Love the rooms. Super clean. NO BED BUGS! VERY friendly office personal (Rick, Freny & Nema) all the way to a very friendly maid. If you're looking for a GREAT motel — look no further. They could charge more per room & get it — but they don't. They pass the savings on to the customers! VERY rare in this business. Look no further or you'll find the wrong place.

The beds were comfortable and freshly made on arrival. The bathrooms and everything else was clean. Service was good too and the maintenance was respectful to checkout times.

The room was comfortable enough and the cleanliness was fine. The receptionist was nice and straight forward.

Rooms were nice for the price. The shampoo and soap could have been better. The service was nice.

Good stay for the price. The room had everything that we expected, even a bunch of dirt. Microwave worked as did the mini fridge. They did not provide very many towels, though we asked for more on our second night and they gave use one more. So we had a total of 3 towels for two girls for 2 nights. But otherwise ya can't beat the price being so close to Knotts, Disney and the Convention Center. My only complaint is the nasty door frames, the need to wipe them down with bleach.

-5* the worst expirience. I live in hotels and have never even been treated like this ever… the rudest guy I have deal with, I booked a day here and made a mistake on the date I need it it so called the hotel, they did not speak English and told me to call back, I called Priceline and they try to contact them just to change the day that's it, not cancel, not refund, change the date to when I need it it. The lady in priceline try contacting them, well they do not admit Priceline to contact them by phone only by email so the lady left email and told me when you contact them please let them know that I have left an email.

Checked in and the room had an odd smell and my son's allergies kicked in. Called manager who moved us to a room with nice flooring (no carpet) and it made all the difference! Family owned it seems and I feel good family values. My son and I really enjoyef our stay. Gave it a 4 but was told they are soon upgrading all rooms and give it a future 5!

Never ever ever ever stay here. It's not worth it. The room was extremely dirty. The sheets had stains all over them and clumps of hair. To top it off there was poop smeared on the bathroom wall. It was disgusting to say the least. I didn't even stay there for the night.

I hate it because the door from the bathroom does not close and the bed is so dirty also one of the bar of soap was open.

The people were nice, but the room was not good at all. My husband and I spent two nights here. The room did not look clean. If there were any other hotels at the same price last minute, we would have moved.

Clean place. Comfortable beds, however it could of used pillows that were not flat, and the bathroom door had a hole in it. It's a no nonsense practical room. All in all not a bad room for the price.

This hotel is actually really nice for the value. It is about 2 miles from knotts berry farm so a bit of a walk. The rooms were clean and bathrooms spacious. Had fridge and microwave but the fridge was extremely loud when it turns on. The only real problem was that our electrical outlets did not work unless the lights were on so no charging electronic devices. Other than that good value.

Nice workers. Fridge is not cold at all, but besides that it is a decent hotel. No major complaints.

Newly remodeled near Disneyland and the best motel for the price and probably best motel in Anaheim great staff and location.

Stayed here on a visit to Disneyland. It's worth to stay here than other hotels.

Furniture and bed were old, but that was about the only negative about the place. Rick was nice and genuinely seemed happy to welcome us. The room was clean and the property was well maintained. Glad we booked early because the place is in a really good location though we were just staying the night. While I may look elsewhere the next time my GF and I are in Anaheim, I'll keep Pacific Inn in mind if I can't find a better value. I have no problem staying there again.

Went for Disneyland. This hotel was very easy to get to (right off I-5). It was very easy to get to Disneyland Resort from this hotel. Had one problem with the key, but it was fixed super quick. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were how I liked them, which is soft (you might prefer different). Maid service cleaned up just fine. It was a perfect place for the price. I would definitely go back here for vacation.

This by far has been one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. First and most importantly, the owner is a solid stand up guy. Very respectful and made a connection with a simple conversation. Secondly, the room is perfect. It does not smell like smoke, does not have dirty bedding. The quality is simply great. I recommend this to anyone looking for a nice, safe, and comfortable place. Will come back again.

One of the best Motels in the area. Clean rooms, good Wi-fi, Fridge and Microwaves. Curtains and sheets a little outdated but they do just fine. Close to shopping/food and CVS right next door. Great place for the price.

This place was amazing. I stayed here and I was blown away. They offer free Wi-Fi also! I would stay here again without question.

Don't let the bland exterior, nor its shanty-looking neighbors fool you. The rooms and services of this motel are superb. It was apparent that the rooms were recently (albeit somewhat cheaply) remodeled. The manager, Rick, was super friendly. I booked a room because I had an important test to take nearby the following day. Upon learning this from me, Rick volunteered that he make sure the two rooms adjacent stayed vacant, and put me as far away from the main road as possible (to reduce noise at night). He went above and beyond when he rescheduled exterior construction work for the building so that I (and perhaps other guests) could be ensured of an uninterrupted sleep that night. I've never gotten this great of a service from a $50/night inn.
