Good nice clean place, and classy!

Sierra helped me when I checked in. It appeared that the IHG app booked 2 rooms but I only needed one. So she took care of it and canceled one. Thank you. Rest of my stay was great and highly recommend this place. Yes it’s close to a railroad, but didn’t hear much noise at night.

Very friendly staff, breakfast was fresh and was actually good. Coffee was a bit stale as if it was opened a bit ago, but was freshly brewed. Very very clean!

The event/meeting room was such a nice place to celebrate my mother's birthday. Just the right size room. The reservation was smooth to make through phone. The price was fair. It included tables and chairs along with white table linens covers. Our quest loved the location and commented on how fair the price of room was. I would give 5 stars if only the restroom would have been closer. We had free ice for drinks since we used the ice machine next to elevators. I liked how there was an entrance door close to event room. For future events we will be booking here again.! Thank you staff for making this a stress free reservation and the helping us enjoy and celebrate my mother's birthday here.

Nice, clean, modern amd cozy hotel off the 99 at Fresno's north end. The staff was very attentive. I'll be going back there if next time!

Wifi worked great. Staff were nice. Rooms were comfortable. Cable had full access to premium channels.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, happy hour Tuesday through Friday is really nice to get a free beer or glass of wine and some munchies after a long work day. Really nice people at the front desk that are smiling and accommodating. Quiet rooms and comfortable beds. This is a great workweek stay.

I held a Baby Shower here Sunday, March 25, 2018 and the guest were about an hour late, so everything was running behind, the staff Crystal and Narda were there and they gave us an additional hour and that was awesome!

Very nice hotel. Free managers meeting tuesday-thursday nights with appetizers and drinks. Outdoor hot tub and pool. Nice rooms and a very friendly stagf.

It's a nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. 1elevator, long waits for it. Broken ice machines nearly every floor.

When traveling we always stay at the Holiday Inn Express no matter where we are. They are always clean appointed nicely and services always top notch.

While the accommodations were very well above average (something I've come to expect from Holliday Inn Express, and have yet to be let down on), the breakfast had a SERIOUS problem — the turkey sausage patties were spoiled.

If you like Highway noises, if by chance you are running side I hope the air conditioning is quieter than in our room. And in special mention the homeless people squat for breakfast.

I have never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express before this was my first experience it actually was quite comfortable breakfast was wonderful in and the staff was great definitely would come back.

The treadmill is sill out of order, looks like I won't be able to exercise tonight.

Everything was good except for breakfast. Not up to par compared to other Holiday Inn Express hotels.

A better name for this establishment would be Hotel Hell. You have a choice on listening to freeway traffic all night or be woken up by a train whistle every 15 minutes. They leave a complimentary set of ear plugs by each bed. I don't think noise cancelling head phones would work in this place. After a terrible night's sleep, the wake up call was an hour earlier than requested. Nice rooms but horrible location.

Spending the last week of our vacation here… great place, friendly staff. Fresh baked cookies and the happy hour snacks/ drinks were a welcome touch. We will return on our next holiday.

Good hotel with amazing staff. Located by a lot of places to eat and hang out. Always good rooms.

Request a room which has no window to the highway. Otherwise you might hear some of the traffic. The room is clean, the staff is friendly. There is a microwave in the bedroom. I would come again.

Clean rooms, great staff, great price. Train tracks right next to hotel, sometimes can be annoying.

Very helpful and accommodating front desk person and great military discount. Room very nice and bed linens soft! The free breakfast is the clincher.

Nice hotel. Got upgraded to a suite… Can have the fan on at all times, which is a huge plus to me (drowns out the noise) … Restaurants bout 5-10 minutes away. Great service.

The location and room was very nice, but one of the rooms purchased was double booked so we walked in on some strangers in the room.

I stayed new years night and the guy working the front desk was very polite and helped me with getting a room situated. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pretty good place to stay, however watch out for the elevator noise in room 118. However, every staff member was nice and the location is convenient.

This place is horrible to stay at, the front desk people are very rude. I stayed here once and when I called and asked for more towels, they said there was no more, but when I went downstairs to get coffee, I saw them giving someone else a towel. Even the manager Paul Coreno is an a**hole, he acts like he don't care about the guests. The only nice person that I actually liked there was this young kid named Victor, he was very generous to me and took the time out to help me whenever I needed it, but I guess they fired him or he must have left because he saw how bad the people working their were. I will never come back to this hotel ever again, and I wished they would have closed it down instead of the Yukon Jacks across the street. By the way, there was way too much noise the night I stayed there, and I saw a lot of escorts walking up and down the halls. Worst Hotel Ever.

Awful. A block of rooms was reserved for the wedding we were attending in the area. Upon check-in, my parents room had just been painted and the paint had not dried, in addition to masking tape everywhere in the room. They were moved to a handicap room and could not hang their clothes anywhere. When we checked in, we were placed on a different floor away from the rest of the wedding guests. On the day of the wedding, we asked for the shuttle to take the group of us to the site and were told that while the shuttle was meant to transport guests, they had no driver. Yet as we were standing there waiting for a taxi, the shuttle pulled up with a driver and people. The pool was taped off, as well. Now to the best part, this hotel is LOUD. Do not stay here if you cannot endure being woke by the train blaring by every 15 minutes during the night. The tracks are across the street! On the other side of the building is the freeway. Beyond all that, the room and breakfast was nice but you would do best finding someplace else to stay.

I love this place the staff is wonderful.

When we checked in at the reception we asked if there is wireless internet available. In fact WLAN was not working at all in the room. After 1 1/2 hour of waiting for fixing the problem we quit the room and moved to another hotel. There was no problem with cancellation but it cost us almost two hours and they knew it from the beginning that WLAN did not work properly. They should have informed us at the check-in — especially because we had specifically asked for high speed wireless internet access. Staff tried to be helpful but were not able to fix it within two hours.
