The facility is serviceable. It meets the bare minimum of standards for a hotel. Everything is thoroughly overworn: dressers, exterior door handles, elevator, etc. We only used the location as a place to sleep, and this location fulfilled that need.

This is my go to hotel when I'm in the area. The staff is awesome, very attentive, and helpful. They go above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I love being able to cook but their kitchens. It definitely is a "home away from home"!

This was amazing from the man that checked me in Felipe and Brianna that brought me my coffee pot in am and April the manager that booked me a second reservation as well as Lynsea… love this place very clean love the new hardwood floor love the coffee pot … air conditioning was great they were awesome!

We didn't actually stay here — we got into our room, took a look around and walked back out; booking a new hotel as we reloaded the kids into the car. Yes, it was bad enough that putting our two year old and one year old BACK into the car after eight hours of travel was the better idea. Paint and counters/surfaces were chipped and peeling, appliances damaged, exterior was dirty (there were FOUR full trash cans outside the room), shelve broken, stains on the walls, the sink, counters and refrigerator were all still dirty. When we checked in I requested a crib for our baby and the front desk person said "oh, yeah, I think we have those. I'll look around and call you if I find one". From the set-up, staffing, and general ambiance I realized this is more a halfway house than a hotel.

This place is very dirty and it hasn't been swept on the stairs for 3 weeks I've been here. The rugs need to be cleaned and the outside is always dirty. The smoking area is above our room and we cant open the window without smoke coming in and this is a nonsmking room. The police always drive through. The free breakfast is muffins granola bars oatmeal that you have to make yourself and coffee. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing especially showers. It's not as nice as I expected it to be for the price. The exercise room is filthy and only has 2 machines.

Destinee and Christine have been exceptionally helpful with our stay here at the Brea location. They are both very kind and understanding. I would absolutely refer friends and family to this location.

The hotel is more like a motel with no hallways and the rooms open to the parking lot. The staff are friendly and helpful. The whole hotel needs a facelift. (Old and rundown)

I have been enjoying my stay sen since I have been here for the last for 5 months the people here are very lovely and kind and considerate and very helpful to everything that I would need from them they always go the extra mile to help me and my daughter out I love the manager she has been very on our side helping us out being kind considerate her name is April and without her we would not had a roof over our heads just wanted to give you all a heads up that I give her at least a 20 but I couldn't go as far as 10 on the star matter but with me she's always a hundred since we moved in our room was clean it smelled good and the bed was comfortable and there's no problem getting into my room anytime I needed help they were there and if I have any problems they were there too if you all need more information please don't hesitate to email me with any further information you need from me have a blessed night be kind to each other God bless sign Lena Archer.

Unfortunately it was not such a goof experience. The hair dryer was hard to find, there were no coffee cups in the room, we had to go get them from the lobby and the AC unit leaked water. We were told that we were going to get reimbursed for the room but a week later and that has yet to happen.

Pros: The bed was comfortable, it was relatively quiet and is located well. Cons: The bathroom was absolutely filthy. My car alarm went off around 7am. The keys were on the dresser, so I believe someone did try to break into my car. I grew up around here so I know the area well. It's actually in a very good neighborhood.

I'm a monthly tenant & I can say that the Brea location is clean & quiet. The staff had always been great, (extra towels, etc. ) April, the manager, is doing an excellent job, as is the rest of the staff.

The front desk service was plesant. The room was inadequate, being that other “ extended Stay America” locations are high quality and very clean. Reasons were as follows: Our room had not been clean. The phone, gave the appearance that it had not been wiped clean for days. The toilet paper roll was just about gone. We had to request that night. There was hair towards the back of the head board indicating no one had vacummened. Being that it was a kitchenette we had to call to request the kitchenware essentials. We were very dissapointed and wont be returning to this location. The free breakfast was: Coffee, hotwater (for tea and instant oatmeal) and a granola bar. We also had to request for clothes hangers.

Horrible and overpriced! No wash clothes no kitchen utensils coffee machine or toaster as promised, was told they were not available when we requested these items. Had only 3 pillows for 2 people and was told no when my husband and I asked for 1 extra pillow because 3 is standard according to the front desk employee. There was a 1 inch gap in the window when it was closed, so anyone could've broken just by sliding a finger in to unlock the window. We paid for 2 nights for a mini "stay-cation" but decided we'd much rather go home than stay a 2nd night, we didn't even bother for a refund we just wanted out of there. This place was such a disappointment compared to other extended stays. We will never go back to this location.

The gentlemen who checked us in was very nice even at 1 in the morning and his is that second star. The place was filthy! We immediately saw at least 20 hairs on our sheets so we had new ones brought up. The sink had hair in it, the shower was dirty and had caulking coming up, and the entire bathroom floor was gross. My wife wouldn't even take a shower because she didn't have shower shoes. The place has a lot of potential since it has a fridge and small stove but we really just couldn't wait to get out if there.

Decided to book a room for me and my bfs anniversary. Online price said 79$ then the front desk lady said was 89$. Was a little annoyed, then got even more annoyed when after tax was a hundred dollar room. We had a lot of fun though and the room was pretty nice. :)

Checked in and checked right back out! Don't let it fool you because its brea. Almost stepped in dog poo when I got out my car and seen a drug transaction going on. Poor management very dirty.

Dirtiest extended stay I have ever booked. Filthy floors. Disgusting smell in bathroom. Smells like raw sewage. Mold in shower drain. My feet are dirty when I walk on the carpet. Yuck. Stayed here a week. Worst week of my life.

This place was clean. It was in a quiet area and want to bad of a drive from Disneyland, considering the traffic. The only bad thing was the AC/heating unit didn't have a timer it thermostat, so you set it to high or low, then you have to leave it on all night. There was a kitchenette in my room with a big refrigerator, half a stove top, cabinets and a table. There wasn't free breakfast (since you can cook in your room), but there was coffee and oatmeal in the lobby. There is a Togo's, Baskin Robbins, and Starbucks within walking distance.

Havn some issues and will speak to the manager to see if we can have a cleaner and sanitary sleeping quarters. This place is nothing like LaMirada Extended stay. Cleanliness is next to Godliness so this must be close to hell. (this particular room anyway)

Location was exactly what I needed and the staff was very kind, letting me check in early and overall nice and welcoming!

Never would I stay there again it's been a while since I've been there and I always have wanted to post something. I stayed there a week because I had family around orange county to visit I thought having my own space my own room would be more convenient for me. Two of the nights I stayed there I was awoken by a faulty fire alarm. There was nobody on call so I opened my door thinking I needed to evacuate my room turned out it was just a faults alarm my room smelled like a cheap hotel a musty smell it was not clean and it was not comfortable I would not recommend anybody to stay there I ended up leaving a day early to go home and during the day and most evenings I was never there don't waste your money people!

The room was clean and well maintained. There was free Wi-Fi available, and a complimentary breakfast. Shopping and restaurants are within a couple blocks' distance.

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! There was only 1 worker who gave us a 1 bed hotel even though we were a family of 4 and we reserved a 2 bed hotel, the room smelt like cigarettes, the floor was dirty, the bed smelt very used, oh and not to mention there were cockroaches. The only positive I have is that it's close to Disneyland and food restaurantsAvoid staying here at all costs.

This is an excellent location with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. But the hotel is pretty rundown. The rooms are tiny, and the kitchen doesn't have any kitchenware. Breakfast is a muffin or oatmeal. If you just want a place to sleep in a great area, this is for you. But don't expect much else.

First of all customer service is the best. Their polite and very helpful I stayed there for a whole week my family and I had a peaceful week plus everything is Soo clean we didn't see and kind of bugs thank God I would really recommend this place to stay for any of your trips.

Small kitchenette. Missing coffee maker & blow dryer. Pillows are horrible, super small & thin.

It was such a cute place tucked away almost hidden from the city. The front desk guy was the best! And I absolutely loved the room. I WILL be staying here again! So clean I felt like it was a 4star hotel!

Awesome place if you like cigarette smoke and waking up with bugs all over you.

The room was clean. It was very convenient to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. And the hotel office workers were nice and very helpful. It was a great stay and great value.

May not be the worst but what you do not expect for sure. Elevator not working, no towels next day because dryer is not working, Extensive stains on hallway, dirty carpet in room, dead pillows, less supplies and funny thing is at 9:31 they were willing to steal breakfast from hands (muffins and bars) stating time is until 9:30am. At 9:38 he refused to give another natures made bar :-) I think general smell Is because of trash stains in hallway and stairs also. One of the the low end property. I do not recommend this place unless you can't find any other place. It's better than sleeping in car.

Everything seems to work. Room is clean but all the hard surfaces are sticky. The internet here though…. 25 down speed. 19 up speed… WTF?! Even if you pay for it, 3 megs? Maybe I'm just spoiled just about EVERYWHERE else, including other extended stay Americas, but that's just atrocious in this day and age, expected more from the area. I need faster speeds to complete my contract here. Atleast Starbucks is less than a quarter mile away. +1 star.

Worst hotel ever! Management is careless and do not take customers needs into consideration. This place sucks.

Decent place to stay, close too restaurants and a grocery store. There rooms are clean but my non-smoking room was obviously a smoking room before.

This was in brought in orange county no Wi-Fi at the time I was there. Other than that everything was good.

Sketchy location (person tried coming into my room to "see something"), sheets weren't clean, towels were crusty, dirty floors.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at! Especially for the area it is located in. The carpet wad dirty and stained. It had an awful smell, almost like they were trying to cover up some other smell, turning on the fan or a. C. To circulate air just made it worse. The bathroom was disgusting, the shower was moldy and there was hair in the sink. The bed was the only thing that wasn't too bad, but the pillows made up for it. The pillows were so flat it made no difference if you had one or not. I called the front desk to ask for more pillows and they said they would be right up. After waiting for more than 20 min I walked down to the front desk myself. I then walked with the guy to get more pillows that he wasn't sure they even had. He did manage to find 2 but admitted, "they aren't the greatest. " He handed me 2 pillows and pillow cases to put on myself. We were happy to leave by 4 the next morning. We will not be staying with this hotel chain ever again.

Room was clean and had great amenities. Professional and friendly staff.

The room smelled, the air-conditioner was so loud it woke me up several times throughout the night and you couldn't hear the TV over it, no trashcan in the room and if you want ice, you have to go down the road and buy some, They have no ice machine! I will never stay here again!

Easy check in, clean room, safe area. Difficult parking near room, spots fill up fast. No major issues. Slept well.

Stayed on business. Rooms cleanliness was mediocre. The overall atmosphere wasn't appealing but the king size bed was comfortable. Will book at the embassy suites or similar next time.

It was a place where management is possibly ignorant because the we're unaware of being discrimitive.
