This is the most comfortable hotel I've ever been in. The rooms are extremely neat and clean but most importantly, the staff are so accommodating. I found myself stuck in Barstow due to car complications, and the staff made me and my family feel very welcome. They made us feel very at home and helped us find a rental car so I could get my family back to Vegas. I will definitely be coming back here more often. I think we're all friends now.

Highly recommend this travelodge location. We broke down on fwy late night and this guy sold us his last room and was so helpful and nice. The next night we werent expecting to stay and when we came back to ask for another night he accomadared us. He was so nice and understanding of us being stranded and his amazing service made me and my family feel better. We didnt know what to expect but the rooms are really nice and comfortable which made our 2 night stay much better. I highly recommend this travelodge location.

Cheap and near the freeway. Though this would be a better motel in town but it has a handful of transient homeless people. At 2 AM someone above me was fighting and banging on the door. Eventually it stopped and from my window I saw several transient criminal looking people leave before the sheriff came.

We really liked our stay. The staff were friendly and efficient. We were pleasantly surprised with the room. It was clean and in good repair. It had some nice up grades such as microwave, fridge, iron, and safe. Wi-Fi was reasonably fast. Temperature control was fine and we had a restful night sleep. The continental breakfast was nice to with fruit, cereal, muffins, juice and coffee. This was a great stop for us in Barstow. You can’t beat the value. We recommend this place and will stay there again.

Nice clean and rooms very nice people close to food places and TV and Wi-Fi are great and don’t forget the customer service was excellent.

Very dirty, floor and wall to clean, bathroom room, bricollée with blow of mastic and necklace in plastic. Seen on the starbuck drive so noise all day because of cars. Only the breakfast and the comfort of the bed is good.

I work at Fort Irwin so I come to this town often. This is the better part of town compared to the west. East side is much safer and lively.

Carpet was dirty, they hadnt vaccumed the floor. The bottom sheet bad a dark black stain and a long black hair. Need more cleaning.

Super friendly front desk staff. We mentioned it was our first day back to the desert and we couldn't wait to get water, and they surprised us by bringing out a few bottles of cold water as we were checking in. Beds were comfortable, rooms all clean, and breakfast included with an affordable price. Definitely will stay there again when we visit Barstow next.

Rooms were nice but the locks on the door didn't seem very reliable so we placed one of the chairs in the way just for our own way of feeling safe.

Had to stop and spend the night in Barstow California. This was right off the freeway and had several restaurants within walking distance. Pool was closed for the winter so you couldn't swim. Rooms were nice but nothing exciting.

Check in was awesome, the hotel staff was organized and professional. The room was nice. Nothing fancy, but it was what you expect for the money. The morning staff member who cleaned up the breakfast was not very hospitable. My husband went to get a cup of coffee at 8:59, the lady was putting everything away. There were 3 other guests standing there wanting to get something for breakfast. She did not care. My husband asked if he could get coffee, she said there was some left, and she walked away with the sugar and creamer. I understand breakfast stops at 9, but if you have guests there, you she be hospitable enough to clean up when they are done.

The staff were polite and even let me stay an extra hour after check out time. The room were nice and clean. The bed was comfortable.

An average place with everything one might need, including an iron and a fridge with freezer. It was in a place full of American fast food restaurants, next door to Starbucks. The service was nice. It includes a small buffet breakfast (coffee/tee, muffins, cereals and toasts. )

Sheets were clean and bed was soft. Great for $57

In the middle of the desert of an exit it is in a rough location with homeless people all around. The service was acceptable and the room was clean. All around decent deal for the stay.

Convient, clean room. Everything is close by. Stores, fast food, it's a lil pricey for the place. But compare to the first one I booked thru Travelocity. It's a palace. The dese.

The rooms are comfy and spacious. Very clean. Good A/C and small refrigerator. We really enjoyed our 3-day stay with Travelodge.

We stopped here because of car trouble and had out three the staff was great help and very understanding thanks for the stay.

Rooms were nice and low cost for night area not so great but its barstow not vegas so cant expect to much.

OK room… Clean but small. Clientele was a bit iffy. For an overnight stay to sleep it was good.

We got to stay (unexpectedly) a few weeks ago. Nice, clean, comfortable room. Our car was being repaired next door. It was a hot Monday afternoon and management was nice to let us stay in the comfort of our room till our car was ready. Thank you for your kindness.

It's worth the price. Decently clean, comes with Wi-Fi, and has crappy breakfast (as do all cheaper hotels). The owners seem to dislike hippies, but that's not a problem for everybody.

Decent but noisey. PROS: Clean. TV adequate. Lots of fluffy pillows. Paid $55/nite, including taxes. Close to many resturants. Nice full fridge w/freezer and microwave. Good size room. CONS: Noisey. Bad seal from door to outside. LOUD train noise 200ft away, blows train horn in middle of night. Heater rattles. Wifi upload slow; made some pages hang. Cigarette burn on blanket. Room smelled slightly of smoke. Blankets relatively thin.

If you are looking for a clean, friendly budget option on the way to Vegas, this little old hotel totally fits the bill.

It's a hotel next to the freeway, adjacent to a gas station, a teriyaki place, and a Starbucks. Need I say more.

Look nice to me. I don't understand the other bad reviews. There are a few aesthetic imperfections (walls and floors), but nothing scurried when we turned on the lights, it was well cleaned, smelled nice, and the AC works. Front desk clerk seemed nice enough, we'll see what breakfast is like in the morning. It's a $41 one bed hotel room. Well worth the price. I don't know what other people were expecting.

You like Trains? If you do come and stay here there is one nearby that you can feel as it passes by four times in the night, it will wake you up each time it shakes the ground. The carpet is torn, the wall has holes in it, well it use to until they plastered it up, but they haven't painted over the plaster. But hey they painted the inside of the bath tube. Who paints the inside of a tube? Did they really think the paint would not peel off? It looks like Cra__ and feels terrible against my toes. The guy at the front desk speaks bad english, I had to ask him to repeat himself several times, but his Hindi is good. Lol I paid $60 for two beds. I got what I paid for. I would never stay here again, guess I'm learning the hard way to just pay a little more and get some Quality so I can get some sleep. PS, woke up the next day with multiple bites upon both arms, both me and my daughter. Ya know, this sounds like a fictional place, the sad part is that it really happened.
