A great experience the people are just amazing and the views are breathtaking.

This is such a hidden gem! Lauren was a wonderful host and went above our expectations to accommodate the 6 of us. We were only there one night. Wish we'd stayed longer. The rooms were cozy, clean and spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub and watched the georgous sunset. Beautiful walk to the lighthouse, we saw multiple deer around the airport.
Loved everything about this place. The pizza place on location was good too. Nice choices of wine too.

The innkeeper went above and beyond to assist us with a problem, which she resolved successfully. The view was spectacular from our room. The room itself was nothing special but we felt comfortable staying there. Everyone wore masks, adhered to all the safety/sanitary protocols, and made us feel welcome.

What a beautiful and quiet place to just get away… Relaxing with an absolutely gorgeous view.

Great rooms, great views. Having a coffee house on the premises is nice. Mi Mochima across the street is nice. Had food from the Gypo Ale Mill tonight. Had to take everything to go because of the Quarantine restrictions. Sadly, although nice. We had the whole Inn to ourselves.

The view was amazing! We had the spa suite and the hot tub was right at the window overlooking the ocean. They were so accommodating with the dogs. We had a lovely dinner right across the street which also welcomed our dogs. The only downside is the very stern signs in the room about check out time and the one by the tub stating our credit card will be charged for water damage. I get it but at 400.00 a night I would have preferred at lighter touch. Would definitely go back.

Great service at the pizza place, pizza was okay. Service was very good, estimated wait was perfect. Overall happy with our experience. The inn looked well kept.

I was only in town for two days and did not get a chance to stay here. But the location is beautiful, the people were very nice and there is easy access to coffee shop, a good pizza place and even a Venezuelan restaurant nearby. When I come by next year, this will definitely be the place I stay when I'm in shelter cove (unless the locals host me again)

Have stayed for multiple nights at a time on several occasions, our anniversary being the most recent ♥️ Absolutely amazing room, view, bed, in room sauna and jacuzzi tub, as well as a double headed shower! Small kitchenette and spa robes too ❣️ And large private balcony with a view overlooking the ocean so closely, you swear that you can feel the spray from waves as they crash on the rocks beneath you.

The rooms were clean and cozy, the view was right over the crashing beach. We stayed on the first and second floors. The staff were extremely accommodating to our needs for handicap access. The Cafe/Deli attached to the hotel had some of the kindest most generous folks I have met! They helped with my special diet and made our vacation memorable with laughs and light hearted friendly nature! Other than the cafe dining out in Shelter cove is extremely limited so next time we will plan to bring food to make and more snackable food to keep us on the right track of health.

Family style and don't expect too much as from a five star hotel. Rooms are clean and the location is great. Office hour is not 24 hours, better check in advance. Food is not available all time either, and the area is very isolated so it's not only this hotel. It can be tough finding food.

The best place to stay in shelter cove! All ocean view rooms with private decks, and a staff just as accommodating!

Stayed here for 2 nights, very relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They were accommodating to our dog, she loved the balcony. The fireplace was a great addition to the room. The only thing I wish was different is there is no beach access from the hotel, but it's on a cliff so there are amazing views from the room.

Stopped here the night before getting picked up by the Lost Coast shuttle. Perfect place to stop. Plenty of room for three of us to lay out all of our gear for gear checks the night before. Heaters worked great, the views we woke up to were great to see before the hike. It's also close to the shuttle pick up area. We arrived late at night and they were still ready for us! Great place to stop in a beautiful little town!

Stayed 2 nights in a spa suite — loved it! The view is awesome, the sauna and the tub will make you forget about everything else. Bring food with you (there's a fridge and microwave in the room), or order the pizza in the same building. Bring some warm slippers as the tile floor in the kitchen area is chilly.

By far one of my favorite places I've ever stayed. It is worth the drive on winding roads to get there. The stars at night on a new moon are the best I've ever seen. The view and the shower in the deluxe corner room is wonderful. The pizza from the restaurant was awesome. The coffee shop downstairs had friendly service good coffee. I never wanted to leave. If you are looking for somewhere amazing off the beaten path, then look no further. The Inn of the Lost Coast was wonderful.
