The staff is wonderfulIn the accommodations are amazing great pool great spa I would recommend it to all my friends.

Great location! Great rooms. Great facilities and easy access from main avenue. Clean and accessible in every aspect, the pool was large and heated. Spa was quite large. A great value. Do yourself a favor book here while in Palms Springs. Did I mention the oversized balcony?

Nice to be in town close to everything. Was disappointed that the work out rooms were still closed. Could have signed use of them when it is so hot outside. Pool was lovely and kept up nicely. Staff were competent and available when needed.

My family has come here for the last 20+years. Many times a year, we had love it!
However now with the situation of Covid19 everything has changed, gym is closed play area closed. The pool is open with reservations of 2 hours a day. Sadly but understand.
Rooms units had downgraded instead of upgrade. With less of everything.
Don't feel like vacation anymore.

We stayed 5 nights, we were very comfortable in our 3 room suite. The kids loved spending time in the pool, the only way to spend the hot summer days!

Loooovvvee the room, looks like it was recently refurbished. Great location, just less than 10 minutes from downtown.

Shower needs repair. Rain leak from unexpextes monsoon storm thru AC vent, could not repair, brought bucket to catch water; no follow-up; returnedbucket at checkout; dishwasher was unsanitized, signs of dirt and corosion apparent which housekeeping should run a cycle with FINISH or CASADE rinse after each check-out; DVD was not set up; called for repair but never showed up. Presenter (who lives in nearby town of Yucaipa) exhibited excellent PR and customer relations skills. Will return to him on return trip.

Great introductory customer service. Hotel's 3rd floor air conditioning leaked during and following rain storm. Could not view my personal DVDs, TVs NOT wired correctly.

It was roughly $300 for 2-roomed room for a week. Hardly any parking, but nice pool. Service was hit or miss, depending on the person.

Our stay at WorldMark, Palm Springs was truly magical. It is a time share and we when there to get away after losing a dear loved one. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, it is self service (no room service) yet once they found out why we were staying there the staff and guests pitched in to help us. Everyone was so compassionate and kind. They gave us information about the area (where to shop for food and the best restaurants to dine) If you own a Time Share and it includes Palm Springs, we highly recommend WorldMark. They also offer some of the latest movies at the front desk, starting at 1.00, an assortment of snacks and beverages and a swimming pool. All rooms are equipped with everything you need for an extended stay including a washer and dryer.

Great for families. Several pools, lazy river, beautiful grounds. Golfing on site… Beautiful weather. We love coming here. Rooms are comfortable with nice views.

Beautiful view from the balcony but space is limited even for a two bedroom condo. But the food and the residents are nice.

The service have been great, everyone who works here is friendly and helpful! The pool and hot tub is very nice and big, they keep the pool around 85°F which is nice! The rooms are clean and spacious and we loved the game room which has a pool table and ping pong.

The facility is an older one, and while they have modernized it extensively, there are still a few things still needing attention, namely the thermostats. The rooms themselves are well taken care of, but the layouts are quite puzzling. In our two room suite, the front door could not be fully opened due to the door frame for the front bathroom jutting out into its path. I am not sure if was originally built this way (I doubt it), or a side effect of modernization (wider front door? Door to front bathroom sink instead of open alcove? ), but it made it difficult to maneuver the luggage cart through the front door without a second person's assistance. And the door between the master bedroom and its bathroom almost touched the corner of the bed when open that it made navigating when busily getting ready to the morning more difficult than it needed to be. So, why 4 stars with all of that? The staff. The front desk staff as well as housekeeping were all very nice, informative, and pleasant to talk with. It always makes a stay so much better when you have friendly and knowledgeable staff working. They make it easy to recommend the facility, if you can look past its quirks.

Very cared for, special time share by Wyndam. The employees were exceptional. The place kept impeccably. Very quiet and comfortable. All amenities available. Very centrally located. Exceptionally large suites, all with fireplaces, kept to very high standards by a wonderful staff. Lovely pools and hot tubs, fantastic views. Not well marked for the public, very private.

Great getaway for the family. The pool and staff were very nice. I'm sure we'll be back next summer.

Overall rating is good the place is nice and clean, unfortunately the room they reserve for us is at the end of the hallway, were only 2 but the room is huge kudos, but as elite owners, they should put us at least near the pool and not on the third floor facing the noisy street …

We have stayed here 4 times. I always ask for the 3rd floor overlooking the pool rather than the street side… too noisy. Every year I do a girl's weekend and when they leave my husband comes down for the rest of the week. This year unfortunately my husband's health was not the best. The staff was SO ACCOMMODATING to help us out. I want to especially THANK Kathy and Alex for going above and beyond. I also love the way they have redone the rooms. I hope they will be updating the lobby soon.

Large well equipped suites with a cool mid century modern interior design appropriate for Palm Springs. Court pool and hot tub with Palm trees and tropical esthetic. Annoying desk staff was pushy with their salrs pitch for the upgraded membership. Very inappropriate. Sales spiel.

Room, pool, hot tub and staff were all nice. The only negatives I have is that they kick everyone out of the pool at 10 pm and the cable was out all weekend. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

This place is a dump! Dirty unkept pool. Fire alarms ring off and on with no concerns Dishwasher falling apart Room smells Wall rotting in wall in bathroom Music blaring in pool area. Front desk… poor service Door locked before it is supposed to be Promise a pastry if you check out before 9am… but not one is at the front desk! If you drive or fly in… you will be disappointed on the time, effort and funds spent to get there. And a rating of one is one too many. I quess the good ratings are from paying customers at the expense of Worldmark owners.

I was very happy staying here. It was vey close to the convention center which was what I needed. Very clean, friendly staff, and modern. Not to mention how great the AC worked! Highly recommend!

First time and place was really good. Their customer service was great. The only thing, I would have gave them a 5 star if their beds would have been better then home. They are hard nowhere near a very good night sleep. Other than that a good get away close to home that my kids liked.

I am absolutely baffled as to why a Resort in a typically 'hot' climate would have chairs/tables with ANY metal on them? Specifically outdoors at the pool and on balconies? We travel a lot and 9 times out of 10, it is to warmer climates and have never stayed at a resort with metal chairs/tables that are not heat resistant. I live in Oregon, have a pool and would not even ever consider having anything metal that comes in contact with the sun. I can't tell you how many times I have burned body parts on this resorts outdoor furniture. Frustrating and something not well planned from Corporates 'Designer'…

I stay here every 4 months and I normally am very happy. This time around I loved the remodel, however the furniture was very uncomfortable. The beds were the only comfortable seating in the unit. I love the staff, they are very sweet and helpful. This trip I was not pleased as I left something in my unit. By the time I got got to the airport I immediately called and was told the cleaning staff was in my unit and the supervisor would go retrieve my item. I received a call shortly thereafter saying my item was not in the unit. I am absolutely positive I left it on the dining table. It's not that what I left was expensive or worth anything to anyone but me. So I am disappointed I think the cleaning staff probably threw it away and instead if telling me that they told me it wasn't there. It was 2 posters I bought at the street fair. So rant over.

I was only here a couple of nights but enjoyed my time. I stayed in a studio by myself and it was clean. I love that you can park right outside your door :). The sliding door opens right into the pool area which was also nice. The shower head was fantastic! The request to attend a presentation was not too pushy :). My only gripe — the freezer did not have an ice maker. There were a couple of empty ice trays in the freezer.

This place was great. Really liked it the pool was great nice and big. The front staff were super friendly. The kitchen was nice just need room for the food you take. The ice maker did not work. The living room couch bed was actually a Murphy bed, which was cool. Just wish we had two beds in the other bed room so all the kids could have been together and I could have gone into the kitchen to make my coffee early in the morning like I like. Would differently go back!

Great rooms, bathrooms and kitchens. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and the staff were very helpful. It it's also close to a lot of things like grocery stores, shopping and sightseeing.

We spent a week here and it was amazing! We were guests from a timeshare holder, the place was very clean and very accommodating, the staff was very friendly, Angel was the perfect host… I would definitely recommend this place…

The facility is nice. Thw rooms are large ans clean. Since rhis is a timeshare thwre is NO daily maid service.

Nice rooms but power went out 3+ times the same day with no explanation.

My five sisters, Mom and I were at Palm Springs for our annual Mother/Daughter trip (our 24th trip). We were very pleased with the WorldMark staff, grounds and the accommodations. Everything was very clean and the staff was there for every one of our requests. They told us about the city and activities and we had an awesome time! The Buzz bus trolly picked us up (it's free) in front of our hotel and we had a great time at the Palm Springs Village Fest which is every Thursday night. Great food, lots of booths for shopping and eating and great music. We also went to the Joshua Tree National Park which was very amazing. We would definitely come back again.

Well, I gave it a 3 because when I wanted to have some tea I got a pot and filled it with water. I noticed the water was cloudy. So I kept filling the pot and pouring it out to see if it was just something in the pot like dishwaahing detergent. Well, that was it. So I kept running the water to see if it was going to clear up. NO! Also when we got there my mom took a shower before me which means the water coming out the faucet should not have a brownish tint when I first turned it on… I know sometimes if the pipes will let off brownish color if the faucet hasn't been ran in a longtime. But my mom had just got out the shower… I forgot to mention that to the front desk. But overall the staff is so nice and professional… I would go back… it might have been this isolated incident.
