Very open and clean quiet and above all very comfortable bed.

The hotel rooms are very clean.

After I paid full price for the room $150, they call me about an hour later and tell me The heater is broken and would I like extra blankets. They knew when I checked in and didn’t inform me. Refused to give my money back or even a discount. The temp will be in the 40’s tonight. They say they’re full but there’s literally two other cars in the parking lot.
Will not stay here again.

This is my "Go to" hotel whenever our company does business in the area! The staff is top notch and the rooms are always clean! I love this location!

Front desk rep is very courteous and friendly. She's very accomodating. The room is very clean and comfy. I was very satsfied.

What a shame, I’ve stayed at this location many many times and have always been treated like good, but ever since it was taken over by Wyndham the service has really deteriorated, today I showed up at 3pm to check in and there were 8 cars in the parking lot and they said they don’t have any clean rooms even though I booked this a week ago… It was a great relationship for a long time, but all hood things come to an end.

It’s very clean and the staff has been really nice too.

Pet friendly hotel, accidentally spilled some water by entry, the door in our hotel room so I cleaned it up with a white towel and it came up black, the floors in there are disgusting like they’ve never been cleaned before it really made my toes feel itchy. Hotels like this have to do better with cleaning. Oh not to mention I was about to take a shower and seen a roach, started packing and seen another one.

Clean, big rooms, nice staff and parking. Big bathroom. The king bed with couch pullout bed is perfect and like I said big.

Very good hotel, the price is quite high, the staff are quite friendly. Call for the front-office beauty. The hotel is quite clean.

We read that this hotel had been recently remodeled. If that means a new coat of paint, then I agree. Other than that, it was your average La Quinta. What wasn't average was the number of homeless people wandering around the hotel. Strangest thing was the guy in the room next to ours who opened the window and broke the screen off. This was so he could climb down from the second floor by using a bedsheet. No one working there was able to explain all of this fun. Summary: find a better hotel.

My family chose this hotel because it was pet friendly and it had decent reviews. It was, by far, one of the worst places I have stayed. The main issue was cleanliness. The hallway, elevator, and room carpets were not vacuumed well, with visible dirt and debris on them. The hallway carpeting had large stains throughout the hallway. Our bedspread has stains on it. The shower wall was actually dirty as if it had not even beeen wiped down. When I went downstairs for breakfast, about 8, the dining and food area was disgusting. The floors were especially dirty. The counter where the food was being served was messy and dirty. One worker came out to sweep under a really messy table, but for some reason stopped and left the pile on the floor. Most places that have a breakfast have 2-4 people visible, resupplying food and keeping things clean. We have used Holiday Inn Express many, many times and have never encountered a place so filthy. Unfortunately, I would be hesitant to try La Quinta again.

Priscilla was great, helpful and welcoming to myself and other guests even when things got very busy. Nice Fresno location. Easy access to highways.

Location is about 20 minutes from airport and one minute from freeway. At the time of our stay there was construction in the surrounding area. The room was well-furnished and very clean. The staff was very nice the continental breakfast was more than I was expecting. A pleasant surprise. There's an outdoor spa and hot tub with tables and chairs to relax in. The Fitness room is equipped with 3 cardio machines and one Fitness ball as well as a TV. It's good to keep up your cardio and that's about it. Overall it's a great hotel for the money close to a lot of shopping and easy access to go other places.

The room was spacious and reasonably priced. We had noticed that the housekeeper did not do a thorough job of cleaning the bathroom (stains that looked like blood on the corner of the wall by the toilet) and one of the nightstands (had a folded paper, someone's ATM receipt, and there was writing inside of the Bible). I was also woken up by the nearby trains both nights that we stayed here. Overall it was just an okay stay.

The rooms are great and it's quiet due to being located off the main road.

The room was new/nice/clean. The people were friendly and check in was uneventful. Those are the things we would expect. The trains running every hour or so down the tracks and rattling the bed, the neighbors DOG crying and yapping and people slamming doors. Not cool. Sitting in the lobby at 7:15 waiting for the 6am breakfast to be set up when you've got an 8am meeting. Not acceptable.

Clean, good sized rooms. Coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge. Good location. Close to the freeway, restaurants, shops and gas stations.

Super friendly vibe. Brought my dogs who loved it. Location was quiet. Room was clean and well decorated.

A lot has changed here. We used to love staying here years after years. The staff doesn't seem to care anymore. Half ass cleaning. Dirty sheets and carpet. The sofa stained. The food was awful. Not coming back here anymore.

Poor customer service. The general manager Tim Cahill is very rude and has poor customer service skills. He sent me a very rude email stating that the room my husband and I stayed in had several noise complaints, witch never happened. And when I called to let him know he had the wrong room he was very rude and nasty. He didn't do his research before he fasley accused us of being noisy and sending rude emails. DON'T STAY HERE! Spend your money where it's appeciated.

A very comfortable hotel. Ideal If you visit the Grand Canyon.

The hotel location is very central to every place that I needed to be in Fresno. I love La Quinta's pet policy. I enjoyed my time there. The rooms are clean, and nicely situated. The manager was very pleasant and immediately corrected a minor issue that I had.

Clean room, comfortable bed, the walls are just a little to thin, you can hear your neighbor and the hall way is very noisy, but overall very comfortable and secure.

Dirty, old, non working shower. They refunded our money and was apologetic. This is the only reason I'm giving 2stars.

Pretty clean and decent hotel. The breakfast is okay, but good value for money given the price of the hotel.

This is the 4th time. I stayed. It was fine before, all staff is nice specially Michael Ceballos, supervisor is awesome, helpful and makes sure you are happy, always with a smile. Room was nice. Breakfast was average, but I was bitten by something 11 times at the business center, where I did kill something like a black large ant it was very painful and itching for several days.

Comfortable and good price. Room was not the cleanest, saw a straw wrapper when we walked in : (but no problems otherwise.

On September 4th I checked in for three nights to a urine smell that the front desk refused to mitigate. I t was definitley coming from the mattress. The front desk kept telling me " the cleaning lady said there was no problem". Enjoy your stay. Larry Holness.

Room was nice and service was ok.

My room is clean. My bathroom is spotless. Good breakfast. Didn't charge me extra to bring pet. Great customer service. My girl loves the pool and hot tub. Stayed here every year whenever we visit Fresno. The train doesn't bother us. I got nothing to complain about.

The room was clean, pool is smaller than it appears on pictures. The hot tub was nice addition though. the thermostat was broken in my room and staff couldnt fix it until I checked out.

Let's suffice it to say Fresno is not a destination of choice, and not recommended for an "Extended Stay" I came to La Quinta after another "hotel" in this lovely town screwed up our reservation. Michael was working the front here and made sure that I would have a comfortable stay. He went above and beyond even apologizing for the other hotel and their handling of the situation. The room was clean, spacious, quiet and the bed was comfortable. I hadn't slept that well in days. Don't overlook the convenience store items near the front desk, everything is reasonably priced and a decent selection. Breakfast is served at 7, but if you ask politely and they have everything set up they don't seem to mind if you take a few things if you have to travel before they actually open the breakfast room. Recent renovations took place and the whole hotel looks modern, clean, and comfortable. If I have to stop in Fresno ever again, I would happily stay at La Quinta Northwest.

My experience of La Quinta Inn was amazing! Although yes they were going through renovations at that time, it's easy to look past that when you find yourself in an impeccably clean room with the comfiest of sheets and an even greater bathroom that felt spacious and roomy. The staff is incredibly kind. And if I haven't sold you yet let it be known I was a dumbass and left a ring in my room on my way back home. I called and was met with great reassurance by their wonderful staff that they'd locate the ring and keep it safe. To which they did find it and held on to it for me. These folks are wonderful people, and they do a mighty fine job to meet your needs. I owe them a great weekend and much much more!

Excellent Staff… Friendly & proffesional & our room was spotless… this is only 2nd night of 4… so far so good.

5/28/17 Good enough. White sheets. Good hot water pressure. Air conditioning. Flat screen tv. Bed is soft. And the sofa looks new. The room door does slam loud and I did hear a train around 12 or 1am but overall it did not bother us. Breakfast was terrible as expected. I wouldn't walk anywhere. The surrounding lots are empty fields. Check in lady was nice.

Nice hotel with breakfast offered. We were able to get a early check in which was convenient since we were traveling with children. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the trains close by. Several times through the night freight trains passed through and were blowing their whistles which didn't guarantee a great nights sleep.

Friendly staff, clean, recently updated rooms. Close to several fast food restaurants and gas stations. Good breakfast choices, food was hot and fresh. Very close, 100 feet, from a busy train crossing. 5 trains passed from 10pm to 6am, blasting their horns each time because its right next to an intersection. Would have been nice to get a nights sleep while on the road, but the train prevented that from happening.

Thank you to La Quinta Inn staff. The friendly employees made my stay very comfortable and accommodated me with a late check-out. The room was clean, the accommodations are modern, and there is a "real breakfast", not just cereal. There is also plenty of parking, restaurants including In In-N-Out just around the corner. They have pet free rooms and the hotel is smoke free. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

They called to check on us after we reached our room. The service was very friendly.

Hotel is okay for the price. However, a few cars were broken into (ours included, window smashed). While I know this is not directly the hotels fault. They may want to invest in more security and/or cameras. Do not park your car in the back lot by the pool. No cameras, and glass everywhere from car windows being broken. Hotel staff was apologetic, but it they brushed it off like its a frequent occurrence. Park in view of security cameras, and don't leave valuables in your car!

A solid hotel with good breakfast, easy access to highways and welcoming to dogs.

Located off of Shaw and golden state. Next to the railroad tracks. So far no issue with the train noise. The room was nice enough. No vending machines however they have snacks and drinks in the lobby. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Apple juice tasted very watered down and the raisin bread had no flavor.

Great stay, hotel seems fairly new, very clean, excellent room, 14 foot ceiling in our room with wood laminate floor made it more upscale. Never heard 1 train go by. Has a hot tub to relax in and close to all kinds of restaurants, shopping and stores. Highly recommended.

Room 130 WORST Room Ever On a road trip drove 11hrs, checked in 9pm great room and got comfy. I fell asleep around midnight in hopes of sleeping till 7am. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! 5am on a Wednesday morning the garbage truck is my wake up call. Then other guest start to leave and the head of my bed is on the same wall as the exit door. So when you call the front desk no one is available at 520am to discuss that you just paid $110 for 5hrs sleep. warning sign room 130 sucks.

Would of stayed here. Waited for 15. Minutes no one even came to the front desk.

La Quinta Inn and Suites Fresno Northwest is located next to TRAIN TRACKS! There were trains going by all night and they all blow their horns as they pass. If you’re not interested in sleeping, it’s a great place, otherwise STAY AWAY! This is a newer building so all amenities are nice and clean but layout is strange. Bathroom door was hung to open out toward room and room door opens in. The doors touch! Also, they used laminate wood for entrance and when the group of kids checked in at midnight (6 to each room) all around us, we heard every laugh, stomp and door slam on the 2nd floor. Again, if you’re not sleeping in the room by all means, otherwise STAY AWAY! Terrible place.

This place was excellent. What a nice surprise after a long day of driving. Usually, corporate lodging is disappointing, not this time. They have free Wi-Fi, flat screen tvs and a hot breakfast in the morning, all included in the price. Plus, they allow dogs for FREE! The rooms are new and modern with thermostat controls on the wall. The beds were better than expected and the duvets are warm, but not too warm. Plenty of pillows. I can't say enough.
