If you enjoy creepy men looking in your hotel window or a crazy meth head in a wheel chair doing laps around the building then boy is this the hotel for You! Bonus everything is dirty and the hotel staff is rude! The breakfast consist of a off brand honey bun and the coffee isn't even worth drinking The only good thing about this hotel is the price.

Guest and I really enjoyed the stay. The reviews concerned us and I thought it would be a terrible stay, but it ended up being a great location. This hotel is close to a lot of places (within walking distance). The room itself was clean and the beds/sheets looked clean. The room was spacious and had a sitting area as well as a kitchenette. The kitchenette included the small sink, mini fridge, and microwave. The bathroom was also up-to-date and had no issues with water/plumbing. My interactions with the staff were really positive. They were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if in the area.

I actually like this place the only reason I didn't give it 4 stars is because the staff as well as the owners of this place are beyond rude and they will blacklist you littlerally for paying like 10 minutes late it's crazy they discriminate against ppl by the way the look… Which I thought we grew out of as Americans years ago but at this place they def haven't!

I like this place a long time ago for the place and the tranquility that has one.

The power went out on us and ruined my weekend with my kids. U would think I was refunded money or something… nope. Thanks guys. Also I had 2 outlets falling out of the wall. Otherwise it was cool. Bathroom was nice but terrible experience gets terrible reviews. Not going back. Also good luck getting there low low rate on the sign out front.

Long over due from a few months back but anyway, its Not a bad spot but it can use some better upgrades and customer service from certain front desk clerks… (the little girl with black hair and the guy that does over nights, he was asleep on the couch! Is he a mute? He looked and right back to sleep! The girl was unnecessarily rude to us the first time we stayed here Sunday morning upon check out, some of us are actually decent folks. Not like some tweakers that roam this area. I give it 4 stars because it’s convenient to our destination, the housekeeping lady was nice and the big guy who checked us in on our return the Friday we came back was really nice and helpful, he actually remembered our names from our first visit when he checked us in that one unfortunate weekend we dealt with her and apologized for the inconveniences we had (he also gave us a little $5 discount, its not the amount that matters it was the principal behind it) btw we didn’t ask for it. Those are the main reasons I gave it 4 stars and not 3. If we come back it will definitely be on a Friday afternoon so we won’t have to deal with that Sunday morning. Crossing our fingers we get the big guy on our next stay, IF we go back.

Horror pure filth. The staff are criminals, drug pushers and pimps! Between the hookers who have a line forming outside their room for services, the drug pushers offering whatever you want or the things that steal from your car. I cleaned my own room because I don't think there is a housrkeeping staff. I can see why it's so cheap. Shoulda been cheaper!

Went to see a co-worker and drop off the work keys to him. Right off the 55 freeway. Huge and bright billboard for a dispensary right in front of all the windows. Didn't go inside.

Between a 4-5 star. Water lacked hot big time. Toilets ran all night long. And heater needed to be cleaned. On the plus side. Close to freeway, shops and so much cheaper than those dives in Long Beach that go for 80 on up. This place is the peaches of old school motels. Rate for 2 is 75. It has fridge, microwave, TV with internet and cable. Cozy beds and quiet with a coffee and muffin at desk. Not bad for Costa mesa / Newport area too.
