Overall a decent stay for the price. Parking is extremely limited but valet is available. Location is walking distance to good eats and the area isn't the worst, just very small and condensed. Hotel seems dated but not super run down.

Racists! Illegal practices! Sloppy, nasty housekeeping. Dusty, dismally disappointing.

Our worst experience in a hotel. Someone entered our room while we weren't there and stole our clothes and personal items. We reported it to the police, but the staff, the manager and even the owner did not do anything about it. They intentionally avoided the fact of what happened, nor supported us in any kind or the report. They completely avoided our claim; they did not took any kind of time or energy to solve this manner. We left that same night due to the insulting lack of professionalization, respect and consideration. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY ON THIS HOTEL. As I can see in the reviews there are other people who had bad experiences too, it is clearly run by people who are careless, very disrespectful and have no consideration of the people who stay there.

I hate this place not only are they racist Koreans but the room had an old t. V. And a family of BEDBUGS TO GO WITH IT. My whole hand and part of my arm got bitten up.

Good location, with many restaurants and easy freeway access. This hotel is a bit outdated, but quite cozy. Free Wi-Fi that isn't the fastest but it's decent.

Terrible service. Window was broken and did not close all the way. Cold night. Bed feels like a board. Very uncomfortable. Do not Recommend.

Do not stay here! Came back to our room yesterday and the bed had been made and trash taken out but there was $50 taken from the nightstand. The manager did absolutely nothing and was extremely rude to us. I guess he is ok with his employees stealing from paying customers.

My mom and I decided to stay here for a night, since we only went to LA from Vegas to renew our passports. I truly didn't expect anything about this hotel cause it's one of the cheapest in that area. However, I encountered some problems that did not really affect me but made my mom mad lol! You can hear the noises from the street and the doors shutting down so hard from the hallway. Obviously, we didn't get enough sleep during the stay. Also, the guy from the lobby didn't welcome or even smile at us probably because we're not Korean The TV remote was not working, my mom's bed was making so much noise and we don't know why, and the refrigerator was so dirty. I would recommend this hotel to someone who's not picky and for those who will only stay for a night.

This is a place only for to go to sleep. The rooms are clean but these are old. The workers are friendly. You could feel sure inside it!

The manager is so sweet and helpful. Service is great just ask for Cristina. Michelle is an ass refrain from any contact with her. Rooms are roomy and lobby is nice and quiet. Coffee provided.

For what we paid it did the job. Koreatown is amazing. Staff was nice. Location was good. Room was clean and t. V. Worked. I'd stay again.

Decent location. Terrible service and the quality of the rooms were pretty poor. The bathrooms are not up to today's standard and there is always a awful smell when walking in the lobby.

The place is comfortable and free secure parking is located on the side of the building and in the garage. The hotel shares the building with a restaurant. The staff was very kind and accommodating. I was allowed to change rooms during my stay without any problem. The price was very reasonable. The hotel is located in Koreantown part of L. A. Very comfortable and safe area.

We just returned from a wonderful week in Los Angeles, CA and the first review I have ever written must go to the Palga Grand Hotel Hotel. This lovely little hotel is such a gem. We enjoyed the fact that the hotel is situated in a residential area of Los Angeles, CA away from the din of downtown. I was a little skeptical about the bathrooms down the hall concept, but as it turned out no problem and actually kind of fun — hey, heated towel racks! The staff is kind, friendly, helpful and the young man who checked us in insisted on lugging our suitcases up to the 3d floor. Our room overlooked Los Angeles, CA. And was quiet as could be. It'd be nice if they had coffee in the lobby though, just try juggling 2 cups of hot coffee through the front door while trying to unlock and retrieve your keys.

They should improve the cleaning, there is a bar under the hotel so the hotel it's not a family one.

This one is cleaner than hollywood inn south. Wifi is so slow Water pressure is low, too But you can watch korean TV if you want.

We stay in this horrible hotel for valentines weekend, is realy BAD, BAD services, bad cleaning, the elevator doesn't work we had to used the stairs to the fifth floor, the shower doesn't work, no microwave, we never will come back to this place.

Inexpensive rooms and convenient location. Active Grindr area.

The staff is friendly and helpful. It's definitely an old hotel that could use some attention. You get what you pay for.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I guess you have to be Asian to get a room. In the internet was written they have 2 rooms left, so I called and got greeted in maybe korean. Since I'm not speaking that language he only was telling me very rude no room no room. It's just ridiculous.
