Awsome staff management is cleaning up the riff raff and extended family makes you feel like you are at home.

The past few days I've stayed here I've had nothing but great experiences. The workers are on point with their cleaning, they're very friendly and helpful willing to get the customer what they need without having to wait, Most of all the new management is Awesome very friendly and outgoing. I love that they're fixing them up and making them so much nicer and adding more rooms soon they got rid of all the negative. I highly recommend staying at the Hesperia inn hotel when you're out in the area and see for yourself.

DEAR OWNERS! I've stayed here over 15 times now, I've seen management change three times. The younger Mexican guy white girl with kids. Then the older white couple and the new couple short guy big Mexican girl. I use to love staying the rooms were nice and clean inside and it's alot quieter than anywhere else in this town. Time or rich and his wife seamed to be overwhelmed alot and it might have taken a while longer to get the extra towels you asked for but they got there I I don't have much today about any of the old management besides everything was fine but the new couple are complete snakes and I don't know he else to hope this reaches you singer is goes… I payed 60 dollars Thursday night 60 again Friday night 60 Saturday night the door locks were changed from keys to cards I was then moved to room 116 where I was told I'd get a discount because there was no fridge or microwave and the walls werent finished being painted and the paint buckets and rollers were still in the room so from 60 dollars a night to 45 a night I went no problem I then was told my doors lock wasn't installed correctly either and couldn't have a key but any time I left I'd be let in no problem a bit fishy to me already but then I was in my room at night time without the t. V on and could hear the new manager telling an old guest that there was a computer now thatbkeeps track of the room keys so they can't make you a key if they're discounting you so he could ''pocket'' the money from guests!

Almost done with complete renovation very clean for being a worksite.

It was clean and quiet. The managers aren't here alot of the time, but if you don't want to be bothered this is a good spot. You do have to go to the office with your towels and dump your own trash, but it's affordable and the manager is very easy to work with.

I had a very pleasant stay. Rich and his staff are great hosts, very helpful and accommodating. I recommend very highly.

Managers awesome his name is Richard he will seriously treat you like family to make sure your comfortable and happy with your stay. (My husband went to the office to see if they had any salt by any chance well they didnt so he came back to our door about 10 minites later with salt he ran and grabbed from the 711 across the road. ) just a really nice guy and the rooms inside are surprsingly nice very clean, tile floors non smoking rooms flat screen t. Vs up high on the wall. Surpised with this place. The only thing is its kind of hard to find down the side road behind the closed animal hospital but its sort of a plus because it is very quiet here and its saturday night. Id sugest this place to friends and family 100% last thing its very cheap too!

Heseria inn is a great place love the employees. There best customer service I say best. In the high desert havent checked them out you need a room for a night or a week they got your back.
