The hotel was well located and within walking distance of many restaurants. The room was nicely sized. The beds, however, were a little stiff for my preference.

Loved the hotel, location was great, able to take bus to civic center leave car at hotel. Small mall with P. F. Chang's and other yummy restraunt near by. Bank, Walgreens and Rite Aid there also.

Clean room. Decent breakfast. About 15 minutes to Arroyo Secco Weekend.

I stayed there for two nights excellent, superb, fantastic.
Best service, great breakfast, very clean, room was in A1 condition. What you need its all in there. Simply I like to say (small package great blast)

Room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. The microwave and fridge were an extra benefit. Breakfast was a great selection and the food was delicious. Staff was very helpful and kind. Definitely, I would recommend it.

We were surprised at how pleasant our stay was, given the 2.5 star rating and relatively low price. Free parking, free Wi-Fi, and a pretty decent free breakfast. Also, they have these awesome backlit mirrors that I now NEED. Super close to the Pasadena Civic Auditorium where our event was held.

Rooms are clean and look recently refurbished. Very nice Continental Breakfast included with the rooms. Spa area is a little small and the hot tub barely gets hot, BUT even with that flaw I would still highly recommend this motel.

First time disappointed in a Choice Hotel. This place has exterior room access and seems unloved by hotels owner. Not much breakfast variety as with other Comfort Inn. But breakfast staff always cheery. Not so with desk people and night guy asleep a lot. Not quite 'Florida Project' but close.

The rooms are dark and dingy. The paint, carpet, and bathroom are all worn down. The shower curtain was falling off the wall and the shower was cracked. The room was loud and we had to turn up the TV over the sound of running water in an adjacent room. I've been in worse hotel rooms, but they were substantially less expensive.

Great breakfast, excellent customer service and close to many entertainment options.

Very clean and cozy. 3rd shift staff was courteous and pleasant even at such an early hour. I highly recommend this place.

We don't travel much and we don't expect Huntington Hotel level services at the Comfort Inn but ours was a very pleasant three day stay. We did not use the pool or spa. However, our room was way comfortable and plenty spacious. Separated toilet/shower from sink and mirror area which allowed two people to prepare separately. VERY comfortable beds with two different firmness pillows, nice linens, thick, absorbent towels. Not only a coffee maker but fridge with freezer and microwave. Closet and TV in living area. Room, on second floor, was very quiet though near pool and stairs (elevator available). Breakfast had a number of choices and, hey, it's free! Not only would we stay here again, it will be our first choice.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel, which I have been staying at 3 to 4 times a year for the past 9 years. It's clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone I dealt with was happy to help and every staff has a smile to offer.

Rooms are a nice size, staff friendly, quiet neighbors. The only issue I had was ants in the bathroom, but that was taken care of promptly. Enjoyed my stay.

Decent hotel but value for price paid just wasn't there. I've had much better for much less. Stayed here specifically because they had laundry facilities. By this, they mean they have one washer for $2.00 that does not rinse soap (ran twice and still couldn't get a decently finished load) and one dryer for $1.00. Quarters only. They were tucked inside a tiny gym area next to the pool and hot tub, which were small but adequate. Appropriate temperatures in both. Rooms were very nice and fairly clean, except for ants found in the bathroom on the 2nd floor. They offered a mediocre "hot breakfast" which included sausage links and powdered eggs.

This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Their rooms were small, dirty, and the entire parking lot smelled of a mixture of corn, pickles, and weed. Their jacuzzi was not hot enough, and their pool smelled of straight up bleach. I had a room on the second floor, yet somehow I still managed to find ants on the bed. Their beds were small, probably full sized (mind you that we booked for a family of 6), The shower curtains aren’t waterproof and slide open every few seconds, so the entire bathroom floor was flooded by the time I got out of the shower. The rooms were scolding hot at first, but started freezing so much during the night that half of my family is now sick. The only moderate thing about this hotel and my experience is the breakfast, which tasted a bit better than school food.

Very surprised at how nice our room was! The man that checked us in and out was friendly and it was a smooth process. This hotel is right next door to a Walgreens and has restaurants across the street and also a funky vintage shop if that's up your alley. Free full breakfast and it was actually really decent and saves you on a fancy breakfast somewhere. Stayed here for the weekend's Cat Con exhibit at the Pasadena Convention Center and it was an easy drive there. Doesn't look fancy from the outside, but the room was nice. The pool and hot tub were old and small but they did the job. Would definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again.

Excellent room. Clean, comfortable. Bathroom was big and the toilet plus shower had their own room from the sink. Very nice place to stay.

Normal comfort inn, clean with helpful staff. Lost a star bc they had something wrong with their plumbing so the toilet smelled like sewer after flushing. They did say it would be fixed in a few days, though, but during my stay it was a problem.

Super clean and comfortable. A joy for the price. The only reason I'm not giving it three stars is because of three thin walls to the outside; you can hear people talking from the parking lot. Other than that, a GREAT deal.

Accommodation very comfortable and clean which is crowned with a great breakfast.

Normal hotel for its class. The room was spacious. Bed and pillows good. Heating/cooling is adjusted via a dial on the unit. Shower head was a little too low for someone who's 5'11", but manageable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was the normal fair of sausages, eggs, waffles, and cereals. 4 stars because it met my expectations but didn't wow me.

Location was perfect for us, near Old Pasadena and plenty of shopping and dining. The rooms were immaculate and well kept. The bed was very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was also provided.

It was located in a nice area staff was friendly decent breakfast and the room was clean. Not much else you can ask for.

Decent rooms. Okay beds. Good Wi-Fi. Good shower pressure; fluctuating water temperature. Pre-made eggs (? ) and sausage for breakfast. Not alot of immediate restaurants or bars. Dennys 2 minutes away. Location is just so-so.

Awesome hotel, they accomodated our wedding party to the fullest! I would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends!

Stuff is very helpful. Room is nice. Just the Wi-Fi, not so easy to get online.

The hot tub was not hot enough. The bathroom door wouldn't close and air you could barely feel it. Way to hot in the rooms. Staff was very helpful and lots of restaurants in the area. Overall the hotel stay so far it's okay.

I like this place. Good price and good breakfast.

The rooms are clean and well-kept, if a little dark. The continental breakfast is good but not sumptuous. The staff is very, very friendly and helpful. I have not been able to get the wireless Internet connection to work but the hard-wire connections in the room work well. We have stayed here quite often to visit our daughter at Caltech (about a 5 minute drive) and have always had a good experience. I think it is a very good value.
