Studio 6 is part of the Motel 6 brand, but focused on the extended stay guest versus the overnighter. Even though I only stayed one night, I enjoyed the extras of the refrigerator, microwave, dishes, etc. The check in and check out process were very smooth. The property is clean and I expect that the rooms were renovated recently. There are many good options for meals and entertainment close by, all within walking distance. If in the area again, would consider Studio 6 for my stay.

Not that much different than a regular Motel 6 but there was a kitchen. Coffee maker with a coffee pod but no "setup" like many hotels/motels (sweeter, powder creamer) which is not a big deal. Shower was probably the most disappointing. The water barely spit out. Filthy shower head. It was surprisingly quiet for the neighborhood and element. Someone did call twice and hung up — one at 4:30AM, one at 5:15AM and I got a "group" text from someone I don't know and other people in the group I'd never heard of. I wouldn't use the Wi-Fi. But that's in many hotels/public places.

I will get to why I gave this place 3 stars my stay here was great. The room was clean, it had a refrigerator, a toaster, the coffee pot, and all the kitchen stuff that you would need. The bed was uncomfortable for me because of my physical illnesses but but for anyone else the bed would be comfortable. It has a flat screen television with HBO and Showtime and a whole bunch of other channels. The fan in my bathroom was really loud and I told the manager and within 15 minutes maintenance came in and fixed it and it worked great. The little things like no latch on my door or the faceplate on my air conditioner all got taken care of in a efficient Manor. Housekeeping is amazing I have service dogs and they came in to clean my room and they moved my dog beds and cleaned underneath them and they just did an amazing job. Now to my three stars the manager is a really really nice person but for some reason there is a miscommunication and she told me I couldn't stay here and she gave me 3 hours to leave. I told her I had no problem with housekeeping coming in she would not accept my payment and she told me that I had to leave by 11 or she would call the police. An hour later I went back down to the office and I asked her if she was calling the police at 11 because I can't be out of here in that amount of time she said no and she accepted my payment 4 3 days and I found another hotel and I left.

There was a problem with the lock on my door and my card key did not work. The staff could open it, but I had pack my stuff and change rooms. Not what I wanted to do, but I survived. I extended my stay to include Memorial Day in the middle of the week and went to the office to confirm. However on Memorial Day when I returned I was locked out of my room again. The female manager was absolutely surly and unpleasant insisting that I was late checking out and that I had not reserved the room. Even when she realized her mistake she did not apologize. The rest of the staff was ok, but I did not expect or appreciate this kind of attitude from her.

I enjoy staying here. Very clean and quiet. The prices are great and the staff are friendly and helpful… really nice place.

Very clean rooms, linen was always clean and free of stains everytime. The staff is friendly and very responsive. This location in Cypress, is much better than the others I have tried. If your visiting Disney, drive the extra couple of miles and stay at this location instead of the one closer to Disney… TRUST ME.

Studio 6 in Cypress is a small motel. The rooms offer a little more than a regular Motel 6. The room itself was kinda small. The room was clean upon arriving. This place is not noisy and was easy to get a good nights rest. There are a few places to get a quick bit to eat within walking distance from the motel. This room had a small kitchen area. The room has a full size refrigerator and small two burner stove. The kitchen area has pots and pans for cooking a small meal. All the staff we dealt with are friendly and helpful.

Very nice place. It got a little noisy on a couple of nights and the police showed upped more than once. But I would stay again. The rooms are comfortable and staff is very nice.

Clean and quiet. Parking is a nightmare once it starts to get dark. The front desks is honest about it. They ask you to park on the street.

Room was very nice! It was quiet all night! And there is a lot to do around there!

No mini bars in our room, but it says there's no pool on amenities but there's a sparkling blue outdoor pool! This place is the best place we have been to its not noisy and it's very clean the hotel maids are awesome and always working very hard! Great for families in temporary housing. And they do weekly stays at a great discount you guys, this studio 6 is the best.

New fav. Spot… too bad they don't rent the rooms out monthly.

The manager John is amazing! He was so helpful and informative. You can tell he truly cares about his customers. The room is also pretty nice! Customer service is important to me and John is top of the line! I will def stay here again because of him, the location, and the room style.

Its a decent location with stores and restaurants in walking distance. A 10 minute drive to disneyland and knotts berry farm. Rooms appear to be redesigned with pergo, fridge and a mini stovetop.

Studio 6 in Cypress, CA was 1 of the best Motel/Hotel experiences I've ever had. The room was very clean and stocked with everything I needed to have a comfortable stay. The staff was excellent and never rude in any way. They required a $50 deposit in order to pay cash during my stay and were very prompt to return it to me when checking out. To be honest the only reason for leaving was the cost. If the rates had been less I could've stayed longer. But I feel the rates were appropriate for the amazing experience I had while staying there. I will stay with them again in the future.

I feel for the money we paid to stay there, was put to bad use. It is a pet friendly studio motel however they have no where for the dogs to pee or relieve themselves. The room was very nice to look at but once there, I started cooking on the countertop stove just to have the on/off control buttons fall off. Some of the kitchen cabinets were coming off their hinges and half of the plugs did not work. However, the staff was wonderful and the housekeepers made sure we had everything we needed.

Interesting experience to say the least. The best way I can describe it is "parallel dimensions'. Outside the room, the area has its share of the usually perceived 'shady' types. Inside the room (remodeled), it looks as if you are in a top notch hotel or apartment, in an affluent area. The service is good, overall a good experience… when staying in the room!

Pretty cool place with mix of quiet easy going people and some freaks to make it interesting… Would definitely stay again… And we brought our cats!

Studio 6 is better then Motel 6. The bed was comfortable, but the floor was dirty. The room smells so good. Yes, I would recommend Studio 6 over Motel 6

Friendly service. The room smelled too much like cigarette smoke, and it bothered me a lot, especially because I don't smoke. I did like the price, for having a kitchenette included. I didn't like that there was very limited parking, I had to park out in the street, taking a chance of having my car broken into. The housekeeping were too loud while I was trying to sleep, as they passed to clean other rooms.

This is a very nice Studio 6. The rooms are a good size, and they come with a kitchen, including a full-size fridge and a microwave. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, mugs, pots, pans, and silverware. They have a reasonable pet fee, staff is friendly, and the location is in a good area.

The location is nice because you are not so close to a busy street. For the price, I pay to stay was a great deal because you get a kitchen and the room feel like a home than a hotel. I found some bugs in the room but I kill them and move on. Did not see another again.

Place is pretty neat! If you want the ‘homie’ feel and travel a lot, this is a good place. It has a kitchen (stocked with kitchen necessities) refrigerator, nice size bathroom.

This is my first time at Studio 6, I must say that I was very pleased with the Kitchenette, I really felt at home there. I definitely have to mention the front desk clerk, very respectful and curtious, I'm sorry I don't remember his name but a great guy! There were only 2 lower floor rooms left, he gave me a choice of either one, one smelling of cigarette smoke and the other of Indian food, (this is the reason for only 4 stars) I chose the food smell, this room needs a few days to air out, but overall it was a great stay… Oh almost forgot, the king bed was sooooo comfy, really didn't want to leave. Thank you Studio 6!

The recent remodel was nice, giving the room a clean, modern look. The room was fair sized and the beds were comfortable. They provide a lot for the price — full refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, 2 burner cook top, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, cutting board and towels; table for 2; large closet with iron; T. V. And phone. On the down side, the bathroom looked old and dingy. Worst part was finding a roach measuring at least 4" long by 3" wide in the closet. Biggest bug I have ever seen.

Really nice place but AC was off when I came into the room after checking in and it was 90+ degrees outside. The AC barley works so it is taking hours to cool the room down. I called the manager about it so he came out and messed with the dial and said it is fine now and just be patient but the next day when it was warm outside it was not cooling the room very well. Smoke alarm was covered with plastic bag, manager came and removed it and said something about maybe the cleaners were using spray chemicals. There was no do not disturb sign in the room so I called the front desk the night I arrived and said I do not want maid service while I am here. The next morning I happened to mention to the maid so she didn’t clean but the 2nd day I was out all day and came back to find that the maids had been in my room and moved my stuff around while they were cleaning.

Room was very nice! It was quiet all night! And there is a lot to do around there!

We were originally assigned a room which was full of housekeeping supplies, but we're promptly reassigned to a sufficient room. Good for the price and the kitchen is super convenient.

Overall, a nice property. Parking was a little scarce at times, but there was always a space for us with a little bit of a walk sometimes. When we checked in a couple of the dresser drawers didn't want to slide, but I caught the maintenance man passing by and he got them fixed within 30 minutes. Great service. Thanks. One thing I'd like to suggest is a larger coffee maker. In a room with a king size bed and dishes for three, a four cup coffee maker just isn't realistic. We went out and bought a 12 cup and took care of the situation.

Nice quaint hotel friendly staff. Rooms perfect for two people. The little kitchen is perfect.

First, the front desk staff were very patient and helpful. 5 stars for them. The room, however, left much to be desired. I'm only 5'7" and I had to duck to get under the shower head. The cabinet doors in the kitchenette were not flush and seemed to be falling off. The phone didn't work. The one stove "dial" was cracked and had to be replaced. The one plastic serving spoon was broken (the handle would come off the spoon). And the air conditioner was very inefficient. The worst part was when at the end. We were in the process of moving to CA and the last night we stayed in our new apartment, but hadn't checked out so we could come back and use the Internet (which sucked golf balls through a garden hose). I told the front desk we would be doing this and would check out the next day. I returned between 8:30 and 9:00 am the next day and housecleaning was in the process of throwing away all of our stuff. They said we had checked out, and I said we would check out at 11:00. Anyway, they didn't use common sense and go ask the front desk if we had check out yet (as all our stuff was there). Overall, I do not plan to use this chain again.

Friendly staff and helpful. Amazing location. Really enjoyed my stay. The only thing that was missing was a washing liquid and a sponge for the dishes as the housekeepers wouldn't wash it.

We are going through a home remodel and we needed a place to stay for a couple of nights. We were very happy with the room. Very comfortable. The staff was really professional and friendly. We enjoyed our time there because we got to relax. About the area and people staying there. It was a bit Sketchy. The first thing we see when we arrived was a girl sitting on the ground right outside a room. She seemed like she was hurting for a fix. Later on we saw a guy and girl sitting on his lap. She was wearing basically a hooker outfit. People drinking and talking outside their rooms. Even though all that was going on, it was still really quiet and peaceful.

Service was excellent. Location was convenient for walk distance to stores and restaurants. Room was nice and clean except the rattle noise the light switch at the bathroom was making.

We had a nice stay. The kitchen was a nice added element. The walls and windows are very thin so you hear EVERYTHING but other than that we had a great stay. Check in was easy and so was check out.

The room was nice looking and I loved that it had so many studio apt features. The downsides were: 1) the door lock was difficult to lock and unlock — I think it could be a fire hazard and 2) just before I turned out the light next to the bed, a giant cockroach crawled across the floor beside the bed. I'm not squeamish, but that might have sent some people over the edge.

GREAT customer service at front desk, air conditioner looked 50 years old and didn't work the first 2 days and first nite… barely worked last nite. Needs to be replaced… people smoking all over the walkways, NOT in the designated smoking areas… lots of "undesirables" hanging out on balconies and in parking lot. Mattress was VERY hard and neither of us slept very well… LOTS of noise from people who were "up all night" obviously doing drugs and stomping on the floor above our room which kept us up also… Kitchen and TV were GREAT!

We got lucky and had an end room… Very spacious, kitchen is big enough to cook and move around in, supplied all cooking utensils, very clean! Very impressed with this hotel considering it is motel 6. Very quiet through the night. The office staff was very understanding and willing to help! We will be staying again!

The rooms are reasonably nice for the price and the staff is attentive. However, if you are expecting to be able to park on the property prepare to be back to your room by 6pm every night. Otherwise you will find yourself parking on the street or neighboring businesses.

Do NOT stay here if you are looking for peace and quiet. They don't care if your neighbor is being loud all day and all night and won't do anything to fix it. They also said they have a 21 day stay here which is a LIE! They only let me stay for 20 days and then wouldn't give me late check out for me to move to my next hotel for the 48 hours you have to be gone for. When I went inside to speak with them about a late check out their employee was extremely rude! She straight kept telling me NO! When I would ask for a manager she would say "I don't know" and was very rude and disrespectful! When I told her she was rude She started to freak out on me about it. When I asked her for my name she told me she didn't have to give it to me. Which when you are an employee and someone asks for you name you have to give it to them for reporting reasons. The only way I was able to find out when the manager would be here is if I asked housekeeping. Then she allowed another customer to yell at my husband and I in the lobby. When the customer had no idea of the situation we were in. I don't find them respectful or professional at all.

The house keeping are very hard worker and should be applaud for there hard work rooms were nice how ever it's hard to under stand the staff when you are talking to them which is not there fault how ever a good suggestion would be at least one staff member like house keeping or something that can assist English speaking guess and the pool needs key card locks so guess can enjoy going to the pool when they want and so we don't bother the front staff every time you want to swim I would recommend this Hotel all around a great hotel.

Last minute purchase, was definitely worth he price. AC worked great and had a lot of space.

The ladys that clean the rooms are ridiculous we had key issues and went to the office wasting almost a hour y we were locked out of the rooms and the lady's who were cleaning couldn't help unlock the door when they clearly saw us trying to load my car… I will never stay there again y we should have been able to load the car and chill before our long trip we were locked out andbAlso there is werdos creaping thru all hours a night then the rude maids making hella hella racket outside the door making it hard to sleep in! NEVER AGAIN WASTE OF MONEY!

The internet did not work, the police were patrolling the parking lot, the office people were less than helpful, fixtures were hung crooked, when I turned on the air conditioner it smelled like someone urinated in it, the towels and linens were rough, and thin. It looks more like a halfway house than a motel or hotel.

The service there was perfect they had their very own kitchen beautiful rooms and they had a lot of channels on the tv.

The last thing this place is is an extended stay hotel.

I love this place truly helpful staff room was clean n fresh and front office staff when needed where there for info on places to eat to where to get groceries with the kitchen was provided stove top dishes and cabinets to full size refrigerator to keep things fresh n coo if decided to stay in and coo to laying by the pool catching some sun or dipping in pool man I just love studio 6 extended stay recommended to everyone all keep coming back as long as they will have an available room when I come back to cypress for me it's got a touch of home.

My stay at studio six? Was awesome it was relaxing omg and the staff there were the most nicest staff I have experienced in a very very long time I had no stress there at all I felt like I was at the Ritz no joke the rooms are very clean and the maids work really hard to make sure your room is to your liking and the staff once again are the best John, Victoria, Nick, Justin, Raf I would highly recommend this motel and I would stay here over and over again.

We took greyhound to California and we let them know it was running late. We didn't get to the hotel till about 11pm. The main guy was there waited up for us greeted us with a smile, made conversation, and even when we left asked us if we were able to do all the things and if we had a good time. The room was always clean they even would fold our own blankets nice and neatly. Always smiling when working. Overall it was worth the money spent.
