Terrible continental breakfast. Nice hotel staff. I felt like the linens were not clean because there were little hairs on the towels and sheets. The toiletry items provided by the hotel are disgustingly cheap. Definitely a disappointment for a casinos hotel. The on-site security service very vigilant. Nice security staff too.

Awesome room, decent pricing. Quick check in and check out. Checked in later checked out early. Comfy clean beds. Giant tv. Ac was alright.

The pictures on the site DO NOT accurately portray the room. Some rooms have been remodeled and updated but NOT the one I stayed in. False advertising in my opinion. As for the continental breakfast, the banana given was SO green it was inedible therefore should have not been an option, the waiter could have offered another fruit instead. Smell inside STRONGLY of Cannabis like it was in the ventilation system as we walked to and from the room. Check in staff was friendly tho.

The poolside location was nice to listen to the band that was performing. The band bluefish did a great job and the bar by the pool was ideally located.

Staff was excellent. The newly renovated rooms were nice, but you may have to ask for new pillows, some of them needed to be retired! But staff was awesome, and accommodating. Rooms are hit or miss, online of course they have pictures of their renovated rooms, but not all are renovated yet.

We went here for drinks and to munch on some fries. This place is the best when you want to stay out late.

The worst hotel I have every stayed at, the room and bathroom were incredibly dirty, I could not believe they called “clean. ” We were moved to a different room but that one was not any better. The food was awful, the whole place was just dark and grungy. Don’t stay here!

Went to play a little poker after a fun night singing kareoke. Dealer and player seemed to have a relationship. Seems every time I have a hand or anyone else has a hand, the dealer and this one player seems to communicate with each other and the other players losses. When I bring it up I get kicked out. Seems even the management is on the play.

Unless your a heavy gambler, a tweaker, or like to hear your neighbors fight and throw each other into the wall keep driving a bit further to Murrieta. The room was clean and acceptable but the element there and nearby was less then desirable.

Stayed here for a few weeks during Christmas. It was 15 min from daughter. Small casino, didn't gamble so can't say much. Food was just ok. Breakfast only was good. Room was dated but flat screen and newer frig. No microwave, kind of forcing you to eat at there location. Well there are several fast food and sit down restaurants nearby. Not enough parking near rooms. Price to service for me was to expensive, not worth it. They asked me when I checked in if I can afford it by just the way I looked, after days driving. Yes felt insulted. I am retired disabled person. They didn't need to know, just run my credit card, if it goes through theirs your answer. Very rude people. Not staying there again or recommend anyone.

Old run down hotel. Dirty, moldy bathroom. Sheets were stained/dirty on one of the beds. Furniture tops were all warped and rough from water? I will NEVER stay here or recommend this place.

Nice hotel. If in the area I would probably stay here again. Didn't go inside the casino but the rooms were nice. The beds were comfortable and the overall experience was nice.

It was a great place the last time I stayed there but now that I ran like a prison you can't even smoke on the property.

This casino is fun to play poker at. The food is okay at best. The newest addition of horse racing made it feel like a low class establishment. If you're local and looking to play poker, come on down. If not, save the drive.

This is the place if you like table poker. Nice sports bar with daily specials.

The hotel was cinder block walls on three out of the four walls. All of the outlets were loose. The TV reception was terrible, only two channels partially came in. The toilet was in the way of the bathroom door. The shower didn't drain at all. The shower doors didn't have handled, so you had to fight to get the doors open. The hallways drunk of smoke, and the room smelled of bad air freshener to cover up smoke. There was a plus though, the mattress was fairly new.

This establishment is my favorite Poker place in California and they have such great food! I love the tournaments and the staff!

Ample parking, only two kinds of free cold ceral offered, comfortable desk chair. That's all I need. Only thing that I didn't like it the funky smell of the room.

Definitely low end but good value. Room's were big, good Wi-Fi, decent prices at restaurant. Room was old but clean.

Me and my husband have stayed at many hotels in our travels before but I must say this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life it's don't look like it does online and you got people in the room next to you talking loud and making all kinda of nose sound so close like they was in the room with you It was very scary. I really don't feel comfortable here we will not being staying for our whole time that we booked for one night is enough for us.

I had a great time staying at this venue. The entertainment is spot on with the casino and a nice restaurant/ bar with very reasonable prices. The rooms are clean but could definitely use some updating.

Loved it staff was awesome food was awesome rooms are awesome hated that had to leave to go back home next time in the area will definitely stay again.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights after being impressed by the pictures on the web site. Such gorgeous rooms at such a reasonable price seemed like a no-brainer! Imagine our surprise when we checked-into ours, which was decorated in a mid-century federal penitentiary motif, complete with carpeting that looked to be 40 years old, a broken safety clasp on the door, and the most hideous pea-green counter-top we'd ever seen. The bathroom (toilet) door was missing, too, replaced with a funky curtain, which provided no privacy. And it gets worse… It looked as if someone had tried to rip an outlet out of the (concrete block) wall, and all of the baseboards were missing in the hallways. In short, our experience was NOTHING LIKE what they portrayed on the web site. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because the staff truly was awesome, and bent over backwards to make us feel welcome.

Staff is great restaurant has awesome food plenty of card tables available rooms are rooms are outstanding.

Well I didn't even make it to the room, as though my room was paid for in full by a 3rd party, they still wanted a room deposit on a credit card. I do not use or believe in credit cards, therefore, they refused to let me have the room, even though I offered a cash deposit. Every hotel by my residence accepts a cash deposit and this has a casino attached to it… I don't understand.

The rooms were clean and smelled nice as there was no smoking in the rooms. The a. C. Worked good and the pool was warm even at night. Overall a great experience.

Full Volcano. Staff not willing to clean the floor you leave wet. Rude staff to travesty. Horrible Juegoscon horrible rules. It's definitely not recommended.

This Hotel/Casino ONLY has tables. No slot machines, a bar with several big screen t. V. 's. MOTOWN Summer Concert Series 2017 was absolutely awesome by the poolside. Bar lit up. Couples n singles dancing n singing from 7pm-11pm.

Great casino, win big regularly, great dealers, and the food and drinks are the best in the area. Party too hard? No problem hotel always has rooms. Gamble a moderate amount and the floor man will comp you a room. Enjoy a great experience. Also I love to see couples on a date here, they always look like they are having fun.

This place was not worth the $ the whole place looks like it's falling apart except for the front check-in and casino.

The staff is wonderful they went out of their way to make our stay a great one.

We felt very safe leaving our truck and trailer there overnight. Security is very subtle yet keen especially, about making their presence known. Tons of parking for our 36ft fifth wheel! Usually so hard to find parking when we have the trailer but it was perfect!

It is under renovation, but for the price, it was awesome. We were pleasantly surprised by the pool conditions, and the casino staff were really fun.

Lousy service the dirty beds and cards do not work, the Alverca dirty, reserber a room not to smoke and gave with an unbearable smell and not only I was like 8 families and the same problem all not recommended.

I can't stay here because I am a local?! What?!?! I had to leave my house tonight and came to get a room. The gentleman behind the desk told me they do not accept locals, he couldn't explain why. So here I am midnight, looking for a place to stay, figured I'd go here in case I couldn't sleep, I could go have fun at the casino… boy was I wrong. I didnt realize my my zip code affected their decision to allow me to stay in their precious hotel. Why have a hotel in a city that you dont deem its residents worthy of staying at your hotel? Absolutely ridiculous and unjust.

I went to the casino to play a poker tournament. A lot of old people play here. I played for two hours. I ate a rich breakfast while playing.

The carpet felt sticky, the bathrooms were gross with old linoleum in lime green, and the bathtub had a layer of soap scum. The noise was intolerable. Upstairs guests were rowdy with stomping and yelling until 3 am.

Very nice hotel and casino people and staff friendly food was great for the price would recommend to friends.

I got hit by either bed bugs or bed spiders sleeping here. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Will be calling corporate.
