Relatively clean, decent location. The driveway is very easy to miss. The best feature of the hotel, in my opinion, was the canal and cute little neighborhoods behind the hotel. Nice to take a relaxing walk through those areas rather than having to walk down McHenry avenue.

Ok the people are very nice though.

Its welcoming, decant prices, fresh and clean, be ready on your next morning to a new you feeling.

For the price you can't complain. Owned my a friendly family AND places are kept up well everyday. Service is great.

It was inexpensive… thats really the only positive. The room was run down, bed uncomfortable, pillows completely flat. There were no towels and we had to go ask for them. Sirens and people milling around outside all night. A/C barely kept the room coolish, but it made weird noises all night long. The man who checked us in was very pleasant and he let us see the room prior to charging me. It was a place to sleep, but if I'm ever in Modesto again, we won't stay here.

Clean. Quiet. Affordable with courteous and attentive staff. The economy inn saved us from our nightmare stay at the budgetel. So glad to be here!

Pretty cheap but had roaches. Still comfy tho.

Seems like an older, nice place. I love the filled in pool garden lol… it has a certain kinda charm to it. Great selection of channels on flatscreen, Wi-Fi is adequate, room is clean.

I consider myself to be a trooper and the rooms were not that bad, but the management was so rude. We checked out early for another cheaper better hotel down the street.

Definitely trying to improve.

Don't stay at the economy inn in modesto, ca. I was staying there after the foreclosure of my home a few yrs ago and knew nobody in modesto. The owners of the motel were the only people who knew my financial situation. I was robbed at gun point in the middle of the nite and the men who robbed me knew exactly where to find everything they took, including the amount of money I had in my wallet at that time. The men got away with $2500 cash, new laptop computer and my sons game consoles. The indian family that owned the motel a few yrs ago still own and reside at that motel.
