This place was not clean and was decorated with lawn furniture. The bathroom sink leaked all over the floor. Will never stay there again.

Not bad… but not great either. It's in a decent location, central, and my kids thought it was great… But they love being in a hotel lol. There were some bug problems but not bed bugs. The TV didn't work and the first room I walked into hadn't been cleaned. So they gave us a different room and were very professional about the mix up. Seems like a good family that runs it… But it could use a few upgrades. Kitchenette included and enough room so you don't feel cramped. Overall not a bad place to stay for a night.

Looks like this family owned motel is really doing their best to keep everything clean and in good repair.

Slightly off the beaten path. One block away from Pacific Coast Highway the Eagle Inn is the quietest of the motels in that area of Long Beach and Wilmington. There is a large truck filling station one block away with all kinds of conveniences including a complete Carl's jr. Inside. There is also a McDonald's and Winchell's Donuts open 24 hours to meet all of your food taste taste. There's also a small but very good Mexican restaurant right adjacent to the motel. The rooms have been remodeled and a very clean with hardwood floors and your curtains. The widescreen TV and computer workstation make this a good bet for traveling business people. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning.

Great place for the price. Booked the room online check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean. And It's about 5 minutes from the downtown area so everything worked out great. I would definitely stay there again.

Dirty, Wi-Fi sucks and they play stupid about the connection. On arrival the fridge was broken. All our food went bad including the baby food, they offered to buy us some, that was a lie. On the 4th day I asked the maid what was going on and explained about my baby breathing poison, condenser oil was leaking out and made whole place stink and toxic. The managers brought a filthy one from nextdoor. It was a nightmare. I can write a book on the place.

One of the best motels in long beach area. The staff is super friendly and the motel is very clean. Good value for money.

You get what you pay for. It is ideal for a basic room, not much more. The TV remote only works for the Dish, not the TV. The AC unit is extremely loud. The toilet feels like you are crouching instead of sitting. Yet it is close to food (Carl's Jr, Winchell's, taco Bell, Mexican food and gas station). Being on two main streets makes it easy to catch a bus, with multiple options to get around.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Quiet without much drug activity. No pornography on the TV.

Someone fraudently charged 3 rooms at this hotel on my debit card, and I called to let them know that $270 was going to be returned to them as fraudent charges from my bank, and the guy I talked to said "we only accept cards with positive ID" I told him that someone used a fake card then and my bank was refusing the charges and he said I am sorry but we always check ID. Super unprofessional. I knew the exact time and date of charges, and amounts. Eagle Inn will be out the money not me.

I knew already not expect a superior experience at a 2-star motel. That being said there are a few things they could do to make it a more aesthetically pleasing motel. Using bleach to clean their towels, sheets and bathrooms would not only clean but disinfect as well. There were hairs everywhere! On the bedding, floors, bathtub, etc. Using a small vacuum would eliminate that issue, as well as having staff pull their hair back. The room also had an odd smell but our travel Febreeze took care of this. We also wiped down every touchable surface and used a plastic bag over the TV remote. Honestly our stay wasn't horrible, just wished the room was more sanitary. The cotton string mop they use actually causes a build up, they're better off using a steam mop which you can bleach wash and reuse. It's the little things that matter. The getlemen that runs the Eagle Inn was very kind and accommodating. He apologized about our sheets. If you're on a tight budget and don't mind cleaning a little bit then this place is for you. Just don't expect a 5-star experience or room.

The guy at the front desk was very nice but sad to say the room wasn't the cleanest it could have been and the sheets were dirty. So after my wife and I wiped it down with Lysol wipes and changed the sheets we only had a floor that wasn't swept good. Oh yeah and the toilet would rock when you sat on it lol. Sorry I'm not trying to pick on the place. It served its purpose and at the end of the day we were happy to have a place to lay our heads down.

This place is a dump. People were living there and the maid had her small child cleaning rooms… pulled up and immediately cancelled my reservation.

I drove a new friend of mine to the motel. Upon arriving my friend was told that there was no availability. As for the appearance, the exterior was clean and well kept. I have no comments on the inside of the rooms.

Very small room smelled really bad and big roaches in the restroom and room and I had to ask for towels cause there was none.

Price absolutely justified. Clean beds and bathroom, big rooms, new air conditioning, safety locks on the door. The staff is also very helpful. Definitely one of the best motels I've stayed in for this price.

Nice big rooms and super clean. I wanted to stay again, but they were full. Everything a walk away lkke food, restaurants, stores, bars. Grwat location. Will be back for sure!

Room is clean nicely furnished free Wi-Fi parking a bit cramped but easily managed.

Seen roaches in the room Rude maids. Rude owner not family friendly. They complained about everything. Even where we park. The owner was okay some days then flips his wig most days. Thursday evenings is bad they have a family drink night in there maintenance garage on site. While staying there someone scratched up my brand new truck all the way around. Maids are bitchy they tryed to chase us out of bed so they can clean. She even yelled get out trying to push her way into the room. Only one maid who was nice. I wouldnt go back. His maintenance workers look like druggys. While we stayed there we were missing some items.

We didn't find the rooms we booked and the place smells terrible.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. Great rates. Nice clean rooms! Staff even monitored the parking lot. No bugs! Comfy rooms. I well definitely go back when I'm in the area again. They gave us our space weren't bugging us like some places would.

Prices are fake. I called price jumps from 50 _ 70 dollars rip off.

Place was nice it was clean And it had a flat screen TV and free cable channels and wireless so all in all it was pretty nice.
