Needs better TV, wi and charm… prices a bit high…

This was a very nice motel. We got the only suite they offer, which had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, a very nice and big full kitchen + dining area + living room, which also included a sofa bed. The cost included complimentary continental breakfast; however, they only had some pastries and coffee. The overall experience was great, but for some reasons, all of us (5 adults) woke up around 4AM and 4:20AM, which is weird coz some of us are deep sleeper, yet we still woke up around 4AM.

Wi-Fi, continental, parking can be tight. Maids don't want to touch your room on multi day stays.

Clean, but dated. Need to get new beds. Also a good TV directory would be good. Overall was good. Usually stay at the Green Gables, but was full. Continental breakfast was as expected. Great staff and fish cleaning area.

Room was small but comfy. Would have rated higher but they messed up our reservation and gave us a 1 bed room for 3 people.

Very basic motel. Very clean with no surprises during our stay. Good value.

Not a bad motel. The room was fine. The breakfast qualifies as breakfast and I guess it saves you from having to hunt for something in the town.

Although the motel is not new, it appears some effort has been made to upgrade the rooms. Thoughtful of management to include "breakfast, " but it's nothing to write home about. The room was clean and the staff responsive and friendly. Good place to stay overnight if you're heading west and too tired to drive to Redding, or if you've been camping and are in need of a hot shower and comfortable bed for the night.

Rooms are furnished well and provide a lot more than the average motel. The complementary breakfast is a definite pro. This is the first time that I've been to a motel that offers it. Multiple BBQ stations and fish cleaning stations provide families with extra ways to enjoy their stay. The fact that they provide a pet goodie bag is also unique in this area. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Burney Falls and other sites close by.

Good place for night before going to Lassen.

It is quaint and modest, but Clean. Nice Parking Lot and easy to find. Good Location in Burney. Free Wi-Fi and a Ice Machine that works. The Beds are Great, very comfy.

It's alright. Get a room with a full size shower the walk-in one's are a little small.

WONDERFUL! Visited family around Christmas time 2014 and we didn't take the RV this time. The Charm Motel was very clean, very comfortable, recently udpated/renovated, bed was very comfy (we're picky), staff at front desk were all very amiable and helpful! No complaints. And for the price of under $80 — you cannot beat it. We'll stay there again if not in our RV. TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE! (Couple, Ages 40-60).

We stayed here during the independent day weekend. This place is great if you want to visit Lassen national park or Burney Fall. The room is clean and nice. It also has refrigerator, TV, etc. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The price of the room is quite a bargain for our experience:).

I stayed at the Charm because I was working a town fair for Frontier at the McArthur town fair. The room was clean and included a fridge, cable, and a super duper soft bed. I must say that this is by far the softest bed Ive ever slept on. The room includes breakfast; plenty of boxed juice, plastic wrapped danishes, oatmeal, breakfast bars, hot chocolate and coffe that you can help yourself to. The only issue was the electical outlet. I had to play wiggly wiggly to get my laptop to charge but over all I enjoyed my stay for the price.
