know who else used it or what was done with it if some was found on the floor. She was not professional or sympathetic to a woman traveling with children. She told me it would be a couple hours before she could do anything. At that point I returned to being told I would have to wait longer. At this point I finally asked for a return, she laughed and said they would not. So I created a police report, contacted your copprate office & the Better Business Bureau to investigate further. Not to mention the door would not stay shut unless deadbolt was locked, had to use blunt force to open it and the shower leaked from the wall. 0 star ratings should be available for rating because that is what the Porterville location deserves.
