Stayed here for 3 nights and couldn’t find anything negative to say about staying here. Very low price for the location and quality of this hotel. Definitely will try to stay here again next time we go on vacation from San Antonio to visit California.

Rooms are very nice and well kept. Rooms with 2 Queen beds have a lot of space and the AC/heater unit are very strong and produce the desired temperature quickly. Bathroom is average size, it is quite difficult to have 2 people in there simultaneously, but the shower is big enough for 2 people. Room includes mini fridge/freezer, microwave, and flat screen TV. Microwave button is tricky, but the hotel desk will answer any questions you have. Pool is okay, nothing special or extra extravagant — this area closes at 9 pm and is not a large area. A few tables and chairs are set up, but nothing else is offered with the pool. Complimentary breakfast is wonderful and you can expect hot food, such as eggs (poached or hard-boiled), sausage, waffles, etc. There is free coffee, orange juice and apple juice and plenty of muffins, yogurt, and side dishes provided during breakfast. This is served until 10 or 10:30 am, so be mindful of the time you wake up. Parking in this location is not the best setup. Spaces are compact and limited so if spaces are full, guests are instructed to park in the red zones, which is nice until all of those spaces get taken. Street parking is limited as well, so it may be necessary to walk if none of the mentioned spaces are available. Overall, I would recommend this location/hotel since my stay was pleasant and no issues came up. I stayed for a family reunion event, so nightly costs were cheaper than the average nightly rate that the hotel offers.

Clean and tidy. Hotel staff were kind and made check in and check out a breeze! I would stay again. Only complaint was when staying on the first floor other guest were very loud in the parking lot under the building.

Stayed in the Jr Suite. Great room! Super clean, comfy, and a good rate. We slept like logs (seriously, lots of snoring) smothered in fluffy pillows. Right next to some delicious restaurants as well. 10 minute drive from Gen and the Pancake House. 10/10 would stay again.

This is my favorite Best Western to stay at so go somewhere else as they are often booked completely. The staff are very pleasant and are always helpful. When fully booked parking can be a bit of a pain. So go somewhere else so I can always park leisurely.

Newly renovated rooms close to campus. Off street parking. Excellent place to stay.

Small, nice but walls are thin can here others well first floor. For a couple of nights low cost A Great hotel.

The hotel was in a perfect location for visiting family and friends in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. The service at front desk was above average in courtesy.

Very convenient and great value for our needs. Room was very clean and great staff.

Most of all was fine. I asked for a no smoking room but when I got to my room there was some odor, so the lady from reception came to check out the room and she gave me a different room that it was much better, no odor. The problem that I have at night was since the door is missing the seal all around, you can see the light all night long and when the sun is up, you know it. Breakfast was fine, they kept refilling the trays so everyone can eat as much as you need. Cofe, tea and juice is available all day long. The other guests were fun to speak with. The parking lot had some beautiful cars. Lotus and Porsche the Grand Prix was in town. Every body was nice, friendly and helpful with all my questions. Overall it was a good experience.

Parking lot is a bit tight. Room was spacious. Breakfast bar is free but small and dining area is cramped. Staff was nice.

The room was clean but very basic. Housekeepers were very helpful. The free breakfast was very basic but it was still nice to have food and coffee first thing in the morning.

Decent rooms, and a reasonable breakfast. But the deal-killer was the parking. There aren't enough spaces for each room to get one space. If we were going to Disneyland for the day, we would have to park in "their" overflow lot. I use quotations because it wasn't theirs; it belongs to a motorcycle repair shop next door, and you were required to move your car before 7 AM the following morning, but there was no guarantee that the hotel lot would have any open spots by then. Ended up leaving and going to another hotel for the rest of the vacation.

The room was clean, everything worked properly, and the place was quiet. I'd definitely book here again.

Older hotel/motel. Noise from parking lot can be loud and distracting. Pillows absolutely are terrible. Square and made from chopped up foam? Is it 1972 or 2018? Free breakfast is good quality and located near some great bike and running trails.

The room was very clean and was very, very satisfied with our stay. Love the Breakfast that was there and the coffee machines in the rooms. This will be our place to stay on our upcoming visits to Los Beach.

The staff was friendly, rooms were clean, but I was disappointed that we were not informed that the hot continental breakfast would not be there like usual due to construction. I am totally understanding of rennovations and things coming up, but it would've been nice to have been informed.

Very nice hotel. I've stayed here twice and enjoyed my stay both times. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The jacuzzi outside is always hot. The breakfast in the morning is nice. The front desk agents are nice and personable. Great value.

I really like this Best Western. Very nice pool and hot tub, comfortable beds, nice large rooms with all the expected amenities. The breakfast area is just a bit cramped in the lobby area, but as I usually get going early, it was not a problem. The staff are very well trained and helpful. The price is on the high side for a BW but it is pretty much par for the Los Angeles area and within my budget.

We definitely got our money's worth! We had a great, comfortable and clean room, the staff was friendly and super helpful. Quite frankly it exceeded my expectations.

Stayed 2 nights. Consistently very clean and pleasant staff. However, the price is a little too high for what you get. Overall though, a good place. I would stay again if they lowered the price to 100.

Have stayed here many times over the years. It is close to relatives. We like that it is set back from the street buffering the noise of cars. Recently the rooms have been renovated and we were pleasantly surprised how nice they are. They have a breakfast area in lobby that I understand is being expanded and that should help with the small area for eating. But the breakfast is always very good. There is an elevator. And the hotel is close to restaurants and freeway access. Their parking lot can be a challenge but we have always found a place to park. May not be right outside your room but the parking is adequate and safe.

I was grateful for the availability of the Best Western to accommodate my needs, arriving late into Seal Beach for a conference the next day. I was a little uneasy at first that the rooms were accessed by the outside, as I usually shy away from those venues, but I felt safe and secure throughout the night. The breakfast was hot and ready for an early departure, and as well, I was offered a 'grab and go' bag to enhance my nutrition for the morning. The gentleman who served me was nothing short of a gentleman, even handling an unpleasant scenario of a 'vagabond' arriving to dash away with a free breakfast with a calm but deliberate approach. He should be commended for making the guest feel comfortable and well taken care of; a nice face to the Best Western product!

We live in Leisure World and use Best Western Los Alamitos as our "guest room. " All family members and friends who have stayed there have said it was a good experience for them. The beds are comfortable, the rooms clean, and the complimentary breakfast great. Some of our guests can be very picky. However, we have never heard a complaint about Best Western Los Alamitos. I give it five stars.

Nice updated rooms. The parking lot is a little small and congested, but it is a great location. The staff is very friendly.

Jose and the crew are top notch! I stayed in this same hotel week after week while I worked in Los Alamitos. The staff was so great and personable and the rooms are extremely clean. You will not go wrong in staying here at this hotel.

Rooms were clean and staff was excellent.

Beds are nice, very clean room, bathroom is kinda small. As long term guest I like to plug in my ps4 for games and netflix but they mount these tvs to the wall so that was kind of awkward. Mini fridge is a decent size. All in all pretty nice.

Great room. Stayed for two nights. We could hear the neighbors as they were leaving their rooms and the front desk people were ok.

One word cockroaches. Room was filthy. Stayed here 3 days. Last day we found a COCKROACH! If you walked barefoot in the room your feet turned black from the dirty carpets. We complained, paid our bill and left, management never even contacted is like we asked. Stay far away from this place.

Worst experience! I have to request to move hotels. My asthmatic child could not breathe in nonsmoking room that smells like it was smoke filled. Staff did not help. My card was charge wrong$525 for two nights and could not correct immediately. I was not told about extra $100 deposit. I am waiting from a call from customer care to respond and ask to move us tomorrow.

Don't stay here if you're planning to get any sleep. This hotel is next door to a "biker" shop, which plays loud music into the night (loud enough to rattle the windows) When I complained to the front desk, their answer was "it's a RedBull event", as if that made it all OK. They promised that the music would end at 9:00 p. M. When it was still going strong at 9:30 p. M. The front desk wouldn't even answer the phone. It's near 10:00 p. M. Now, the music is still going, and the bikers are doing "donuts" in the driveway. Too bad I have to be at work early in the morning. I should have slept in my car.

Everything in ok shape, friendly staff, free breakfast and Internet.
