Clean comfortable rooms, delightful, helpful staff, sumptuous breakfast included. I love it!

We enjoyed our stay nice room only the breakfast room was really small.

OUTSTANDING HOTEL! We were in town for a funeral and stayed 6 nights. There were 6 of us and we had a suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch, microwave and fridge. We did not find one thing wrong with our experience. The area is quiet, the free breakfast was exceptional, the entire hotel was so clean. We were so close to everything, convenient location. Will definitely be staying here again on future trips. Thank you!

Extremely friendly staff. Made us feel very welcome and gave us tips and ideas of what to do in the area. Nice, clean room with plenty of space. Lots of restaurants in the immediate area.

Good, clean hotel. Room is fine though I would like a few more electrical outlets. Breakfast was good, and included in price. Bed, shower, desk, TV are all good. For a business trip, which is why I'm here, it serves its purpose well. A real positive is there are a number of food places right next to the hotel so didn't have to get it the car to get dinner.

Great deal! You can't beat the accommodations for the price. The breakfast is great! They serve scrambled eggs, egg white omelettes, Turkey sausage, pork sausage, bacon, biscuits and sausage gravy, muffins, toast, English muffins, pancakes, 3 or 4 types of cereal, hot cinnamon rolls, chobani yogurt, oatmeal and fresh fruit. Breakfast is till 9:30am, which we appreciate. Some of my family are late risers. There was plenty to eat all the way through 9:30am. Coffee, tea and fresh fruit are available 24/7. We stayed in a 2 queen and sofa bed. There was lots of room. The staff was very friendly and available for the needs we asked for. Two of my boys forgot their toothbrushes, and the staff was there, to provide them with some, and toothpaste too. Our family of 5, had a nice time here and we'll definitely be back. Thank you to the staff there, during our visit, July 2018!

Pleasantly surprised with quality of this holiday inn. Room was clean and has awesome AC, big fridge and microwave. Breakfast was above average. Lots of good places to eat around the hotel.

We did not have a good experience at this Holiday Inn. Normally everything is on brand when we stay at one of these hotels, but this time was definitely an exception to the rule. The staff were great and the beds comfortable and that's where the good things end. Our room was musty and smelled like mildew, the bathtub had a broken plug and you had to plug the tub with a wash cloth and the hot water was non existent. The bath/shower water barely rose above room temperature. While we will likely stay at at another Holiday Inn Express, it won't be this one.

Great room and service. The staff was very helpful and dropped toiletries off at my room when I called.

Located in an area that has plenty to do or get done whether you're here on business or just visiting. Plenty of shopping close by, clean pool that's actually heated. Staff were very attentive to the fee special requests I asked for. I enjoyed my stay here and most definitely be returning to stay with them again in the near future.

This little resting spot is one of the more upper scale hotels as far as budget prices. Located on the end of town. Staff are extremely accommodating as I witnessed and for the most part devoted to ensuring guests are happy and enjoy their visit in this small town. Pool is exceptionally clean and heated. Many hotels with pools and/or hot tubs either don't work or are not heated, or clean. Holiday Inn Express is very clean and exterior of property is well kempt. Good amenities offered, and located where a majority of stores Lompoc has to offer.

It is a high grade motel, we found it very nice. Great cleanliness, excellent beds, efficient bathroom with shower/bathroom ok, shampoo, soaps, bath towels in quantity, perfect temperature; Good breakfast.

Fine hotel for work, seemed well price relative to other options. Decent breakfast spread, fast internet.

Parking is weird but I ran into security cruising around a lot, so I felt the car was safe out there! Rooms are great and clean!

So far so good. Not really excited about the fact I am in the rear building and have to go outside to the front of thr building to swim or go in the hot tub! Strange.

Basic good service. Clean rooms. Properly working faucets, TV, lights, etc. Quiet (except when high school sports team shows up for lodging in the middle of the night; luckily only once).

This place is clean everyone is friendly and the free breakfast fills me up. They even encourage you to take some with you. Clean rooms.

I've spent months in hotels in Lompoc and tried almost every place you can stay and I've settled on this place as my preferred place to stay. Staff is always friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are always clean and have good Wi-Fi. Breakfast is about average for what you'd expect and it doesn't really have much fancy or luxury to it, but I've never had a bad experience. Location is good and it's right next to food, coffee, and grocery store.

Clean room. Great nreakfast. Decent Wi-Fi. One of the receptioist was an airhead that didnt know what it meant to be evacuated from wildfires and kept refusing refund in the event that an evacuation takes place.

Clean room. Airhead receptionist. There was wildfire that started after we got in to town, so I asked to ensure we get our money back in the scenario there was an evacuation, and they misunderstood it as we were afraid and wanted to cancel our reservation. Argued that we would not get a refund. He only understood after I frustratingly said EVACUATION AS IN YOU NEED TO LEAVE AS WELL. 3 kcups, 5 cups, 2 pouch of coffee condiments. No drinking water offerred in room. Only two open outlet slots to use unless you start unlpugging lamps. Must go to the front to get pool towels, room towels are not to be taken out as pool towels. Fridge sounds like a fish tank all night long. Been to better holiday inns 10x better.

I stayed here for a week and I was very impressed with the service. The staff was very polite, kind and flexible to any changes needed. The room was very clean and didn't have any issues with receiving help. Several times I noted that they remembered my name even after I didn't go to the front desk for anything for 2 days. Very impressive. The pool was very pleasant, the jacuzzi was clean. Definitely recommending it to anyone who ask. The place is also decently affordable.

They accused me of having a dog in the room. I told them it was not true. They never came to verify. I told them that I had a visitor who brought his dog in and I asked him immediately to take his dog back to his car and he did. They could have come and verified. But they didn't. I did not enjoy my stay. I was upset the whole day about having been harassed The room was very expensive for the area. I checked out early in the morning. They did not say there was any extra charges at the time of check out. Later that day they charged an extra $250 to my credit card account. When I inquired they said it was because they had to deep clean the room. I asked them to email me the bill for that. They said they would not do that. Reason for visit: Business.

This is the second time that I stayed here with my children. We like it very much. Everyone that works here is very nice and attentive. The place is clean and comfortable. We like the pool a lot, because the deep side is not even 5 feet. Because of that, I feel more relaxed about my children practicing their swimming. We'll definitely come back.

Everything was very clean and taken care of, clean bathroom, no smells, clean everything in general, one of the better holiday inns ive stayed at.

Spacious, clean rooms. Wi-Fi worked perfect. Close to Vandenberg, wine, and many Central Coast attractions.

What a pleasant surprise! The room (double queen) is huge and immaculate. Staff is very pleasant. Seriously, this room could be split in two and still be spacious.

Beautiful Place to stay in Lompoc, Nice new TV's, nice new beds, great breakfast and service. And very reasonably priced.

Room was fine. Gym was ok. Service was great. Old TVs. Wifi not great with iphone 4. Breakfast needs to improve, microwaved eggs and pancakes don't constitute a "hot breakfast". I asked them to email my receipt and they don't have the capability to do so. Really? In 2011, you can't email a receipt and need to fax it? There aren't many decent places to stay in Lompoc. I was giving this hotel a shot because I normally stay at the Embassy. Next time, I'll probably go back to the Embassy. But, if they're full, this hotel is next on the list if it's a short stay. Otherwise, I'll go to Santa Maria.

I have no complaints about this place: it is convenient for business travelers (Wi-Fi is strong), close to the AFB, not that Lompoc is a wonderous place to stay, but this place is much above average. Rooms are newly remodeled, pillows are great, everything looks VERY clean, service is great at the desk and housekeeping and the little breakfast and snacks are a great touch. Breakfast is simple but quite satisfying. One thing that does kind of bother me is the doors, when they close, they are quite loud. And so is the loudness when you open the faucet or flush the toilet. So I can hear my neighbor turn on the faucets and flush the toilet. Not that big a deal in the grand scheme of things. I feel safe and in a clean, modernized place, so I'm good.
