Excellent hotel, cleanliness, size and space.

Very clean, spacious and nice room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Most impressive was they served a hot breakfast, so rare to find in these days of “grab and go bags. ”

This is a great hotel & reasonably priced! Super friendly staff (Stacy at the front desk is so wonderful! ) Clean rooms & bathrooms, which is majorly important especially these days. Breakfast is included which is a definite plus. Plenty of parking. We are already looking for more Country Inns along our route back home because our stay here was wonderful. & such a great price. We definitely recommend this place.

Very pleasant check in person (Stacy) really made the stay memorable. The room is comfortable and we enjoyed the "goody bag" we received as new Radisson members. Bottled water is available at the front desk at no cost. The outdoor pool and hot tub are open for up to 10 people. I had it all to myself for over 30 minutes. We haven't had the included breakfast yet, but we're told due to covid restrictions, it's pre-packaged to take back to the room but has 1 hot food in addition to some cold items and waffles will be made upon request. All in all, for a reasonable price, I'm very satisfied.

The toilet flushed all day every 20 minutes, the elevator was broken 2 of the three days of my stay, one of the electrical outlets in the bathroom was broken and the continental breakfast was nothing to write home to Mama about. Friendly staff though and clean premises.

Simple and clean with the added bonus of extremely accommodating and friendly staff. Had absolutely no complaints with the place. Very close to the airport and has shuttle service too. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a place close to the airport.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Had a small issue with air conditioner due to the az heat. Was switched to a king suite without hesitation. Excellent service and would definitely stay again when in the area. Well priced for the area as well.

Room and bedding was clean, spacious and front desk staffing were sooooo helpful, professional and more than happy to help, answer questions! Chris and Josh were so helpful with restaurant suggestions. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and constantly being refreshed. And the pool was awesome! Great teamwork and it shows!

Pro travel tip: I got a great deal on hotwire, it was half price.

The coffee maker in our room stopped working. I called down to the front desk and within a minutes time they brought up a brand new one and gave it to us, Now that is service! The staff is very friendly, everything is clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is interested in staying somewhere that provides personal, professional and home like accommodations. I love it here, I would stay again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing how much the wrong staff can mess up a good thing. Not a raddison any more I heard. Rooms not cleaned have to call someone at home to come back and clean rooms that were not done. Staff takes home kitchen food and stuff from the room. Strange that happens. Cindy rents rooms with complete knowledge of broken air conditioning in Tucson at 100° temp room facing west. Approach Cindy and she freaks out and in front of customer's she lost it yelling etc… Human resources! That poor guy behind the counter. Felt so bad for him. Sad to have a good place good bad. Maybe that's why it's for sale.

Very clean and excellent service, installations with good maintenance.

1st time at this particular hotel. Staff very friendly, carpet in our room has stains very dirty. The kind of dirty that screams for new. Also, while the room is clean, there is a very stale smell. Thinking the A/C filters are desperate to be cleaned. Not sure I would stay here again, which is very sad as I love the Radisson chain.

If I could give it half a star or no stars I would. I will Never stay at this hotel again. We booked 2 rooms and in both rooms found blood on the bedding. This was a last minute book and the reservations were made 48 hours in advance. The rooms were not cleaned properly. I found an inhaler from a previous guest underneath a side table. Crumbs, of bread or peanuts, on the side lamp table. Rings on the glass from cans… blood on pillows and on the bed sheets. Paper thin walls. We heard our neighbors when they turned on there shower. Thermastat problems. Even when checking in and out there was no one at the registration desk. We had to wait for a maintenance worker to find someone to help us check in and wait for personnel to come back to the front desk to help us check out. Never Never again will I stay or allow any of my family to stay.

Very clean. Restrooms were very clean. Big comfy clean and fresh smelling bed. Pet friendly and kind. Quick check in. Lots of towels and a little mini fridge and work station.

The room was fine but felt cheated on breakfast. We needed to get on the road and they ran out of all the breakfast food and were very slow to replenish it. I never did get the hot breakfast I wanted. The bed was too soft.

Great rooms, delicious breakfast and super friendly staff! We arrived late at night, tired and hungry, but the guy at the front desk was super nice to us! He made us laugh a lot! I recommend you to stay here 100%

I’ve only been here 10 minutes but the guy named Jason at the front desk has been great. High energy and offering dinner suggestions was beyond great service. King suite is clean and spacious. Fair price and a nice place to lay your head.

Nice hotel. We stayed in one of the suites, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was good. They also had a lending library with some good choices of books in the lobby.

Basic King Room. The carpet is filthy. Large stains in several place places. The microwave and frig can’t be plugged in at the same time. The bathtub and toilet are extremely low to the floor, my husband and I are both tall and it’s uncomfortable. One of the bedside lamps had a broken switch and cannot be turned on. When we asked about the carpet stains, we were told because the rodeo was in town there were no other rooms and there is no housekeeping until 8 am tomorrow. The rodeo is Had nothing to do with our stay and I can’t imagine the cleanliness of the room should be related to the rodeo either. Very disappointed. Stayed at the Radisson at town center and was extremely satisfied however, this location does NOT uphold the same standard of quality or service.

It is a comfortable hotel and close to the I10, Carol was a kind and super attentive person at check-in. The room is comfortable, clean. The bathroom had the toilet badly clean. I did not give it 5 stars because when I checked the sheet I found hair, and when I went to bed I used a wooden stick for my teeth (You can see that they did not change the sheet). Breakfast starts early and is decent.

I lost my phone while traveling and the staff was not very helpful with this difficult situation. My room was not truly clean as there was hair in both the bathroom and between the sheets. They gave me new sheets and I was hesitant to wait for a new room as I had a difficult travel day and it was already late. The shuttle driver was nice. The breakfast was decent and the breakfast staff were nice. If the other staff were more willing to help and the room would have been clean, I might have stayed here again.

The room was fantastic; spacious and clean with a nice sized bathroom. We were right across from the elevator but heard no elevator noise from the bedroom. There was an issue with our Priceline booking but the front desk manager resolved it quickly and efficiently! Would definitely recommend hotel.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, enjoyed all that amenities and little snacks, very clean rooms. Had a bit of trouble having the fridge start cooling since we had some items to maintain fresh but other than that, would recommend.

We are locals and went to this hotel because our home had to be fumigated. We decided to make it a staycation and brought the dogs (2) and all of our gear! First of all we found the best price using an app and when we made the reservation we were advised that we wouldn't get charged anything until AFTER our stay. I am disabled and we needed a downstairs room unless there was an elevator. We were told that the suite designated for disabled guests was already booked but they had a suite next to it that was identical, the ONLY difference was that there was no door bell that lit up for the hearing impaired. That was fine for us. When we pulled up with two dogs in tow the place was clean and orderly from the front lot and top to bottom. Next, the front desk clerk asked if we needed a hand and was happy to see our dogs, even asking their names and such. There was a luggage cart available at the front door, right outside the lobby and the clerk offered to help my partner with our things. The breakfast was free and always had fresh fruit, things were refrigerated and the kitchen staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and sparkling, but not suited for me as I need a wide set of stairs for entry and exit interview the pool but that was fine with me, our son would have loved it though. When we walked the dogs around the grounds there was no trash or litter anywhere, the place was immaculate!

Luis, the manager was very accommodating to us and very welcoming. After our first night stay with cold water and a less than clean room, he upgraded us to a suite at no cost. Happy, happy! The continental breakfast was wonderful.

There were welcome cookies in the evening and apples in the morning. Clean and warm room, and the breakfast was convenient and yummy. Had some trouble getting the right shower temperature, but there were plenty towels and things worked out well otherwise.

Great management and staff! Very friendly and hospitable. Rooms are clean, comfortable and all at a reasonable price. If I am ever back in this area I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

It's a 3 start motel with cookies and water bottles. Rooms were clean. Pillows sucked a lil dirty but we got what we paid for and it was enough for a 1 nts stay.

Just a basic hotel, it's not fancy, but it isn't dumpy either, rooms were clean and the staff was friendly, nothing special but I'd stay here again.

Clean, convenient and affordable. Doesn't have some of the amenities of surrounding hotels but if you want a good basic hotel near airport, this one to consider.

The room was very nice and very clean. I slept well on te comfy bed.

My stay was a 4 day business trip. Hotel has everything that other hotels have for the price, but the whole staff was great, from front desk, spotless cleaning of my room daily and not just dropping off fresh towels, to the ladies meticulously cleaning and restocking the breakfast bar. A big thank you to Cindy at the front desk. My flight wasn't until 4:55pm and she saw to it that I was able to leave my room late.

When we first arrived, we noticed the hotel had a large amount of roudy teenagers staying. As soon as the manager came to greet us, we asked about possibly swapping to the other Country In across town. The manager on duty Jason, promptly told us that he understood, imformed us that the other hotel is separately owned and operated, but called them and inquired about pricing and refunding our payment to us in full. The other was much more pricey due to it being such short notice and we decided to stay with our original reservations. He then made sure to put us at the opposite end and a floor above all the rowdy teens. He made sure to tell us if we had any questions or issues with the teens he would take care of it. He was very kind, well knowledged, and he is the main reason we did not swap accommodations! Thank you, Jason! Dude deserves a bonus!

Nice hotel! outdoor pool and whirpool are great, hot breakfast very good, needs some remodeling work but they keep it clean, right at the airport.

Normally I would give this hotel a four-star because it's a bit dated but for the price it was outstanding. Staff is friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. There were nice touches for example — fresh fruit and lemon water in the waiting area.

It was a good experience for overnight stay, I did need to change one of my sheets due to a stain, but other than that it was good.

Disappointed in our stay! We left our room after the maintenance man fixed our door at 11am. Came back at 7:15pm and our room was never cleaned — Garbage full, dirty towels on the floor, bed not touched. Talked to front desk woman, she informed us our "do not disturb sign" was on door at time housekeeping was on floor, they have a full house and their only paid for x amount of hours. We do not recommend this location for travel needs.

Efficient check in. Room was ready by 1pm. Stated in a King suite. Was nice to have the extra TV for our boys to watch. Breakfast area looks nice. Coffee station available all day. Very close to airport, Davis Monthan base and Air National Guard base. Lots of airplanes to see in the skies! Pool is small, but more than adequate. We would return.

This was a nice Country Inn location, it's close to the airport. The place itself is in a quiet location not exactly on a major street. There were plenty of parking spots and plenty available right next to the entrance, although I did not go during any busy season. As you first enter they had 2 large luggage carriers available for guests to take. They have a nice little sitting area once you're inside. The front desk receptionist was nice and welcoming. Quickly got us our keys and informed us about pool timings and breakfast timings. She offered us cold bottled water, which was nice after a long drive. They also have cookies, candy and iced cucumber water available for guests at the front. Our room was nice and spacious. There was a convenient thermostat to control the temperature. We had a 1 king bed room, it also had a desk and chair and another sofa chair in front of a flat screen TV that wasn't attached to the wall but on a table. The bed however was a little lumpy and slightly uncomfortable. The bathroom was nice and big. Everything was clean and kept up. They serve hot breakfast at 6 am but we had to get on the road and had breakfast at 5:30 am. During that time they have coffee, bagels, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, some fruit, and a drink dispenser with juice and water. Overall it was a nice experience.

So very convenient close to the airport. The staff is so kind and friendly. Very well kept up grounds and furnishings. We will definitely be staying there again and will recommend to our out of town guests.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and recently renovated. Hot breakfast was included and cookies are available all day in the lobby. The rooms were larger than I expected, with modern bathrooms and decor. I will definitely be back.

The place is nice. However I did not have a good experience with front desk. They were rude, but then realized that I don't need them to enjoy my stay. The lady cooking the breakfast though was incredibly nice though.

Good things about the inn: light on the third floor from the windows, clean basically, continental breakfast fine. Bad things about the inn from ten day stay: Toilet not working at all in first room, toilet cycling in second room, management wanted to put plumber in both rooms who looked shady while I was trying to work, *sociopath/psychopath working the front desk at night called in the middle of the night and just said that there was an angry fellow in the room beneath me due to noise — did not ask me to be quiet or ask whether I had done anything to cause undue noise levels, when I said that she was trying to instigate criminal activity between myself and or the man who was or was not in the room beneath me, she suggested that I come down stairs and enter into similarly illegal activity with herself, which I declined, management refunded me one night's stay and did not seem very concerned that one of their employees was attempting to start fights between the guests and then between a guest and an employee of the hotel.

So I booked a room through a travel site. I was assigned a room designed for people with disabilities. I asked for a different room and was told that, that room (122) is assigned to people who use discount sites. The housekeepers will knock on your door whether you have the do not disturb sign on the door or not so don't bother. There were pool chairs floating in the pool. There was remodeling going on and the contractors were measuring and cutting materials in the area in front of the hotel/my room. Hair in the shower, stains in the chair. Cool water in the shower. Breakfast mediocre. Fitness room the size of a closet. Outdated equipment. Side door of hotel does not close completely so if you'd like complimentary breakfast, walk right in.

The hotel was really nice and everything, but the customer service here was phenomenal. As soon as I walked in I was handed a cold bottle of water and offered coffee and a cookie, and the guy at the front desk gave me lots of hints about food in the area. He was very attentive and I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Had an excellent time at Country Inn and Suites in Tucson. The people at the help desk were very cordial and friendly. They offered complimentary water bottles and had an always filled cucumber water in the lobby. The complimentary breakfast was open every day till 10:30 and they had eggs, waffles, sausage, and they were all very good. The jaccuzzi and whirlpool were open till 12:00 am and a great way to relax. The room itself was very big and cozy. They always replaced your shampoos and toiletries and towels quickly. I had no complaints. Excellent hotel. Best I've stayed in in Tucson.

I arrived late. Greg at front desk was wonderful. Just coudn't be any nicer. I travel a good amount and after a very long travel day to experience such a great welcome. I was hungry and no dinner so he made sure I had sncks, drink etc.

Ended up here from a deal on Hotwire. We just needed a room for the night and it was only 50 dollars! We really didn't know what we were getting, but boy are we happy with what we got! The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. Free cookies in the lobby! The room was very nice and the bed is so comfy! A small fridge and microwave in the room. Was very surprised at the name brand complimentary soap and shampoo, they even have a lotion. Pool is a medium size. Jacuzzi is the normal size. The fitness room is quite small and only has two stationary bikes, and one treadmill. They're fun for HIIT exercises. The only bad experience was the toilets are kinda weak. But all in all, we really like it.

Hotel is dated and this hotel is in need of a remodel. Half the light bulbs were missing in my room. The breakfast was good. Phone was broken in room. Missing the remote for one tv. Expected more for my money.

Stayed here on my days off just to get away and relax. Was worth it and would definitely do it again. Very nice and understanding staff as well.

As soon as I pulled up and saw the faded/peeling sign, I didn't have high hopes. Since I was not paying for the room I didn't mind too much, but still had some issues. The "fitness center" is no more then a small room with outdated equipment. And the only equipment they have is a treadmill and two bikes. My my bed sheets were fairly dirty looking when I got there, and were not changed once in the week I was there. In all fairness though, I only let them in my room once or twice. I found a baby cockroach or some similar bug in my bed one day. Tub faucet had something lodged into it to make it come out halfway between the shower head and faucet. My window fell out of the track when I opened it. I am being fairly critical though. Staff was always friendly and helpful.
