This place is the worst! dirty sheets, no towels, no soap, no shampoo, dirty pool, roach on bathtub, no Wi-Fi and givin the wrong password or knew it didnt work, no hot water, and when hotels. Com called them who we booked from. They said we never said anything! really funny other have said the same things! this is our people do bussiness. For 100 a night! really go somewhere else!

The place has been taken over by people who no longer keep it clean. The pool is low and green as a pond.

Room was big, clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a big disappointment, I mean really, who serves their guests left over potatoes and eggs from the day before.

Long overdue review, great place to stay and awesome accommodating staff. We loved our stay last year.

Check in was long and tedious. Rooms are poorly maintained. The staff/owners are extremely rude. They advertise free breakfast at 7:00, but that doesn’t happen and they leave you standing locked in the cold, after you have spent the night with a loud dripping faucet which has been dripping for a very long time, and now is a steady stream when they are to lazy to just install a washer to maintain their expensive rooms. Save your vacation dollars and room any place else. My sisters and I came to see our Niece and Nephews restaurant — Puny John’s which is excellent by the way, but this kind of customer service hurts Tombstone.

Clean rooms very affordable and friendly staff.

Look out lodge is in a beautiful location with breathtaking views. They are pet friendly and have a fire pit and a pool! The staff is friendly and child friendly.

I will recommend this hotel to everyone! My mother, daughter, and myself stayed two nights, while on a road trip, and it was by far, the best place we stayed. It may be a little out dated, but it was clean, comfortable, and the view was amazing! The girl that worked the desk was so helpful! There was no “fake smiles” or “fake have a good day” greetings, She was a delight to talk to and did her best to make sure everyone had a stress free stay. When my daughter forgot her phone, and we didn’t notice it until half way to Ohio, they took it immediately to the post office and shipped it the day we called! ❤️. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

Nice rooms, clean, friendly staff.

Place is a dive… called day before to confirm reservation… All sounded good… Thought we would be there around two however took a little longer didn’t get in there until around 530… Got there went to check in our room wasn’t ready… Oh by the way did I mention I called and kept them informed that we would not be arriving until probably around five… The gal went to open our room and in our room was a bunch of clothing … tubs of someone’s belongings obviously someone is in that room and the staff nor the front desk knew anything about that room being occupied for the last three days… that was probably my warning sign right there … Should’ve taken my out while I had it… They finally checked us in to another room we got in… There were food crumbs all over the counters there was garbage on the floor under the TV… The cold water faucet did not work in the sink had to brush our teeth with the water out of the tub but it was late and we had put our faith that they would’ve provided the room that they said they would in the contract… we looked around for a no smoking sign did not see one… and had noticed a stale smell … so we smoked a little marijuana before we went to sleep and checked out early in the morning and went and had breakfast… Got home and looked at my bank account noticed a $300 charge from the Lodge called the lodge and they said we had violated OUR contract with them and it would cost them $300 to get the marijuana smoke out of the room which is crap … anyway I wouldn’t

One of the best places we’ve stayed we were traveling with friends we all loved it. Breakfast was made to order for each of us it was awesome. Staff was great so nice and friendly. Would stay here again.

Customer service was phenomenal. They cooked your breakfast to order. Clean rooms. Fire pit. Awesome experience. I’ll only stay there when in tombstone. That’s how awesome they were.

We had just arrived with no reservation everything was booked Manager, Secretary.
Were really nice and helped us with a reservation cancellation as soon one was available by calling me at my cell. Rooms are clean and cozy we had so much fun in the pool.

The service here is excellent and they way beyond to make sure you enjoy your trip!

I was passing through and wanted to see the town! The lady at check in was super nice and very helpful and cooked some awesome breakfast I highly recommend this place!

Booking. Com put 6 people In a room for 4 the hotel comped us a room with a king bed for the night. Great customer service.

Love the view, like that it's not right in town,. Free breakfast reasonable price. Beds could be changed out, little hard and lumpy. Otherwise love staying here.

The View. Very comfortable beds. Lovely firepit with plenty of seating and benches along the walk path. Unfortunately, we had several things that made our much anticipated visit less than what it could have been. However, all in all Yes definitely recommended. Proximity to Tombstone tourist area is super close, and there's the gorgeous drive to Bisbee which is a must do!

We loved our stay had fun with our kids by the fire at night s’mores were a great idea and conveniently for $1 staff (super friendly) had them available.

Nice, quiet and clean lodge with awesome long distance views of the valley floor and the mountain range. Breakfast (with lot of choices) in their dining room is included. Located just 1/2 mile before you reach Tombstone (from Tucson), this is a great little place to stay.

This is the 2nd time me and my family have visited this place and I’ve got to say we love it. The rates are great, the rooms are a decent size (I’m sorry as I didn’t take any pictures whilst inside the room), they’re clean… you get a TV and fridge and welcoming air-con for those hot days. The grounds are lovely and have a fire-pit where you can sit and spend time with your loved ones. The views from your room are endless… you can sit outside too to enjoy them on the balcony/walkway (it’s not a private balcony, but nevertheless it’s all around the hotel). There’s a swimming pool (the pool is definitely blue, I took the picture as the sun was going down, my camera decided to make it look green). The pool was cleaned every morning when we stayed. The hotel is 2 minutes from the tourist side of Tombstone (along the road it’s on), you really should have a car, (although you can walk it, but it’s not advisable as it can get busy and there is no path). Breakfast was the best we’ve had on this holiday, it’s free (but please do leave a tip). The staff are the kind of people you’d want to stop and have a chat with, please do too as from check in to breakfast, they’re amazing! A real plus on our family holiday… Tombstone definitely has a lot of history and stories, make this place one of yours when you visit.

The hotel is older property located almost in downtown Tombstone. The attendant was friendly, helpful and thorough. The beds were comfortable, great shower with super hot water and clean. Add to the experience of yesteryear:)

Great place staff was super friendly. Also a full hot breakfast from menu. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the tombstone area!

Me and the boyfriend are regulars here the hotel & it's usually nice accommodations except for this last time that we stayed here (6/2/2018). I wish I could post the video I have, but can't so I will explain what we both noticed. We've been checking the bed sheets at the hotels we stay at, regardless of where we travel, and decided to use a black light on the room just out of curiosity. We were both very disgusted to find body sweat marks and other misc. Stains all over our main bed sheet and a few pillow covers that haven't been washed in god knows how long. We both had to take a shower after this unclean discovery. We definitely complained about this after the discovery was made. We were told by Kirsten that she notified the manager for a refund just to find out days later the manager was never "never notified" about the complaint in the first place. We never asked for a refund, but were told we would get one anyways. If anyone stays here or any hotel, make sure to use a black light to check your sheets and pillows. The GM also likes to make false statements saying how we aren't regulars, but yet I have plenty of receipts proving we are. Staff and GM are very dishonest and rude people. We are both military Veterans and sad to see how we even get treated, especially at a hotel we stay at every time we visit Tombstone. We won't be staying here again.

T The rooms were great and the desk clerk gave us the best deal she could as a walk-in since we had a reservation at another place and found out it was a dirty smelly trailer instead of a nice cabin like the ad implied. So we went to the lookout lodge and were treated excellantly. Clean rooms comfortable beds made to order breakfast included in the price. If going to Tombstone this is the place to stay. clean rooms.

My last 4 visits and continue to stay here! Excellant staff, Excellant breakfast, Clean and comfortable rooms. Have NEVER been disappointed! Thank You All for such amazing service. You always go above and beyond.

Good place but was told they have truck parking. They do but for very small trucks had a hard time in and out. My truck got scratched all to hell. No one offered any service or discount for the inconvenience. Was also told they offered roll away bed for my kids then after check in was told my room was too small and it was against fire code to have them in my room.

Stayed here April 2018. Wonderful place to stay. Incredible views of the Dragoon Mtns. Relaxing atmosphere. Best FREE breakfast I’ve had in a while! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Tile work in bathrooms is beautiful! Staff is very friendly and it’s cheap to stay here! Very comfortable lobby showing old western movies with free coffee as well. Pool too! Kid friendly place. Next trip to Tombstone, I’m staying here. You pass on the right, right before entering Tombstone.

The breakfast! This place is a little bit old but very clean and quiet. The view of the sun set was terrific but what totally got me was the breakfast a la carte included in the room price. We just came from La Quinta and what they call breakfast over there… To be 100% fair I would rate this place 4.5 but since that is not possible 5 is OK.

Loved this place! It was clean and very close to the historic Allen street! Also super close to tombstone boothill cemetery! Breakfast was amazing! They even made my son Mickey Mouse pancakes! We will definitely be back!

I was pleasantly surprised at this quaint little hotel! It was clean, comfortable enough for me to dream all night (not easy to do for me) and the morning breakfast was way more than we could eat and so yummy! The pool area was very clean and they had warm chocolate chip cookies when we checked on. The views we're fabulous and there were cute little walkways for fun. We didn't go to the fite pit but it was structured well. The decor was very nice and the staff was very happy and pleasant. I'd stay again!

The Landmark Lookout Lodge in Tombstone AZ was well worth the little over $100 a night charge. The staff is friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. And the room had a fridge which I didn't expect. The mountain views are amazing and the free made to order breakfast was excellent. They even have a nightly fire which guests are invited to gather round and talk of their day. Definitely will stay here again!

Clean, comfortable rooms! I especially appreciated the free toiletry items because I didn't have shaving cream. When I called, the front desk brought a can to my room! Awesome!

This place was so AWESOME! There is so much to see here! The graves are tended well and they give you a pamphlet to show you where to find them as well as a little information on each so you have an idea how they died. There's an ambiance about it that is charming. After you're done they have a gift shop with a variety of souvenirs to take home with you. The people working there also love to discuss everything Tombstone! I learned so much from my visits, and I can't wait to return again. So much fun! It was my second time there but absolutely not my last.

What a find! Scheduled to stay one night, stayed 3. Why? Friendly staff, great breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms, friendly staff, pet friendly. It is a cool boutique hotel.

The lodge was good the scenery was awesome! We were very impressed with the breakfast we expected the typical continental breakfast, we went into the dining area and was told to have a seat look at the menu and order off the menu that was wonderful thank you very much for the pleasant employees and the beautiful view from our room we will definitely be back! My first visit to tombstone and 34 years I was very pleased with the whole trip!

We just spent two days at the lodge and enjoyed the layed back atmosphere. Could use a new mattress, but the room was clean and comfortable It was nice to enjoy a cooked breakfast.

We got a pretty reasonable rate. The view was fantastic, probably the best in town. The rooms were dated but clean and more than good enough for a night's stay. The breakfast was fantastic and the people serving it were polite. You have to drive into town, there is no safe way to walk, but it's under a mile. Stop in Tombstone brewery while you're there, best beer in the state.

Clean, friendly staff, beautiful veiws. It's not slick and new, but more than makes up for it. Very pet friendly. The hot, FREE made to order breakfast is a greak perk and fantastic way to start your day. Will stay here again.

We have loved waking up to a beautiful view every day. If your going to visit the area I would stay at the Landmark Lookout Lodge. Their breakfast is cooked fresh and the staff is super friendly.

Nice place and great staff well worth staying at the place. They have the best breakfasts and views that we had on a 6400 mile 19 state trip.

Well as we drove up the lodge, it was like oh no what the hell. I hope it decent at least. Well we walk into check in & the young lady was absolutely the friendliest, helpful young woman. We were told our rm wasn't quite ready, but my brother & sisinlaw was, & I asked if possible we could get a rm close to them, & she made it happen. Plus that rm was ready for occupancy. Our rm was clean & comfortable. There was a slight odor. Not sure what. But after checking, everything was so clean. The next morning we had breakfast there & the staff there was so freak'n nice. It's amazing how busy they were but they didn't miss a beat with their the hustle & bustle of breakfast. Which by the way was amazing. Thank you all for the great job u all do to m are that place so comfortable. Will definitely tell family & friends of this place.
I will advise tho. The coffee pot in the rm wasn't very clean inside the reservoir. Lots of hard water build up & actually dusty. But that was the only thing I can find bad. Again thank u all for your great job.
The cutest thing was at breakfast. A family was there & the young boy about 7 or 8 had a birthday. The staff came out with candles on his pancake singing happy birthday. So cute.

Great special Motel! The rooms are typical motel rooms and are very clean. AC, refrigerator, w-lan. There is a great pool (open from 10 to 10; no hot tub) with a relaxing area. What makes this motel special is the property around the motel. There are several fireplaces beween flowers and bushes with benches for the evening. Also the people running this place are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast at a near restaurant (ranch 22) was fresh and good, but not too much. Clear 5/5

It wasn't too bad, but for the price I expected more. The room was small with a king bed in it. The room was clean. The front desk girl was friendly and very helpful.

This place is amazing! best trip ever! the staff was wonderful and the hotel is super clean. We will be coming back thanks Landmark for making our trip special!

Our room was nicely decorated and clean. We encountered a problem with our first room but the staff very quickly and efficiently helped us to change rooms. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Free breakfast that included eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, juices, coffee. Not the regular rolls and juice that most hotels give. We gave it a 5 star and would recommend it highly.

The views are completely breathtaking! Free menu breakfast everyday. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are extremely friendly. We'll definitely be back again and will tell people about this place.

He answered my question then hung up on me for the second time. I was traveling from South Texas and ran into a lot of traffic and I knew I was not going to make it. I was still charged for 2 rooms that we didn't even use. I hope that not everyone in Tombstone is as rude and non caring for the visiting tourists.

Nice Oasis after a very long drive through a very hot desert. Air conditioning did not disappoint.

This place is heavily outdated and not just outdated but dirty. Tons if handprints and finger prints on the walls of the bathroom. The sink is too low, the toilet is extremely low to the ground and small (my husband is 6'2, so this was very uncomfortable). Curtains to the room? What curtains? It's two sheer panels that anyone walking by can see through… great to watch the sunset through but I'm 99% sure I gave the guests a show who were sitting outside our room. It is pet friendly which is about all I can say for the place. My mastiff enjoyed the stay but he also enjoys licking his butt… Thanks for an overpriced stay in an overrated town.

The room was dirty, and every faucet in the room leaked. We were charged $109, but it wasn't worth half that. The whole place is in disrepair. Now, the one bright spot was the breakfast! The wait staff was wonderful and the food was really good. Almost made me forget the sorry state the hotel is in.

We stayed one night and loved it. Staff were great. Rooms were clean and neat. Breakfast was delicious. Would recommend it to all.

Basic amenities but clean and comfortable! We are regular visitors here and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, proximity to town and In Balance Ranch, fire-pit, breakfast and the courteous and friendly people at the front desk and restaurant. Great little find just on the outskirts of town but close enough to everything Tombstone!

I stayed there two years ago. They had very friendly staff, room was great very clean. Highly recommend staying there.

Booked last minute, had a great big clean room, old fella at the front was very, very friendly and chatted with me a while. I really think you're making a mistake if you pay more to stay at the Grand. This place is incredibly clean, quiet, and amazingly affordable in this tourist town where every sight costs you at least $10. Oh, don't forget that breakfast is included in your room price! That's a good deal.

Very friendly staff from check in to breakfast to check out. I would stay there again. Very clean and the full service breakfast was awesome. It has a great location, very close to the attractions and nice benches to just sit and enjoy the beautiful view as the sun goes down.

The place is a little dated but the people are friendly and it seems clean. They have a couple of fire pits out front and we sat up there last night to look at the stars it was great.! Breakfast is included so that was a nice touch.
