I go there every week, it seem to me that can't change room at all. I ask for quiet side of building but always give me noise room all the time. Also don't serve full breakfast!

The rooms are great and the service is awesome.

Smelly rooms. Moldy and musty. TVs are outdated. Mine had brightness issues after 3 days they finally put me in another room with a different TV. I thought front desk could have been more understanding and professional. I was not too pleased with Geneva. She has no personality not very welcoming or pheasants to interacts with by any means. One of the best breakfast I've ever had in the hotel.

Front desk agent on Sept 1st at 11:39 am named Geneva was rude and has Zero manners or personality when I was checking in. She had a real poor attitude … Also treated other guests on phone with poor tone and attitude as well as other guests I saw checking in and checking out. Sad thing is I m booked here for 3 nights. Hope other personnel aren't as rude and unprofessional. Also I don't get any points on IHG rewards for past 3 nights and my company just extended another night. Also I called front desk on first night about the TV not working properly and it took the hotel until Tues morning to switch rooms. The TV would go bright and dim all the time. It was very annoying. They finally changed my room after 3 days saying that they are switching out TVs and I was in a room that still needed a new TV put in. To top it off my vehicle's transmission needed a new clutch and I needed to extend yet another night for a total of five nights but they kicked me out on Thursday afternoon cuz they said they didn't have any cancellations or a room for me so I had to call my company and go 10 miles north of there to another hotel. After being there for 4 days they boot me out … incredible.

As far as the hotel itself how's, I had a good experience. The room was clean and a good size. It had a large mini fridge and comfortable bed. Breakfast in the morning was good. Eggs, sausage, bacon, and sausage gravy. They provided coffee, tree, and juice. The big down side to this hotel is the location. Even with all the fast food around, I was worried about going outside to walk anywhere. It's in a seemingly bad part of town with some fairly shady people walking around and begging. Move this hotel to a different neighborhood and it would be great. Also, getting in and out was a pain as you can only turn right onto the main road.

This place is very well put together, very clean && is more to my standards when I stay in a hotel. It's definitely a pretty good price for what you get. The only thing I didn't like is when my baby && I were sitting in front of the building the boss man kept telling the guard to ask us questions && show proof that we were guests that were actually staying here. The only reason we were sitting on the bench in front is cuz there's no smoking allowed in the building so that definitely just made me feel some type of way especially when I paid good money to be a guest. It would've been more understandable if we were being disruptive in some way but just sitting on the bench relaxing wasn't even close to that && Frog (Teresa) is the best security guard I've ever met so quit trying to do her job for her Mr. Boss Man.

This hotel had very quiet rooms even though it was right off the freeway. You could hardly hear the traffic noise at night. The staff was nice and although it’s not in the best part of Fresno, it was a nice stay. Comfy bed. Close to freeway on/off ramps and places to eat.

So the hotel is phenomenal. Cleaning crew does a great job, the staff is friendly and informative, and breakfast is fantastic for being a hotel breakfast. But I have to knock some points off for the "gym" being a very small room with 3 cardio machines and a yoga ball. The pool is outdoors but is small and the hot tub/spa pool is very small. The one thing I cant be mad at the hotel for is the location of this place. I'm here on a work trip and all the guys I'm working with keep giving me horror stories about this area… it really does speak for itself as well. The area has alot of homeless people by day then drug dealers and hookers by night. If you're looking for that kind of entertainment then this is the place for you. Not my cup of tea but its someones.

The bed too soft, the bathtub a bit clogged.

Hotel has the amenities you would expect: pool, small gym, cable, Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast, etc. Rooms were clean but there were no water bottles (a coffee machine with no water to make coffee).

Substandard service from check in and owner. Stay away at all cost. I am a Spire member and will never attempt to stay at this place ever again, I recommend all other members do the same, feel free to contact me to verify.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Those beds are to die for, extremely comfortable! Staff was great! And the breakfast was really good and nice.

Not horrible, but way overpriced. Booked at $99, billed $200, settled for $150. No lights in room, bring flashlight. If you need to work, bring your own desk and chair.

Room was clean and well furnished, but I can't get over the poor value. $150 a night was VERY steep, and I will not be returning for that reason. Was also extremely disapointing that a hotel that cost that much doesn't even have laundry services.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Those beds are to due for, extremely comfortable! Staff was great! And the breakfast was really good and nice.

The hotel staff were friendly, clean, and quick. We were running late to check in and they were prompt to answer the phone and adjust my reservation within a timely manner. Breakfast was fantastic as usual. My only grip was how close the hotel was to the bustling CA-99 freeway as my room was facing it and you could hear every car drive by. My only legitimate complaint was that air conditioner would not work. I tried for a solid 40 minutes fidgeting with it before giving up and cracking the window open. I didn't want to bother staff as it was 2 in the morning. Its minor complaint but could not understand why something so simple had such a complicated/non-functioning inter face. Overall it was an OK stay and thats why it gets a 3/5

VERY LOUD! Make sure your room is not facing the fwy. Very loud even with earplugs. No other rooms available so I'm stuck here wide awake with an early work call.

Business trip friendly with all amenities included. Free : Breakfast. Wi-Fi. Parking. Refrigerator. Microwave, upscale rooms, web printer, work out equipment (so I'm told) etc etc. And a reasonable price.

Do NOT come here if you have kids. Not even an hour into our stay we had noise complaints saying our kids were too loud. It was 7 pm, not even super late and we were told to keep quiet. If they knew we had kids I’m not sure why they put us in between multiple guests rooms and not on an end somewhere. Not happy with our experience, definetly will not be returning.

It’s a very clean hotel. Looks well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have free breakfast, and it’s not all just pastries etc. But also eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit etc. Make sure you ask for a room that’s not on the freeway side. Though it’s not super loud, you can hear the passing traffic at night. This hotel is exactly what you’d expect. 8/10

The location was kind of sketch in south fresno, but there was an in-n-out across and the room was nice.

The standard Holiday Inn Express. If your room is on the highway side it's a bit noisy but not enough to stop me from sleeping. Apart from that the room was clean, nice and comfy. Breakfast is good and the menu varies from day to day so you don't get bored. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice Hotel Well located, big parking lot.

Clean, simple and straight-forward. The hotel is right off the freeway, so it's ideal for a quick overnight stay on long roadtrips. There is a pool for a quick cannonball… it seems very clean but don't expect anything too glamorous… it overlooks the large parking lot and freeway. There isn't much in the area aside from fast food chains and gas stations but if you're looking for an easy and cheap overnight, this is a great option. Rooms are decent size and clean and even though our window was literally about 20 feet from the freeway, we were not at all disturbed by the noise. Also, free breakfast is served if you're into that kinda thing… again, no frills and no specialty items (non-dairy, non-meat, non-gluten, etc) but still nice that it's available at all!

BE aware… I arrived at 11pm after a delayed flight to find my room was cancelled by staff at 6pm. They said they called (my home) and I didn't answer — duh. My profile had 3 means to contact me and they used 1. To be fair, the credit card that I had on file had been replaced recently due to a security breach and I didn't notice. BUT I am a IHG Gold Elite, staying at many IHG hotels every year and have never stood up a booking. Apparently my loyalty mattered didn't matter. If having a room and bed is important to you after a long travel day, think carefully before booking here.

Awesome staff. Great rooms never smelled a hint of second hang smoking. No pets allow. In n Out burger literally across the street best of all, the line was never busy. Recommend to anyone.

This hotel is not in the best location. The highway noise also made it very difficult to sleep. The room was clean and very spacious. One of my favorite reasons for staying at Holiday Inn is the cinnamon rolls. Unfortunately, these tasted like they were a few days old.

Enjoyed my short stay while I had to relocate to another hotel to coordinate with my crew. Good location and nice hotel. Quite even though it's near the hotel. Nice rooms and comfy bed. Maria at the front desk was a big help with my rooms A/C when the batteries weren't working. Quite hotel, not very crowded.

Exceeded expectations, all staff went over and beyond to please. Very clean, breakfast fresh and inviroment pleasant. Definitely a 5 Stars.

Great place, friendly staff and very attentive! The only 2 issues are the Wifi is terrible on the 4th floor and you can hear all the traffic on the interstate.

Good service, clean facility, great breakfast! Downside is small pool but our stay is short so no big deal.

Got in our room and wife finds a tiny roach on the bed. We immediately got our things and left. They did try and offer another room but I was not trying to take visitors back home. On 4th floor.

Nice and Clean Hotel Good value for the money. Nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. The employees are extremely nice and helpful. It is in a good location right off the highway and close to many restaurants. I love staying here.
