When we took the reservation in Yosemite there was no hotel with free cancellation, so we reserved this one without cancellation. It turned out that on the date we were going the park was closed due to a snow storm and we also couldn't get to the hotel because we didn't have chains, so we had to cancel the accommodation due to conditions beyond our control. In Booking it appeared that the cancellation had a charge (with which they should return a part of the money) but they did not return anything after begging the accommodation and after explaining that the weather conditions did not allow us to arrive. We are very angry because they kept everything even cleaning fees for a room we did not use. Please avoid booking this apartment. They keep your money!
