I like that it is cheap but very clean. The rooms seem newly renovated so I like the new bed and amenities. Free Wi-Fi and a clean place to rest my head on a road trip! Can’t ask for more than that!

Clean decent basic budget motel for the overnight traveler. Not a lot of negative to say. Was a good stay. They are busy making it better we believe. Could have done with out the extra check in charge for utilities. (Takes a $44 a night room becomes a $50 room) Beds, could be a tad more comfy. Coffee pot needed in room. Maybe a chair? But Still pretty decent. You get what you pay for. Location location location…

Well, what I can say, this place is filth! The first impression was right on the bed. The conforter covering it had a hole on it, like someone had burned it with a cigar. The sheets had hairs on it, so was not changed since last customer. The towels had stains with brown spots… The carpet was so dirty that you couldn't recognize the original color. The chair was filth, dirt, unbelievable. Unfortunately I arrived late at that place, with a flat tire and there was no other place to go. DO NOT STAY HERE! Is the filthest place I had seen.

Friendly, good rates, and an eye to the future. Every time I stay here they’ve upgraded the rooms in some way. I can’t speak for all the rooms but the 2 Queen rooms have a fridge and micro which is awesome.

Very clean and newly remodeled, still working on fixing up the rooms but they are doing a great job. Enjoyed our stay here!

You can't ask for a better deal than the BelleAir Motel! The owners are very nice people and put a lot of love into their motel. The rooms are warm and cozy with a minifridge and microwave, there's hot coffee and snacks in the morning, the shower has great water pressure, etc. And best of all? Dogs are welcome!

The heating didn't work, the water for the shower went freezing after 2 minutes which wasn't pleasant for a pregnant woman that's been on the road for a week. There were beds and there was TV and a fridge and microwave it was clean and the beds were comfy but what really mattered was heat with this cold weather and bathing. Now I'm pretty sure I have a cold again and I couldn't even finish my shower or rinse out all of the shampoo. So honestly it wasn't worth the 45 that included tax. Unless you just want a place to sleep and not bathe or warm up then it's perfect for you. Being pregnant — I was needing so much more than just a place to sleep. Maybe give people a heads up about the heating and water not staying hot for longer than 2 minutes because my Fiancee and I had to take cold showers in 32 degree weather. Couldnt even warm up in the place so we had to check out early and had to wait outside to check out in the car, because the car is the only place with a heater around here. It's not ideal. At all with no heat and little to no hot water.

Rooms are nicely renovated and very clean. We enjoyed our stay especially since we could have our fur baby with us. Owner very nice. We would recommend this motel.

The manager was nice, my room smelled like a cigarette butt. I asked for a refund and he obliged without hesitation.

No bugs! That is all I require. Will stay again.

Hidden gem. Doesn't look inviting from the outside, rooms are clean and comfortable. Very inexpensive lodging.

Great room for the price! Rooms were clean and well kept. Customer service was excellent. Bathroom could have been more modern but it was still acceptable.

An affordable retro-classic styled motel with friendly staff, hot water, fast Wi-Fi, clean sheets and cable. I got a room in back that was away from street noise for me and my bicycle on the way to Tucson from Flagstaff.

Staying hear now nice calm no nosy owners up ur ass I love it.

During a coast-to-coast bicycle we found the Belle-Aire Motel to provide the perfect accommodations. Staff was professional and friendly. Rooms were sufficient and clean. On top of it all, it was a very peaceful night to catch some much needed shut eye. Thank you Belle-Aire.

Good work guys, with the cleaning up the property looks cleans, comfortable beds, smells good, quiet location, owners are friendly, I would recommend this place to everyone I see.

This motel is very peaceful, its nice to come too town and stay at a motel that is quite! I would recommened too all my friends, fair prices, very nice owner:-).
