We stayed here last night check in took 30 minutes. The woman did not know how to check us in. Breakfast was not a good selection and monitored by staff. Check out is at 11am and staff was knocking on our door before 11. Elevator floor was very dirty full of grime and smelled. Rooms are ok but overall service not good.

I deeply suspect this is a Chinese Birthing hotel. Also, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The customer service here is beyond bad. Front desk management deflected blame in the most unprofessional way when things did not go right. The hotel is dirty. There is street noise. But again, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in the United States. It was like receiving bad customer service from India. That is how bad it is. There are other hotels in this area near the airport. Choose the other hotels. If you are a tour company arranging for your customers to stay at this hotel, I would pick a different hotel.

Noisy but mostly clean. TV remote was buggered and night clerk had no clue how fo fix it.

Great room for the price I'm pleased with my stay and management very great.

Check in and check out process was easy and breakfast area had ample lighting. The lobby bathroom was clean.

To locals this place is well known as the place hookers take their John's for a quickie. So think about who was using your room before you got there. One such John was just murdered in a room for not paying his hooker. Crazy. How anybody gives this place four or five stars is beyond me. Perhaps they are John's?

I have stayed here several times and have always had great service and a nice, clean room. I would recommend highly.

For the price, the room is relatively good. Internet connection was stable, bed was comfortable, and it was convenient to have a microwave and a fridge there as well. In n out is right next to the hotel, which is a definite plus.

I spent one night at Mesa Arizona and, although the air conditioner didn't work and it was cold in the room, I used covers from both sides of the king-sized bed to stay warm. The faucet in the sink required considerable force to turn on but there was warm water. However cold water was all that was available in the shower, Breakfast was ridiculous. There was lots of cereal but the milk was all used up when I got there at 8 AM. There were waffles but no syrup. It too was all used up. The only good thing was my bill was only $55.

The front desk woman was really nice.

This place has tons of Asian prostitutes off the back page! Been laid here a few times! They send you to 317 get you on camera then tell you to go to 217!

Very clean room. Pleasant staff. Convenient location to Auto club Speedway.

Horrible, horrible customer service! I'm trying to book a room and he says there are no rooms available. Whereas on the website there is, he suggests that I should go to the hotel next door, it seemed he was confused that I'm a customer trying to book a room, like that never happened to him. I asked to speak to his manager and asked for his name, but he hung up the phone and said he wasn't going to give me his name. I feel very offended!

Was dirty was run down, manager was so rude housekeeping was rude, I will never stay there again I even called corporate.

My son and I were hot and tired after long trip, checked in thinking Wyndham related hotel would be a quality accommodation, boy were we wrong. Suprise, gross from the time we walked to the elevator. Hoping the room would be better… NOT! Checked the bed the sheets, they had dirty marks from dirty feet and there was hair on the sheets. Obviously they hadn't changed sheets. Filthy is an understatement. We checked out immediately went to Sheridan next door and for $10 more got clean nice rooms.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Good location.

This is a family spot, the rooms are clean the service is good and the price was just perfect, fast internet, TV's were great, and also the pool is nice and clean. The area is calm and around there is In-N-Out, Circle K, Yoshinoya, Starbucks and Jack in the Box also so Italian restaurant I forgot the name of and there all walking distance. Overall this Hotel is great.
