So you know when you've had a super long day out of town, and it's almost midnight when you finally get to the motel and go to tuck your exhausted kids into bed and discover a meth pipe under the covers? Then they tell you they have no other accommodations for you and offer you no incentive to make up for it whatsoever? Yaaaa. Definitely go a mile up the road and stay at the Hampton. Much better service, and also your kids probably won't roll around in meth 🤷‍♀️🤬

Probably will miss breakfast.

Comfortable room, mattress sagged in the middle, good continental breakfast. Would give it 5 stars of mattress was good. It's the whole reason you're there in the first place.

They clearly were not ready for the football season to start. They were way understaffed. Went to breakfast they were out of food. The rooms didn't get a very good cleaning when the maids came in to clean. The beds really aren't that comfortable either. The kids loved the pool.

Convenient to many locations this hotel very noisy! Pipes loud, shower next door and upstairs echoes loudly, people up early, walls so thin you can hear people talking in the next room and even across the hall! TV noise. The front desk staff was very efficient, polite and capable. The ladies in the laundry were helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet was generous and kept well supplied. The carpets were filthy though. My feet literally got black walking on them. We had a nice couch, but obviously stained. The sheets were crisp and clean but the skirting was deeply wrinkled. Great view of the sunset over the mountains and palm trees whipping madly in the wind during a monsoon storm, but I wouldn't stay here again until they get new carpet or clean this one.

The room was clean. The walls were somewhat worn out. The bed was super comfy! The pool looked clean but we didn't get in. The breakfast was yummy & checkout time of 12 PM was great for cross country drivers. The staff was courteous.

Staff was awesome, friendly, behind Tucson mall well centered in the town. Pet friendly. The only, only draw back was someone let in the hood rats into the pool area. Drinking, swearing, grooming each other popping zits on each others backs, swinging food onto the floor and pool. And that was the scantily dressed in bathing suits women. EEeeeesshh!

For a 2 star hotel it's comfortable and very adequate. We stayed for 4 days and reserved 2 rooms. Rooms were clean, one of the bathrooms smelled musty, but since that's the place you stay the least amount of time in, it wasn't a big deal and the vent fan helped. The AC unit in the other room seemed to not keep a consistent temp but it was sufficiently cool the entire visit even though we had to keep lowering the temp. There was a small fridge with separate freezer, a plus because this is a larger space to cool items than most hotels. There is a microwave, coffee/tea maker, blow dryer and iron/ironing board in each room. One of our rooms had a small living area separate from the bedroom, a nice plus and the larger of the two parties took that room for the extra space. Breakfast is really great with a large variety. There is always eggs (no cheese added, I loved this because I'm lactose intolerant), some kind of potato (hash browns or cubed potatoes), a meat (sausage links or patties) and two of the mornings there were biscuits with sausage gravy as well. The coffee machine is wonderful as it offers straight black coffee or a measured out selection of specialty coffee choices (cappuccino, cafe late, mocha late, etc…). There are a lot of other options including breads, pastries, oatmeal, hot waffles, juices, hard boiled eggs and fruit. The staff are fantastic about cleaning the dining area with spills and keeping food supplied.

Stay was great. Great location. 15 minutes from U of A. Breakfast was included. Close to food and shopping.

My in-laws stayed here while they were visiting. It's not the Ritz, but it suited their needs. Pool and hot tub were inviting, and my son enjoyed the pool. The hot tub was too hot for him (but he is 5). I did not partake, but not because of the facility.

Had an awesome time by the pool kids had so much fun we were there for 6 hours swimming I would definitely go back room was also good and breakfast in morning.

Comfortable beds and good variety of breakfast but requires more cleanliness in rooms and pool.

Room was clean and reasonably priced. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was actually pretty good with reasonable selections.

Overall a great stay. Staff was kind to let me check in a few hours early. Room was clean overall, and was extremely comfortable. Room looked like it needed some TLC as there were scuff marks on one wall, stain on the couch, cracked ceiling, and squeaky tub when you moved around. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Pretty nice place, enjoyed the hot tub. Nice breakfast/lobby area. Everyone was friendly.

Good location for shopping, bilingual staff, easy access to freeway I-10, breakfast included, not noisy.

Very good stay. Large, comfortable room. Easy to get to. Best deal in that area of Tucson. Breakfast is average to above average as continental breakfast go. Would definitely use again.

My room was awful. It had stains on the bedding and carpet. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned prior to however was in my room last. It had a funny smell and it was sooooo loud! There was a LARGE dog parking 3 doors down. I was pretty upset with this stay.

The staff is pleasant and accommodating, the free breakfast is better than most. The property has been updated to a degree, but is still tired, small and cramped. Our room was on the auto mall, noisy with the traffic and / or the room air conditioner.

Check in was easy and quick. Breakfast was more than I expected fresh scrambled eggs, sausage patties, hash browns, a waffle maker to make yourself a fresh waffle and a variety of coffee drinks and hot cocoa.

I am literally happy that there was a gym with weights. I stayed at this hotel for five days. Every three days housekeeping cleans your room so be sure to know that. Their breakfast meat varies each day. One day it was sausage patties then it was sausage dogs. The staff is friendly. There's artwork for sell in the first floor, which I enjoy looking at when I pass by. It costs to do laundry though since there are only two machines for guests. The shower runs a bit light. Overall, not a bad experience. I only took pictures of the gym since I'm a bit of a workout enthusiast.

The staff was very polite and courteous. Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel was in a very convenient location to mall shopping and dining.

Update Sofa Beds… Suites with pullout sofa should have proper cushion mattress. Guest can't sleep on pillow tops with springs pressing through from beneath.

Typical amenities though plenty of hot food and hot beverage choices. The rooms were clean but carpet needed deep cleaned. Much art in the hallways that was for sale.

They are fab the rooms are lovely, the pool is great would stay there again.

Other than being colder than we would prefer everything went well. Convenient location, allowed us to have the kind of room we wanted on the first floor, and was affordable.

I've stayed here many times. The staff is friendly. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is provided and is always tasty.

Check in with smooth and fast staff for very friendly and housekeepers we're very clean room was nice upon arrival and ready and breakfast in the morning was hot full and delicious.

Room was very clean, I think they have improved their cleaning practices since the previous reviews. Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety and super fresh. Would definitely recommend!

Comfort Suites was wonderful from the moment I walked in to the moment I left the next morning. Check in was very speedy and that was including setting me up for their rewards program. The room was really nice and roomy for the low price we paid. The bathtub was deep and easy to sit in to soak. The location of the hotel was perfect with restraunts all over the place, Tucson Mall was right across the street and Target was right down the road for grocery shopping. The breakfast they offer is much better than mpst hotels offer. They have a lot of food choices for their guests. The checkout was super quick without unnecessary mumbo jumbo. All in all this was a great place to stay overnight or for a lengthy amount of time.

Where do I begin? We got in Sunday night and Kayla the front desk girl was awesome! She understood every single complaint I had! Made sure we were good before she went back to the front desk. The next day there was another issue and the manager offered me 2000 points and to be moved, took her up on that offer. We decided to go out to the pool and it definitely needs to be cleaned as well as the hot tub. The breakfast is great and the coffee is so strong, exactly how I like it! All in all, a nice stay! Kayla, Patricia and Victor were the Best! Thank you!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. No road noise. Staff were friendly and polite. We accidentally left behind an electrical item. Our only issue was trying to contact the hotel directly as the website does not include an e-mail address. Once we did get hold of an e-mail address through Choice hotels, Helinda went out of her way to post the item back to us, international freight and kept in contact with us until it arrived safely. Big thanks to the staff for handing in the item, and the trouble they went to returning it to us. Hotel is in close proximity to not only the Tuscon mall, but many other good shopping areas within a few minutes drive. Easy access, and ample parking. Although we did not use the pool, we were impressed that the pool had equipment to enable people with disabilities to swim.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The jacuzzi bleached our suits, gave us skin burns. They offered to pay for new suits, but we sent the receipts and never got our suits refunded, never heard a word back. Worse facilities, and the worst service. I have many pictures, I'm not making this up. Avoid this hotel and find another.

Nice hotel. Great location next to the mall. A lot of places to eat, BevMo, easy access to the highway etc. Room was clean and comfortable, quiet. Typical breakfast which was appreciated in the price. Overall a nice place to stay in north tucson.

The hotel is luxury, just quite expensive. They promised a breakfast buffet which was a real porqueria.

Wonderful, spacious room with sitting area. The staff was friendly and helpful. We came down to take care of sick relatives; Comfort Inn Suites was an excellent choice. Not only were we close to family but we were close to the Tucson Mall and Mimi's Restaurant (French a la New Orleans), an excellent place to unwind at the end of the day. We didn't use the pool (too hot), and others have said the air conditioning was a little noisy, but we felt safe, well rested, and well cared for here. Thank you.

Although this hotel is located next to an automall, our stay was pleasant and quiet. The expanded breakfast was nice. We actually returned for another night a few days later because our experience was so good.
