We had a great time, loved the hotel were greeted with friendly staff at the hotel and the restaurant. Pool was nice and a huge hot tub, until we checked out and the female concierge gave my wife an attitude for having cats, when we called the operator before we checked in she had stated the hotel was pet friendly, the official website says it's petfriendly, so how is it that when we pay the pet fee all the sudden cats are not pets. She stated the hotel is only dog friendly because of the cats fur! Well than you should say that when we call, check in and watch us bring them in, and on your website not give an attitude on the way out. Otherwise we would definitely recommend it the price is fair and the complimentary breakfast delicious and our server Billie was the sweetest really took care of the kids and never let the coffee get empty!

I went to see a tribute band. They were playing the restaurant/bar at the Shiloh. I didn't have anything to eat, because I have not heard good things about the food. We did have drinks, and they were good. But we kept having to go to the bar to get them ourselves. No one ever came to our table to help us.

I stayed here twice one month apart and both times I was impressed by the staff and grounds keeping. They have a legit restaurant (that might still need work on keeping stock and free coffee for breakfast). After getting a breakfast voucher, I could have a nice breakfast instead of the junk most motels put out, as long as I get my coffee from the lobby before I head out. Housekeeping does a fine job and I like the balconies. The staff cared so much about my satisfaction every day that I was continuously, and pleasantly, surprised. Two thumbs way up.

Went in early April. The pool felt great since the weather was heating up. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Support staff was helpful and courteous.

This review is for their free breakfast they offer! The breakfast is served at Hot Rods and Brews. There were about 25 people in the restaurant. Three items to choose from which is ok but, no one recieved thier breakfast under an hour. Can't get to mad at somewhat of a free breakfast but shouldn't make everyone leave pissed off. I would rather pay and have breakfast when I am hungry, not after an hour of waiting and now starving.

Amazing place to get some good pictures… Took My Sis there For Her Prom and I Love the Pictures I Got… Everything is Green… There is not trash around the property and all the bushes are trimmed… perfect place for a photo shoot… also got the room with 2 beds… for the girls to get ready… that was awesome… the Mirror is huge and I got some good picks of them getting ready… I also had enough space to put us my back drop in the room to take them individual pictures… Beautiful Remolded Rooms… And staff is extremely nice…

My husband booked a king size bed, but what we got was two full size ones. It was so late and we need to get up real early so we didn't make a fuse. However we did make sure that the price was the same in the morning before leaving.

Front desk staff very friendly pictures don't do this place justice! Will stay again if we go out there. Slept like a baby & the beds were beyond comfortable.

The manager Tarie is excellent, and very friendly. Small plumbing incident was solved before breakfast ended. The English muffins were very tasty. Pool is an Oasis. View so nice from any floor. Nice bed, plenty of pillows. Only two towels in the double Queen room, so request them if needed. The toilet seat covers will surprise you when you sit on the lid… dip. Price was very competitive to surrounding hotels. Great for military families. This is an old building that looks new and smells good. How did they manage that? I highly recommend.

We drove in from San Diego and were greeted with friendly smiles. We stay here every year and were surprised to see the renovations. The rooms are very nice, comfortable beds, all new bedding and beautiful lobby. The complimentary breakfast has a good selection of fruit, foods and great hot coffee and very nice large breakfast room and swimming pool. We enjoyed staying here, the location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, I-8, stores and service stations. We will definitely be returning to this hotel. Very clean.

Pleasantly surprised with our room and my understanding is rooms had been recently renovated. The balcony accessible via sliding glass doors. Comfortable Queen's, great flat screen monitor with lots of channels. In room convenience items such as refrigerator and coffee maker. Found Hotel lobby staff to be polite, professional and efficient. Rate was well within reason especially factoring no reservation and many hotels sold out on this particular Monday night. Will stay at this Shilo location again next time in Yuma. Great experience and can recommend.

Rooms are clean and mostly up to date but are a bit cramped. There is also a musty odor throughout the hotel. The window AC had a tough time cooling the room which is a must in Arizona.

I am embarrassed somewhat by the length of time it has taken me to submit this review, but my laziness in no way reflects anything other than my laziness. This is a wonderful place to stay, A-Z. Everything about it was great. But two employees in particular went so far above what they needed to in order to accommodate what my wife and I needed that it must be told. We arrived late in the evening, and Donna and Jason were simply incredible. I don't need to get into all the details, but they made things happen for us that were bordering on the miraculous. I mean, jump up and down with joy and relief sort of thing. These two people care very deeply and sincerely for you personally, and it's obvious it's not just a job for them. I've never had such great customer service in all my years of traveling. I guess I don't possess the vocabulary to express it fully, but they were amazing. And when you stay here, you'll see for yourself. By the way, the staff on all shifts were incredibly accommodating, gracious, and fun! We loved our stay here.

For the price, we had a petty good stay here. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast looked pretty gross so we didn't try it. The restaurant/ lounge was out of business so maybe that is why the breakfast sucked. Parking was convenient and the staff friendly.

Great place to stay. Quiet location but right next to the shopping center. Great pool area. Continental breakfast was included. Coffee in the lobby and friendly people at the front. Gym in lobby and laundry was $1.75

They are in an extension remodel. I would recommend waiting until they are completely finished. They initially gave me a room with a horribly stained and warped mattress. Upon pointing this out they apologized then moved me.

The rooms were nice and clean, spacious, and well stocked this labor day. The thing that struck me was the veterans parking places! love the patriotism of shiloh inn! And don't use a 3rd party like trivago to book. Book with the hotel and save more! thanks to the staff and cleaning personnel for doing a great job!

Recently renovated, the Shiloh Inn is a joy to stay at. We've been staying here several times a year for some time. The pool, located in a beautiful garden area, was resurfaced several months ago (heated by the way), and recently the rooms have been updated. New fixtures. New carpet throughout. Same friendly service as usual. Very reasonable. A pleasure.

A great budjet hotel with a big pool, right off the Interstate. Hotel is old but surprisingly convenient, rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. The breakfast could be better. Good value for the money.

Convenient place to stay the night. Right of the freeway and close to whatever nightlife Yuma has to offer. The rooms are always clean and the continental breakfast isn't much, but it's all you need to get going in the morning!

A real desert diamond conveniently located next to Yuma Palms shopping and I-8. Shilo Inn offers budget prices, larger rooms, good breakfast and a huge pool. Additionally you also have speedy Wi-Fi and a decent workout room.

It was a nice stay. I would like to see the rooms be updated and a bit cleaner. A lot of the rooms have really old TV's. The decor seems like it's from the 80s. As far as the service, I have no complaints. I feel like the carpet needs to be redone. It feels dirty.

Seems to be a older hotel. Kept up pretty well, staff very helpful and friendly, price is pretty cheap but we'll worth it. Only bad thing I can say, pool was closed while I was there. With the Arizona heat, pool would have been nice.

The staff was awesome! We asked for a early check in. Which was no problem rooms were large we asked for a room by the pool, which they also gave us… Very accommodating. Clean. Over all nice place.

Excellent economy room with all necessities. 15 minutes from MCAS and right along the 8. Rooms are clean and service is great.

The place looked old. Beds were super hard, pillows too firm. It did seem clean though. We were told winter visitors come and stay for months at a time. Workers were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast of feggs and sausage.

Old, and it shows. Internet was down since arrival. 10 hours later still no go. Lies from the front desk. My opinion is there is no internet here. Even their guest computer did not connect. Tub liner was mildewed. Checked out next day, on a 3 night reservation. Do not stay here.

Great experience. Helpful and caring personnel. Not a fancy place but clean and tidy with affordable rates. An employee by name Carlos went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our stay. We will recommend it to travelers.

I just called to ask if you questions about the hotel front desk transferred me to scheduling, scheduling could not answer any of my questions and told me to call back to the front desk the guy at the front desk horrible customer service I would never recommend staying here if the customer service is horrible just over the phone.

WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE! Especially those with children! I had been dying to write a review from the day I got back from vacation but never got around to it until now. We went as a family trip to Yuma back in the ending of March and looks are definitely deceiving. Especially the photos posted online. We had traveled from Hawaii to visit someone we know who is enrolled is Arizona Western College. After being excited for over a couple of months, the first hour in our hotel room automatically began our trip in a bad mood. The entire hotel smelled of smoke and a wet carpet odor. The rooms had a stench to them. Some outlets in our room did not work, including the one that the microwave was plugged into. Thankfully my mom had a room next to us with a working microwave being that we had a three month old baby with us who's water needed to be warmed for his bottles. The AC would randomly shut off and we had to keep turning it back on almost every 2 hours. Housekeeping came around 2 times during our weeks stay and wasn't very polite when we did run into them. Overall the hotel was very vacant of workers and people altogether. The only plus sides to this would probably be the pool which was very good and the fact that it was right across the mall and on the cheaper side. This is definitely a situation where you get what you pay for. Would never recommend here to anyone and would be willing to pay much more for a much better hotel!

Friendly, efficient staff. Rooms were clean, smell-free and fantastically cold when we walked in (air conditioner had been turned on). Made getting to a room after a long, hot summer road trip that much more relieving. Beds were clean and comfortable, and the shower was high pressure and worked perfectly, hot and cold. As a whole a great place to crash.

OK for my trucker friends, if youre in yuma this is the place you want to be. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's a non smoking facility, and I smoke but that's majority of all the lodging in Yuma, it's a little tricky getting in with a truck but once you're in its plenty of room to park your truck and trailer, my room was super clean and the balcony over looking the pool was great oh I failed to mention they have a shuttle service and you're in walking distance to an array of restaurants, Tarie at the front desk was great and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here 2 times, and both have been an excellent stay. We were looking for a cheep, but good place to stay here in Yuma on a road trip, the price is perfect for what you get. The rooms are flawless, and there is no walk from the parking lot to the elevator. The person at the desk was very friendly, and got us to our room very quickly, and even offered us a top floor with a view of the pool, there is excellent Wi-Fi, and the channels on the TV were perfect, breakfast was free, and you get your money's worth, and more. Great hotel.

Although the Hotel is a bit dated, the rooms are very clean and the staff were friendly. Donna at the front desk was most accomodating. My wife and I have stayed in the Shilo many times and have always had a great experience. The location is the best! You are just a walk away from the central shopping area in Yuma with all the restaurants which is super convenient.

Room smelled like smoke, though it was non-smoking room. Upon checkout I paid with cash and didn't take receipt (stupid, I know, in retrospect) and they charged my credit card as well. I called back a few days later and said they accidentally charged my credit card but they claimed they had no record of a cash payment. The general manager I talked to was very rude. She offered no apology and didn't look into matter for more than a minute. I have a feeling the front desk pockets cash from out-of-towners who don't take a receipt. I go to Yuma every fall but I am never coming back here again.

Had a great stay both nights I was there. Mitchell Robles was expecially helpful.

It had a Big Comfy Cali King Bed! The room was a little outdated but it was clean. Fridge, micro, coffee pot. The room was ice cold when we walked in, which is great when it's over 100! But I couldn't turn it off (No knobs). I had to unplug it from the wall. Haha. The breakfast was great! Cereal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, biscuits, egg and sausage patties, and hard boiled eggs. And coffee and oatmeal. The breakfast and the comfy bed really defined the whole trip. I will definitely return.

Great hotel! Donna, the receptionist, made us feel very welcome and at home. She has been our contact at the Shilo Inn for two years and always takes care of our reservations with professionalism and expertise. Rooms are nice and staff is very friendly. We are looking forward to visiting again soon.

This place is suitable for two activities; carrying out drug deals and having sex with low quality prostitutes.
