Great staff, room, breakfast, happy hour! Fabulous pool, lots of towels, music was perfect! Gorgeous views! Loved our stay! Will come back!

Very surprised at the amenities this hotel offered for the price paid for a room in August, obviously the low season. Complimentary drinks, both alcoholic and soft, a snack buffet of crackers, cheeses, hummus, chips, etc. Then a free full breakfast buffet with an omelette station. Our room was a suite on the second floor, very spacious and clean although the room and hallways were showing some wear and tear. There is a pool, library and game room. All in all, nice and we would stay here again.

The front desk check in process was almost 30 minutes due to lack of staff. The room type requested was not provided. The reason provided was that others that checked in prior received the room and I should have checked in/arrived earlier than 7pm. The manager lacked management skills. He was condescending and offered free drinks at the bar and 2 bottles of water for inconvenience. (Mind you, there were 4 people staying in the room. I suppose we were meant to share the 2 bottles. ) This offer was ridiculous since both are free to all guests. Once in room, the ac was not working properly so maintenance was sent after another less than stellar conversation with the manager. Needless to say, this will be my last stay at this location.

Frank was so kind and helpful at the front desk! The bartender Scott also had amazing customer service! The hotel was great but the employees were what made Embassy suites a 5 star experience.

Great location and the rooms are very comfortable. Had a little trouble with thermostat and the alarm clock. How do you set the time on the alarm clock? Otherwise, I had a great stay. Will be back again! Thanks!

I arranged a room for my Family members, and EVERYTHING was beyond PERFECT. The absolute Finest of Staff, Food service, and room accommodations. BEYOND 5 Star Service.!

Noisy hallways, carpets in the room so dirty have to wipe your feet off before getting into bed or you get dirt in the bed. Safe in room broken, Spa close down. In general needing many repairs. TV remote in the room wouldn't work well enough to set up the app as a remote control. They have a good breakfast buffet and free drinks in the evening. But nothing at all to give you a restful stay. Won't be coming back.

In giving this hotel a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star because my nephew was confronted by one of their staff while in the pool accusing him of not being a guest even when my nephew showed her his pool key (which only the guest living at the villa would have) she still made him get out of the pool! His mom and I were told this by 2 other youngsters that were in the pool also at the time this employee confronted my nephew. His mom and I were truly upset and if she felt like he didn't belong there why didn't she bother to check his story out when he showed her his pool key? Other than that, the villa was really nice!

This Hotel is wonderful. Big comfortable 2 bedroom apartment cabana style rooms. Not the typical Embassy digs. Happy hour does not offer craft beers just American swill which sucks. The wine was very good as was the margaritas and the breakfast typical above top drawer Embassy Suites is known for. A great choice for a place to respit.

It was great being within walking distance of several good restaurants. The room was comfortable and the service was excellent.

Stayed here on our honeymoon. Great place to stay. Super clean rooms and a great place to sleep. My only regret is not taking one of their pillows!

We came here for a marriage retreat and loved it! Our room was upgraded to a casita and was gorgeous. The breakfast was free and DELICIOUS not to mention the free drinks and bar. Will definitely come back!

Wonderful hotel with a resort persona. The gratis breakfast is excellent with made to order omlets. The evening reception offers gratis alcoholic libations, as long as they are call or well beverages. There is a full service spa offering various massages and services, as well as a true gift shop on premise. Staff is gracious. A great way to pile up Hilton Honors points. The Vista about the hotel is beautiful due to the surrounding mountains. It is in the middle of Golfer's Paradise!

Room looked amazing for the price. The hotel in general was extremely clean and well managed. The customer service was excellent. The manager offered to change our room to a king suite if we wanted for the second night since none was available for the first night which was kind of him. The breakfast was good (could be better because I love waffles and they didn't have any but still good). The pool and hitting was nice as well. Overall, the look of the hotel, and the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room won me over. Best embassy suites ive been to :)

Came here over the weekend to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. The front desk staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. The entrance lobby is beautiful as well as the dining area. It's like they brought the outdoors indoors with towering palm trees, ivy hanging from the balconies and a large glass ceiling above it all. Our room was beautiful too. It's an all suite hotel so it was like having our own one bedroom apartment with a living room, dining area, and a small balcony. We had a couples massage in their Hibiscus Spa as well as facials. The massage was nice but the facial was heavenly! It was my first one ever and I literally fell asleep a couple of times, it was so relaxing. We took advantage of their sauna, hot tub, and shower too. Everything there was clean, modern and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. I even saw some free feminine hygiene items. All in all it was an awesome hotel and I would love to come and stay again the next time we're in the area.

This hotel is a great place to stay… It feels like a resort without all the additional fees. Easy access to Old Town La Quinta.

This hotel was very nice, they have a awesome complementary breakfast and happy hour. I just wish they had a adult pool for people that just want to relax and don't have kids.

Embassy Suites in La Quinta has seriously made staying at a hotel easy. I was at the pool and feeling thirsty but didn't want to leave the kids to grab something to drink. Well, they provide free cups and free ice cold water at the pool area. Along with free towels. And inside during happy hour you get free drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and free snacks. They were kind enough to give me a free early check-in, your mileage may vary. The room itself is spacious for a family of 6. The room is clean and bed is comfy. I get two big screen TVs and fridge and microwave. Seriously, this was an easy stay. And now, easily my go to early summer vacation spot.

The hotel and grounds surrounding the hotel are absolutely beautiful. The rooms were very clean and very accommodating with TVs and both rooms refrigerator comma nice furniture with a balcony Deck with patio furniture looking down onto the pool. The pool amenities were excellent. Piping in music around the pool area period always a full supply of dry towels. The food that was served complimentary was very healthy and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Had a really excellent time. I would recommend the Embassy Suites in La Quinta for a weekend getaway.

This is a great hotel in the Palm Desert area. I have stayed here multiple times and after each stay I have been impressed. All of the employees do their utmost to help in any way possible. The location of the hotel is great, with Old Town La Quinta right across the street. One thing to be aware of is that breakfast during peak travel times can be very busy.

We went there for a wedding reception. The place was nice. The service was good. The food was ok. Overall a decent place, just nothing extravagant.

I stayed at Embassy Suites La Quinta (ESLQ) for Coachella 2016 and it was the easiest and best experience I've ever had going to Coachella — no more camping for me! Our room came with breakfast (a great breakfast buffet, mind you — not just the regular cold continental! ), so we were fed and ready for the festival each day. ESLQ is also right next to Jule's Market where they have everything you could want from snacks to sunscreen. The absolute BEST thing about my stay at ESLQ, however, was a man named Coachella Joe. Coachella Joe and his team had shuttles that took us to and from the polo fields and we never had to wait more than 15 minutes for each ride — even after the festival! This is the only way I'll ever do Coachella again. Thanks, ESLQ and thank you, Joe and team!

Nice hotel but the beds are not comfortable. If you like firm beds it may be a better experience, but we did not sleep well and it forced us to change hotels. Unfortunately, the day before we were checking out of a hotel in San Diego because of the rain. We were coming in on a quick reservation made that day and assumed we would be comfortable so we booked it for 3-days. When we checked out we were hit with an early check out fee of $50.00. This is their policy but it doesn't make me want to return to this hotel.

Frank Munoz at the front desk went far above and beyond what was required of him to make sure all of my needs were met. The entire staff is friendly and the location is PERFECT! If any one is looking to spend a night or more at this resort you have my full recommendation. I frequently travel for business and this place has far exceeded my expectations.

My colleague was staying there. I used the restroom. It's a beautiful hotel and the restroom was clean and well supplied.

Rooms are nice but they create a huge log jam in the morning at the buffet breakfast. Guess it just started. Manager cards everyone then there is one line for buffet and omelets. Can you make it any more inconvenient?

I've been here a few times and every time they send me and my family to a corner where you cant see anything and are isolated from the rest of the hotel.

I absolutely loved this stay! From the friendly staff, and the fabulous breakfast to the evening reception, this hotel met all of our needs. We loved the pool, enjoyed the game room and really liked our room. The large suite made the entire stay enjoyable, allowing me to sleep in while my friend used the living room. Very sound proofed, we barely heard anything outside of our room. It was close to great attractions and other cities we visited as well. I will definitely be back for another vacation.

I would normally give this hotel a 4 or 4.5 review after having stayed here numerous times over the past 4 years, but not this stay. First of all I have always gotten a room with a balcony overlooking the pool, but this time they gave me one overlooking the rear parking lot! When I asked to be moved to another room I was told they did have one available, yet I seen several that were vacant. On the morning of our departure we went downstairs to have the cook-to-order breakfast to find that there were 150 to 200 people having breakfast already (usually there are 25 to 40 people). Every table and chair were taken and there were probably about 15 to 20 people standing in line to order and it was already 9:10 am and breakfast stops at 9:30. Even if you could get to order your omelet or whatever you were ordering you still had no place to sit and eat it. I feel the hotel booked some sort of special gathering for all these people at the expense of their regular customers. It seemed to me that all these people were there for a meeting of some kind, but didn't actually spend the night at the hotel. I will certainly ask if they have any special functions going on before making another booking at this hotel.

Wow, this is a great place to stay, my girlfriend and her mom went here for the Coachella Festival and were in for such a surprise. The Staff here was exceptional and catered to our every need, we ordered room service and everything was perfect down to the smallest detail. We requested a smoking room and got it without question. It was nice to stay here and wake up every morning with a great breakfast and happy staff, definitely check this place out if your in town and need a place to stay! Also Happy hour free drinks from 5:30-7:30 was awesome, Also Jose at the bar was awesome, hook him up with tips because he will go out of his way for his customers, that is a great example of great customer service.
