Very good place to stay but they could keep the bad ones out of here cause it always smells like weed and smoke.

Morning desk clerk was awesome. He made sure everything was beyond perfect with my stay. First room we got my daughter saw a bug so I told front desk and immediately got my room changed to the furthest possible room available which just so happened to be in the next building. Other than that the rooms were fine; clean, spacious, comfortable. No complaints.

We enjoyed our visit to the Hotel staff was all helpful and friendly starting with Nicole, Mariah, and Gm Erica me and my family had a wonderful stay also was very quiet we want to thank you and your staff very much for a wonderful 8 night stay we definitely recommend this Hotel and we will also come back.

Don’t ever stay here. There was a fire today and none of the staff bothered to knock on all of the doors for all their guests. My husband was awoken by the fire alarms. Room below ours caught fire. Instead he hurried out to find all their staff outside with guests. This place is a joke. When my husband asked why no one informed us they just said oh well sorry. Like nothing. We’re never staying here EVER. Was a waste of money. The outcome could have been a lot worse. We’re lucky that there were great fire fighters that responded.

Upon checking out whilest looking for my key fob, I found a used dirty syringe. I pulled it out in between the cushion and the side cusion and the needle actually got wedged and stuck and had broken off the tube and or body. I had called then front desk and manager Nichole was extremely rude and stand offish insuating we were responsible. I had filled a police report in regards but since no crime commited had not been taken. I did however go to urgent care, received multiple …shots and had a culture for any signs of HIV, Hep, and blood type viruses checked ($700 bill). Very unprofessional and she insinuated we did it. We have no needle marks, and are free from any drugs except cannabis, legal here. I will take further action to make sure they understand the level of seriousness as it could have been a child or so. Worst exoerience with choice hotels. She has no business acting the way she did and should not even be in the service industry. We were comped one night with hesitation although we did not look for compensation but more so an apology and affirmative action. Thanks Comfort Inn im stuck with the urgent care tab, and a thought I couldve been pricked and have caught something which in some cases can remain hidden for six months or more. I have also consulted with an attorney to see if we can take legal action and am currently reaching out to more media outlets in regards. Most horrible exoerience ever.

Less than impressed with Erica whom answered the phone. She hung up on me first, my second attempt to call, she did at least acknowledge that she could hear me but her attitude stunk. She was not helpful and clearly wanted off the phone as quickly as possible. I changed my plans because of her so I cannot comment on the rooms or amenities… I had to edit this review because I ended up staying here the next night. Erica for some reason is still not super pleasant and even gave me the "no no no finger swish" when I inquired about smoking rooms. She said "Dont you dare smoke Because we will know! " I had to laugh because I'm not three years old and I'm not a rebel so I'm not sure where she got the idea that I'd planned on breaking that rule. The room was nice enough though, the bed was comfortable and the grounds pretty. The breakfast however… holy cow! Fresh waffles you can make for yourself, fresh fruit options, juices, yogurt, cereal choices, fresh muffins as well as Eggs, Ham and sausage? That really surprised me and was something that brought tremendous value to the experience. We also found that Nicole's (2 of them) were absolutley delightful and so eager to please that it changed my entire opinion of this location. New Edit. We all have bad days and maybe Erica was having a couple. Since my initial experience, I've gotten a chance to see that Erica is quite nice. Shes just very professional and straight to business.

Nicely maintained facility. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The cleaning staff could use a little more supervision. We stayed in the facility for 3 nights. It was of course clean the first day. The second day the bed was made other things over looked. The next day the room wasn't serviced at all.

Great place to stay always clean every room is well maintained also the 3 times I've been here the manager Erica Quintero always shows great customer service and all the staff is friendly.

Rooms were ok not a good neighborhood. The hotel looks good clean from outside.

The rooms are nice and clean with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast starts at 6am and includes eggs, waffles, cereals, juices, ham & sausage. Clean and nice. There is a nice pool and Jacuzzi. There are nearby places to eat including a wonderful place for Mexican cuisine, Guadalajara.

Wasn't expecting much, but as soon as I got to my room I was pleasantly surprised. Stayed for work, and highly recommend this for OTR TRUCKERS. All rooms non smoking, thanks.

We stay at hotels all across the country as we travel for work. I can honestly say that this one seems to be the best one we’ve stayed in. Nice room. Pool was clean with a great view. And everybody we talk to that works there is professional and courteous.

My fiance and I had to make an unexpected trip to SOCAL this weekend. From the minute my fiance called to make the room reservation, Nicole Ramos at the Comfort Inn has been absolutely amazing. Her customer service has been top notch. When we arrived at the hotel, she quickly got us our room and even made my fiance a hot cup of tea because she is sick. We checked into the room which was very clean. I highly recommend this hotel, for a short trip or an extended stay. Thank you again Nicole for your amazing customer service. If I had to pick one thing to change it would be the breakfast. They need to have more options, potatoes some over easy eggs. Options!

Excellent! Love this hotel! This is second time staying here and it is excellent! Rooms are very nice and clean, service is great, and staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend! Great breakfast also!

Cozy hotel, for a decent prices. Better than any local run down hotel in the area.

It's pretty basic, but has a pool and a decent sized bathroom. The "fitness center" is more or less a treadmill and a floor. Free breakfast. Fruit, cereal, that stuff. Also it's not really in decent walking distance to ANYTHING.

Good place to rest appropriate to spend with family.

Great place. It is very clean. They were replacing the carpet and it was done without any inconvenience. Should be even better now.

It really is a comfortable place. At least more comfortable than my apartment. Room service provided fresh towels and soap everyday and good breakfast.

It was nice and quiet well kept friendly service but the security deposit was a little out rages and the whole no smoking rule sucked.

Very very good. It has been a long time since I was surprised by the surface of the room. It is actually a suite at the price of a room. Very nice place.
The only downside is that there is no elevator. In any case I have not seen.

No points for clc stays so won’t be staying here again. Plenty of other choice hotels around that does. I stay in motels 300 nights a year points adds up quick. This one was in a very dangerous neighborhood without anything nearby.

This location is striving to be award winning like other nearby Choice properties. Excellent hot free breakfast. Very friendly helpful staff.

Great place to stay. Office is open and staffed 24 hours with English speaking staff. Great breakfast foods. Coffee is a bit bitter even with sugar. Waffles and eggs are wonderful. Easy on and off access to freeways.

Best hotel best experience Love there beds u could lay down Nd fall asleep so quick that's how comfortable there beds are they make u feel at home Nd there welcoming.

I can't even begin to start by saying how amazing this location is. The manager T. Mendoza was absolutely awesome. I highly recommend anyone to come by this location and be amazed by the cleanliness and friendliness you'll receive. We wished we came here from the beginning of our road trip. I was having a problem booking at different hotels because I recently got married and my ID didn't match my debit card name. I called the comfort and the manager really worked with me! Great room, comfy beds and it was really clean. The outside doors lock at night. I highly recommend this hotel!

Provided everything we needed, including a wine opener! The walls were thick, and I couldnt hear any rooms around me. It was only 15 minutes to the park venue. Service was excellent. The rooms were comfy and cozy and had a fridge and microwave.

Great hotel… awesome staff… clean rooms… my only gripe is the breakfast never had coffee ready. We always had to waite for a pot to be made and they ran out of flav. Creamer.

We loved staying here. It was our anniversary and they upgraded our room plus sent a bottle of wine to our room. We found out they have unlimited use of free bicycles and we used them every day. We also enjoyed the complimentary happy hour daily. Doorman was helpful and friendly always. Location is awesome… right by the water. We walked or biked everywhere. Never needed a cab our entire visit.

Came in the other day and was helped by Teresa she was super nice in helping me change my booking from one to two beds. She made it so easy! I will definitely come stay here again. Look for Teresa she is awesome!

Lady during the day is rude first thing she said was you wait for 20 minutes for a room Wow not sure why I had to wait she was not busy. She doesn't want to go or put extra effort for customer service. Not right because when people arrive to this Comfort Inn they have to see her to get room. Felt like when that time came then she would get me a room. This is a nice place Before I leave I will speak with the Manager Because front desk lady needs customer service training.

Came here not expecting much, I was extremely tired and just wanted to rest in a room right away. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed and it felt so comfortable. The young lady Daniela was so sweet she got me all checked in super fast:) after being checked in I walked into my room and got situated but was having some TV issues well the young lady was able to help me and I was a happy camper. Great customer service, great hotel, room is clean and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back :)

I love the hotel it is very clean I recommend it to anyone and the staff are so nice. Recomend to anyone that is traveling. I got help from the staff.

Erica was very customer friendly, had some kids running around all night, spoke to Erica and she made sure we got our points back and an extra night. She made us feel very comfortable.

It's a nice hotel. We were going to move to a Comfort Inn and Suites closer to our job site, but they were booked out. So this hotel went and upgraded our rooms. It seems to me if you act like your not going to stay, they'll give you extra things to keep you there.

The first room we went to didn't have a fridge, but the staff was very nice and efficient and they changed our room to have one. At first we thought the pillows were like half pillows, but soon discovered that they had been doubled back to look that way. The room and entire hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Again we stayed here at the comfort inn and they really went out of their way for us. We walked into our room and found a bouquet of flowers for my wife and a little something for my birthday. Teresa, Andy, Mayra, Ericka and Eva were all wonderful and made our stay extra special. I will be recommending this hotel to everyone. Thank you all for that special touch. Mike Walters.

Very nice hotel wonderful staff! Very clean and spacious rooms. I've been here 2 days so far I like it here but I have one huge complaint… The toilet paper here sucks I feel like I have a rash on my ass because of this cheap ass toilet paper I mean dam Motel6 has better toilet paper. If you pay 100 bucks a nite for a room you don't aspect the Toliet paper to cut your ass when you wipe I would rather use notebook paper it's so bad… I had to go to Walmart and buy my own TP … But other than that the hotel is outstanding! But they really need to upgrade their TP!

Nice hotel but they are discriminating against the truck drivers. We are all put on the second floor and the AC in the hall is off and the hall is hotter then outside. But the first floor is cool. I also think that is a health and safety violation, cause heat is what spreads germs. Just like a hospital, hotels are supposed to keep the temperature at and cool level the eliminate health issues.
