It was extremely quiet I think mainly due to this Corona-Virus quatentine.

You guys know how to make my stay fun! I travel with a cuddle buddy (stuffed mouse) (not the real kind) and every day I get back from work and he’s all cute on my bed. Today he was tucked in and snug as a bug! Thank you ❤️

Clean and refreshing. Everything included.

Really nice room for 2 nights, awesome staff. Really comfortable bed! We had problems w a/c and they promptly sent their maintenance guy. Still didn't work so they moved us to an equally nice quiet room, no more problems. A little bit of drive from the freeway (lots of traffic lights) but location turned out to be great for our itinerary. Paid $89/ night for king w sofa bed for grandkids.

What a great place to stay. We have 2 kids and each need their own bed. So with Mom and Dad and two kids, everyone was happy. We had the 2 bedroom suite. King size loft with bathroom. Downstairs bedroom with 2 twins and bathroom. Living room and kitchenette. Very easy convenient location. Area is very safe. Staff was absolutely fantastic! We come to Tucson a lot, and this will be our go to hotel in the future!

For the past few years my daughter has her birthday hotel pool party here and it's always a success. The staff is amazing and the rooms are clean with a great layout. Thank you all for everything. :)

Awesome little place! had a first story room no above noise, right by the basketball court. Heated pool was amazing and Jacuzzi. The room had eveyrthing we needed. Only wanted one more pillow but we made due with the 6 we had for 4 people. :) great place! We will definately make it back here!

Decor is a little dated but the rooms are very comfortable with plenty of home style amenities. Real dishes and appliances were a great feature. Perfect for families or extended travel. And they're reasonably priced! I'll definitely look for this brand on my next trip.

This is one of the nicest places to stay in Tucson, AZ. They have beautiful two bedroom loft suites and the staff is amazing. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The only downside to staying here is that the rooms are rarely ready at the 3pm check in time. We waited over two additional hours to be able to check into our room and were not guaranteed a late check out the following day. Kinda feel like I’m not getting my monies worth.

This was the only great experience during my gem show trip. Excellent service. Excellent room. Excellent value. Would stay again for sure.

Good location about 15 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes to the mall and just a couple minutes from Walmart. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It was very nice but we found our kitchen wasn't stocked very well. We had an oven but no cookie sheet or any casserole dishes to bake anything in. We had to ask for coffee filters which they didn't have and soap and sponge to wash dishes. The pool was heated but had leaves and bugs floating around in it. Breakfast was good. We liked it we just wished it was better stocked.

Very awesome place to stay for the price & to share it with other family or friends. It was clean & the beds were comfy sure it was missing a wine glass & the handle was broken on the down stairs room door those things are minor. The breakfast was amazing! Great selection & check in time was accurate. The shampoo & condition that they have available was to die for made my hair silky soft. Come stay here! :)

This hotel was great. The suite was awesome and clean. The front desk responded quickly to any of our requests. We checked in on New Year's Eve and stayed overnight. While we were out at a bar celebrating, though, someone broke my front driver side car window which was still parked at the hotel. Nothing was missing and my glove compartment was still locked. I can only assume it was some drunk out causing mischeif. However, hotel security was waiting at our room to break the news to us at when we finally returned at 2am. We also had plenty of missed calls from them. They offered to contact the police and offered to help in any other help I wanted. I would have liked if they offered to vacuum up the broken glass but it was not expected and I did not ask. The stay was otherwise very nice. Overall, I was rather pleased that security notified us in person at such a late hour rather than leaving a note. This was our second stay at this hotel and I'm sure we will be back.

Outstanding accommodation! Good location. Close to mall and God restaurants.

Everyone is very nice but the rooms need to have some repairs completed. We had trouble with our door handle not working properly and there is an air conditioner that sounds like it needs some major repairs.

Clean and comfy, but could not get the Wi-Fi to connect once in our three day stay.

The room was nice, and the lobby was nice and provided a decent complimentary breakfast in the morning. However, I stayed in the upstairs loft and it was pretty cold up there; the heating system didn't seem to affect the upstairs room.

They came into our room unannounced. Tried to charge us fees that weren't even legitament. Kicked us out once we pointed it out to them and we're so incredibly rude I wish I could shut the place down.

Really clean and reasonably priced for what you are given.

I can't pinpoint what it was that made this place feel like a hastily erected movie prop, but it did. That didn't affect my stay, though: the suite was huge, the kitchen was clean and big and fully functional, the beds and showers were spotless. The front door handle didn't work well, and some of the interior doors didn't latch at all, but it was still a good room.

We stayed at Sonesta ES Suites in Tucson, Arizona for a stay that exceeded 30 days for an unexpected and unplanned emergency. We were looking for a safe, quiet, comfortable, and clean place. Sonesta ES Suites exceeded our expectations. The property was well kept, even when there were many guests staying at the property. Maintenance and the Front Desk were very responsive and helpful. Anytime we called and requested maintenance or requested assistance from the front desk, we received a quick and immediate response. The rooms were clean and well kept. We had modern appliances in a fully functional kitchen; our kitchen was equipped with a stove, oven, full size refrigerator, a microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. The property was well guarded, as there was always on-site security. The location was very quiet, with the absence of a loud noises. Our room was thoroughly cleaned each week of our stay, and “light” cleanings were completed throughout the week. This location is quite close to many places to eat and shop, and it is less than 10 minutes to Tucson Medical Center — making it an ideal location for an extended stay. We are so glad that we chose to stay at Sonesta ES Suites in Tucson, Arizona.

Very nice and quiet. Rooms are like small apartment home. Style makes you feel as though you are on the coast somewhere.

It was ok, we had to ask for towels on 2 occasions, bed was remade with same sheets, overall ok, quiet, clean, felt safe.

Hello, good afternoon. Just to tell you that last week from 7 to 9 July 2017 we have just been in one of their suites and first lack: the main bedroom. Had the 2 beds mat. Since it is supposed to be the one of Loa popes. Second and so bad taste did not do the cleaning on Saturday we went out and when returning or surprise was uncleaned. And last but a huge mistake Sunday breakfast a big fraud there was nothing and when they came to put it was only egg and a gravy malisimo. And they told us that XQ was only one person attending. I think with what they charge that in no way is an apology. I really feel very disappointed because with great illusion and effort we took them to their hotel and we were very bad. It hurts this very nice. I hope and if you do something about it. Thank you and excellent day.

The rooms were great and so was the breakfast. But was a little disappointed cause they closed the pool at 9 I've never been to any hotel that closes their pool that early, plus their sign said it stayed open till 10.

It was just right for our family of 7. We had enough room for everyone to have their own space. We will stay here again very soon. The breakfast was great as well!

My wife is a travel nurse & is staying here came down from Bagdad AZ to visit her for the 4th of July, this is a very nice place & Great Breakfast.

Reasonably priced suites with full kitchen. Very private feel to the accommodations.

This is how a Hotel should be. The have everything you need for comfort. And, the price is awesome!

Everything about our suite was amazing! We loved everything in our room and they really go out of their way to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Staying at ES suites was in this hotel's guest opinion too short. This is because we loved it. Things we like the room was large open layout bed couch and even a fireplace. Top it all off it had full kitchen including dishwasher. Would recommend highly to any guests who might stay 3 plus night to get the full value. With that being said if we had to even just one night in a hotel again it would be here.

Location is great near to different restaurant, food store. Room and service is great, clean and my husband and I really enjoy our staying.

It was decent, but because of the remodeling, the breakfast was okay, and the parking lot crowded. If I had known it would be under remodel, then I would've gone somewhere else.

Breakfast during their ongoing remodel is okay at best, and the new rooms reek of fresh paint which is fine in small doses, but leads to a raging headache in the morning.

The visit from the arrival to the ida was very nice, very spacious rooms and very comfortable cas also the breakfast was very good.

Great family experience. Our first night we got in a little late just before 7. They have a complimentary 'social hour' which they normally close right at 7 but the front desk said they'd keep it open so I could feed my crew. Hot dogs, chili, slaw, chips and dip with full sized sodas, beer and wine fed 3 kids and 3 adults without having to go through the nightmare of loading everyone back up into the vehicle to try and find a restaurant. Rooms were clean and our suite was large with plenty of room to stretch out and allow us to keep the master an 'adults only' zone so the kids could go down and we could stay up. Kitchen is fully stocked. There may be nicer places to stay if you're a lone traveler but I can't think of a better stay with a family than Sonesta.

I have stayed in a sonesta before and really liked it. This location was not the same experience. It started off bad I rented the 2 bedroom suite and after I got in and loaded all my stuff in with multiple children and their things we turned on the TV and it did not work. So I called the front desk who told me to get keys to another room so I went to get the keys. I got the keys to the new room after I loaded all my stuf back to the car and this time I didn't unload till I checked the TV still the cable was out of that room so I went back and asked the clerk if she could make sure the next room she sends me to has a working tv. She proceeded to tell me that she cant leave the desk. So another staff member was near by and volunteered to watch the desk while she checked. So she did and it worked so we moved all our stuff in. Once I we got settled I called again to get a pack and play crib delivered for my 1yr old she then proceeded to tell me that it is too heavy for her to lift. So then I asked her if she wanted me to get the pack and play and then she stated no I will see if security can deliver it. This process of checking in took about an hour. I just think some things should not be disclosed to the costumer. I also think if you have and small rambunctious children you should not stay in the 2 bedroom loft suite because the bed is against a half wall and there is a risk that they can jump on the bed as kids do or look over the loft and fall.

We stayed the 2015 Fourth of July weekend at this Speedway location. It was our first time staying here. When first walking into the room we thought: "wow this is really nice" we stayed in one of the pent houses which has an upstairs and a fire place. We arrived on a Thursday night so we basically just slept there and the following day we went out into town. When we arrived back at the hotel around 6pm on Friday we find out that our room had not been cleaned at all. We called the front desk and they had nothing to say about it. The following day (Saturday) again we went into town and then back to the hotel around 6pm. This time our room was half clean. What do I mean? Well, the beds were done and we had clean towels but the floors were not swept, not mopped not vaccumed, AND there was a bag full of trash left on the couch along with dirty towels! I couldn't believe it. The hotel needs to get a better cleaning crew.

After several disappointing stays in other Tucson hotels, we tried the Residence Inn. We were pleasantly surprised from the minute we stepped in to the Gatehouse office. The gal at the desk was prompt in appearing, very friendly and did not rush the check-in process. In fact, she offered us freshly baked cookies, warm from the oven! Our room was spacious and off the beaten trail — for us — perfect! We ran into a small glitch with the bed and reported it immediately. Maintenance was there within 15 minutes. The bed frame had come apart and the maintenance tech had it repaired in no time. The complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent. Food hot, fresh and tasty. I suggest when there is scrambled eggs on the menu that they might add tortillas so we can make our own breakfast burritos! The facility was clean, the rooms in good repair and the kitchen a nice amenity! An excellent value! Should we return to Tucson, we will happily stay here again. That's it from the satisfied visitor desk.

I stay at a lot of Marriott properties usually Residence Inn, Town Place suites, or Courtyard. This particular property was not up to Marriott's usual standards. Old, outdated and lacking in basic supplies. The staff was friendly and helpful and location was pretty good for what I needed. However I will not stay there again.

Great place. We were comparing to the place next door but stayed here for the service. I was thrilled with how they (front desk — Melissa) took care of my mom when she stayed there over the holidays. The room was awesome, loved the kitchenette, super comfy bed, couch, etc. Very clean, too. Didn't try the happy hour. Breakfast was great and had an excellent oatmeal which was a treat over the typical instant stuff at other places. When they ran out of chamomile tea, they actually went to the store and bought her a whole box to her room for free. Wow. Right next to trader Joe's and beyond bread which was great.

Horrible smell in room. Front desk rude. Pool closed and thats the reason I came here.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. No hot water in the bathroom or kitchen sinks (ran for 15 minutes) and the battteries in the TV remote were dead. For an "upscale" hotel, pretty shabby. Back to Motel 6 for me; at least there everything works as it should.
