After checking out. They charged an additional 250.00 dollars without telling me because I checked out a week early due to work change. When I called them they told me the manager wasn't there to call back on Monday when I told them that wasn't acceptable the manager was standing there able to take my phone call.

I read some reviews on line after I booked hotwire… I even called hotwire and ask if I could change hotels after I read the reviews. They told me to just show up and ask to see the rooms before checking in. So I did the front desk had no problem with giving me all 3 room keys and letting me in the rooms. I just wanna say… You please all of the people all of the time. I loved it clean, comfy, courteous and really nice place to stay!

Very disappointed I did reservations 1 week in advance & got a room that was not what I asked for. I requested a king size bed & got a double bed.

This place is terrible! Smoking all over hotel. Beer cans and cigarette butts all over outside. Room was dirty carpet was nasty didn't look like it had been vacuumed in days. I was supposed to stay here 5 days but 1 was enough. This place is in a decent area but definitely not recommended.

3990 inland empire, Ontario ca 91764, the rooms were a little out of date, the elevator was old and we almost got stuck. So if it's more then 5 people in the elevator it might get stuck. Besides that it was very close to the concert I was attending so it worked for the night.

Its more like a little apartment. So you're really feeling at home. Everything seems so simple.

Terrible hotel stay away! Dirty smelly rooms save your money! The manager that is a woman is a witch thinks the hotel is a five star but it’s barely a one star! Stay away very rude ppl that work there except for a few but it’s not even worth paying any money.

Terrible. Requested a non-smoking room and the WHOLE floor reeked of cannabis. When I addressed the front desk agent about the issue she stated "you did not request a non-smoking room"… Needless to say the front door stated anything other than tobacco products are not permitted and if you choose to smoke it must not be within 25 feet of the property. Ashes were scattered across the bathroom counter tops and the place felt dirty. Honestly paid an additional $300 last minute to stay somewhere else. Not worth the risk of getting some kind of disease.

I love the rooms here. I have stayed at this location many times and can honestly say that you get way more for your dollar here. Hotwire has the best deals hands down They have full kitchens with a gas stove in every room. The rooms are very well kept and the beds are comfortable as well.

This place has the worst management. The carpet is filthy. You must fetch your own toilet tissue and towels. I've stayed in better hotels and paid less. Never staying here again!

We stayed here to attend the race in Fontana. Nightly rate $187, without housekeeping. The room was unclean, poorly equipped. We asked for additional pillows and blankets and were told they did not have any. While we were in a non-smoking room, the cigarette smoke was overwhelming all night and all morning in the bathroom. We packed up and got out. On the way out a homeless lady pushed me aside to fill her water bottles with coffee.

Very secure, the rooms are a bit dated but clean. The best thing I can say is that even with dated rooms there is no old musty smell. I have been to some bad hotels and some great ones. I got the studio with a king bed for 3 days, the guest staff is very friendly but I wonder about the area with so much security on the main lobby, it requires a room key to get in or buzzed in.

No star. I only put one cause I had to. This place is horrible. Soon as you get up stairs there's trash in the hallway. The blanket and sheets were so wrinkled and when I pulled the sheets back there were crumbs in the bed. Not acceptable. I wouldn't consider this place if it was the last hotel in town nor refer anyone.

Ghetto never dreamed of a hotel 6 before today. Where is the blanket? Sheets? No kitchen appliances. Horrible. Can't wait to leave!

We stayed here on 9/28/17 and check out 9/29/17. We gotten a kitchen room which they all get but this one was little run down. Once again no ice maker for that matter. There evaluator was a joke took forever to go up and down you did better taking the stairs for how slow that thing was. Don't get me wrong staff were friendly. There breakfast was also a joke hardly nothing to enjoy. Coffee was almost empty no grab to go breakfast snack at all. We were disappointed because we didn't bring food to cover that. Also there price rating for this certain hotel was ridiculous. We can see charging near $100 if everything was new and updated seriously.

The rooms were nice. But the morning staff was very rude even to a little girl asking for a muffin during breakfast. It was sad.

For starters when we got here we had to wait a half and hour because our room wasn't ready. Then the next morning when my family and I went to get breakfast all they had were granola bars, coffee, and hot chocolate. It's a really crappy hotel don't bring your kids here.

Dirty and felt unsafe being alone there. Lots of creepy people, people drinking in the parking lot next to a van, everything was dirty, the floors were sticky as was the remote. There wasn't a clock, the toilet wasn't clean, the bathroom was so small that you had to stand on the side of the toilet to close the door. There wasn't anything in the kitchen to utilize the kitchen. You could ask for it and supposedly it would be brought to you but we had to go down and get the utensils ourselves. The fridge wasn't cold enough to use for at least 6 hours. Even the outlets didn't work properly. They were so loose the plug wouldn't stay in enough to charge my phone. They did not have an airport shuttle nor did they have an ice machine. There were 2 ice trays in the freezer but no way was I going to use them.

The rooms were extremely small and the refrigerator was positioned in a way that to open it was on the right instead of the left. No hangs In the room and the bed was full size not even queen. The floors in the lobby was dirty. The elevator needed to be serviced and upgraded. They did have a microwave but no tea or instant coffee or creamer at all in the room. The bed was so close to the drawers that you could not open it and it was so old and smelly in there too. They need to open this up to the homeless to get them off the street. They might love it.

Nice hotel to stay for an extended amount of time. They have kitchenettes in every room and if you have a dog or two they are welcome here also. Don't be fooled by the free breakfast because its miniature muffins, most of the time they're gone if you don't go early (6-6:30am), packets of oatmeal, crunchy breakfast bars, coffee and hot chocolate packets and that's the free breakfast. Rooms aren't cleaned very well, I bought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned by room myself. Lots of parking and the staff is very nice and very helpful. All in all it's a nice hotel.

I didn't stay there but my parents if they liked we went to eat in their room and had a kitchenette the bed and the bathroom had a full-size refrigerator and microwave too.

Clean rooms but stinks of cigarettes smoke. Stay away from the 3rd floor if you can. The hallways are engulfed at various times of the say. The mornings are the worst.

Has a stove, sink, cabinets, fridge, good ac, Wi-Fi, and decent cable. Service is great.

Room was well furnished clean and comfortable. From what I could see any amenity one could want could be asked for at the front desk. Pots, pans, plates & even toiletries.

Do not stay here, they do not fix anything that breaks… they have spider's I seen three in four weeks… been here for a month and its two girls that work there at the front desk that are very rude. But all the males are cool… save your self, I got locked out ten times when I was paying 518 every wednesday.

Overbooked my room and I had to drive far for a different hotel. Staff was nice though, and did a good job even when customers were mad at them.

The room was big and clean. Pricing was on the low end and the front desk people were very friendly.

Do not Stay Here — Methheads run this place — fire alarm system set off at 2:30 am Friday night March 18th & again at 8:30 pm tonight Sunday March 20th! Oh & smoking is allowed in room's!

This is the absolute worst place to stay! Save your money. Rooms I was not told that housekeeping does not clean the rooms prior to my stay otherwise I would NOT have booked my stay here. The sheets were not clean, the kitchen and shower were filthy. I'm disgusted. I was told that housekeeping did not clean the rooms if you did not stay more than 7 days, otherwise it is a $10 daily charge. When I asked where in the agreement it stated that, I was told "it's not in there and doesn't need to be" by a front desk person named Laura. Staff The staff members are very rude and condescending. I asked to speak to a manager and was told "the manager won't be in until whenever he comes in, but he's supposed to be in at 8. " How rude. Building The building smells like cigarettes, hot dog water, and cooked sausage. It is very outdated. Overall, NEVER again.

One of the best extended stay america hotels, I lived in so many of them. I can honestly say this one is the best.

Great location, as its very close to many restaurants and shops. It's also within 5 minutes away from a mall!

A fairly good value for the area based upon the price paid. The rooms have small kitchens with microwave, refrigerator and cooktops, as well as necessary dishes, utensils, etc.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We were in the top floor it smells nasty, the carpet is so dirty, there was hairs in the bathroom and to top it off the noise of the AC is loud.

Mold smell is off the chain! We are on the 3rd floor and the elevator doesn't work. No housekeeping, people smoking inside non smoking rooms, Mold made my baby sick and vomit.

Worst stay ever staff is friendly but manager is horrible what a rude creeper ladies beware he kept trying to pull me aside to talk and got very rude will never return it smelled horrible and my room was dirty so many hotels in the area I would suggest them.

I stayed here for month as a business traveler. I can say. The rooms are a little bit used but functional and clean. The personal working there was always nice. The cleaning staff did there job quite well. The only thing you have to be aware about is to ask for a room that is not facing the I-10. And the breakfast is. Lets say. Coffee, Apples and granola bars. (Okay once but not for month) I will go there again.

This hotel is a rip off. Staff is rude and snobby, no house keeping, their "grab n' go" breakfast is lame, and the toilet was broken. I will never stay here again.

Happy we choose this hotel so far. We just arrived for a 40 day stay here, the front desk was more than accommodating. We wanted a non smoking, top floor room so it would be quiet. We also had several other odd requests, which they handled perfectly. The room is clean, the closet is more usable than other hotels, and there is more room for storage in the bathroom too. The walls and windows seem to control noise better than most hotels. The kitchen space is tiny, but functional. No complaints, and for the price this is nicer than many upper end Choice Hotels we have stayed in.

Never stay here. Horrible hotel! the house keeper stole the TV after we checked out and the hotel tried charging us! these guys are theives, they are very rude.
