Hotel gives the impression of 4 to 5 star with great amenities (fitness, spa, pool, conference meeting rooms, great lobby area). The downside from my experience here is that in the room the carpet and bathroom floors were filthy. Imagine stepping out if the shower with wet slippers, walking into the main room and back into the bathroom to find MUD tracks. Not only that, the bathroom floor was sticky and dirty when we checked into the room. That is by definition filthy. I did bring to the managers attention as this should be addressed and she was accommodating.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed in room 365. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was really nice too. The only problem I had was the light coming through the door from the hallway was very bright and the room didn't get as dark as I would have liked. I lost my toothbrush but calling the front desk, they supplied me with a toothbrush and toothpaste pretty quicky, under 5 minutes.

One of the most comfortable Hiltons I've ever stayed at! Had a long day of traveling and the front desk went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Also one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in for a Hilton in this price range. The food was delicious as well!

I like staying at this hotel since it's in the heart of the 626 Asian food scene. It's right across the street from the 99 ranch market plaza with 5 star, Sam woo, and an array of boba shops. Parking is only $5 a night if you're a guest. Hotel is close to the 10 freeway so it's easy to downtown LA and Hollywood. Rooms are clean and normal size, standard Hilton. Staff was pleasant and friendly.

Very nice looking Hilton property. Professional staff and lots of space and roomy rooms. The suite they upgraded me to had a deep jetted tub and separate rain shower. TV did not work right in living room and one of the light bulbs was burned out between rooms. I also didn't appreciate the night light that you are unable to turn off in the bathroom lights up the entire suite at night. Would have been 5 stars if I didn't have to be the one to report the maintenance issues. The breakfast buffet was standard Hilton, but for some reason this location puts a ton of milk in the scrambled eggs after they are made. Making you squishnoit the milk with the serving spoon. Amazingly comfortable. Pillows and huge bath towels.

Amazing decor, friendly and efficient customer service, decent parking set up $5 a night. Great area for Asian food and small strip mall attached to the hotel as well! We will return at some point. This place is fantastic.

Good location if you like oriental food especially Chinese, a lot of restaurants right downstairs and across street in the plaza. Room is clean and resonably modern. Basement garage is very easy to access. Very convenient place to stay.

Centrally located on Valley Blvd, directly across the street from the 99 Ranch shopping center with numerous great restaurants and grocery store. Hotel staff are very friendly and professional. The front desk staff personally escorted me to the Fitness Center when I asked where it was. Room was very comfortable, bathroom and shower were very modern and nice. Great place, I'd love to stay there again. Lunch buffet is OK. Reasonable price. Nice service. Except Monday and Tuesday there aren't buffet service. Their special lunch is very good too.

I made a mistake in selecting a room on my Hilton Honors App and called in to change it. Hilton's customer service number routed me to a different location and long story short took a while for me to get to the right person. After that, the person who picked up at the actual Hotel was awesome! She was really friendly and just can feel her warm hospitality. Shelly was her name and she has awesome customer service! Tip — call this location directly.

The lunch buffet is an easy solution to "what's for lunch? " It's a simple buffet at a reasonable price. The food is good and the dessert cakes are great.

All good. The location best for food. Only thing not as good were the low water pressure at shower. Rooms clean and tidy hotel I'm satisfied.

Lunch buffet is OK. Reasonable price. Nice service. Except Monday and Tuesday there aren't buffet service. Their special lunch is very good too. The set lunch of lobster under $20.00 is so good to try. Dinner time is little higher. The environment is very warm. Clean. Neat. Very good to enjoying meal, sharing.

Very nice and high class, clean and very comfortable. Very conveniently located on Valley, just across the street from the 99 Ranch shopping center and all their restaurants. Staff was extremely helpful and eager to please; went out of their way to escort me to the fitness center. Free underground parking. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Room is very nice. Bed is comfortable and clean. The design is a bit dated. Good location, surrounded by popular food and drink places. I appreciated that the room had all kinds of amenities, from shampoo, conditioner, soap, to hairdryer, iron and ironing table.

Bad customer service. We were there for a wedding and they were super rude. Requested us to be quite right when we arrive upstairs to pick-up the bride and told us to go into the room or go to the lobby. Didn't try to accommodate our situation. We under stand it would be a bit noisy for about 30 min so we could finish our event but it would have been nice if they understand since it was a wedding. Will never stay at this hotel again and will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Hotels should accommodate guest not the other way around. Felt so unwelcome and disrespected.

It has some good amenities and is close to a lot of shops. The rooms and decor is a bit dated everything needs a refresh. The underground garage is dirty and needs work.

Excellent venue for a wedding. I have attended two weddings at this hotel and both were great. The ceremony for both were on the rooftop and the reception was indoors in one of the ballrooms. Self parking (free) is available at the hotel. The hotel is also located on a street with many restaurants which is great if you want to try different cusines.

Service is great. They know how to treat their guests. Rooms are spacious. Location, convenient. You even get a gift bag and free slippers. We got a room that smelled of smoke. They sent an employee with a new key to move us without hesitation. Pool looks like it's indoor but it is actually outdoor.

Very Asian neighborhood and clientele.

The wedding ceremony was on the third floor rooftop garden terrace. The area was neat and spacious. The flora looked great in the background. The dinner reception was held in the ballroom. The high ceilings and tasteful interior design felt classy and intimate at the same time. I enjoyed my time here.

Living here, in the surrounding offices is very convenient, the surrounding environment is very good.

Excellent location walking distance to different restaurants and shops. Friendly staff with a smile. The breakfast buffet was awesome so much of food and fresh fruits. The room is spacious and super clean. Slipper is offered in the room. Overall a great place to stay.

The thing that stands out is that on checking in, the front desk assigned me to the wrong room. 627 instead of 527. When I get to the room there is a do not disturb sign on the door and fortunately the key didn't work else it would be embarrassing. Come on Hilton! What's up with this?

This hotel has a great staff and our deluxe room was very nice, clean and included all of the basics you would want (mini fridge and coffee bar). Everyone we encountered was very accommodating, friendly and always had a smile on their face. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This hotel is located in Chinatown. The staff is very friendly and I love that they follow the old tradition of chocolates on you pillow. The rooms are very nice and the beds are very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a great stay at the hotel. I was able to check-in remotely and receive a digital key for the room. I was able to go directly to the room with stopping by the front desk. The room type was a superior room with a separate stand-up shower. It was clean and updated.

Awesome staff and a very clean hotel. Buffet is a bit on the traditional side (Chinese), so not for the faint of heart. Terrible parking if there's an event going on.

First thing I noticed was how clean it was. Neighborhood is very Asian so don't expect your usual food offerings nearby, but parking is $5 and its easy to head to other areas if you want anything else to eat. They brought me 6 pieces of fruit in a bowl as a gift during my 1 night stay.

The location was good and had a nice view. There was a rude bartender who did not allow my family to sit in the bar. He told us we either had to buy drinks or just sit in the lobby. Wifi was horrible. You had to book a room to get a slow complimentary connection. There were premium Wi-Fi conncections, but at additional cost.

The front of the hotel is nice, but appears small. There's a nice garden terrace on the third floor. Our family wanted to sit somewhere so we walked into the near-empty bar (there were only 2 guests) and sat on a comfortable sofa. The bartender abruptly came and said we had to either order a drink or go sit in the lobby. Pretty rude guy. Don't ever go in there.

The room can also be, and is not very good, also not bad, price is relatively expensive, but the surrounding facilities is complete, it saves a lot of time and money, so it was worth it…
