It was pretty cheap better than staying in a motel 6, but we did ask for a room with two beds and they "didn't have one open" but as we walked to our room we saw plenty of rooms with two beds that were empty and clean so idk about that. The room is a little dirty mostly in the bathroom/shower. And there's also a lot of sketchy people walking around — mostly at night. If your trying to have a good time I wouldn't recommend coming here. But overall if I honestly think paying a few extra $50-60 at another hotel would be best.

This hotel is a good family hotel to stay weekly. The rooms are s good size and have small kitchen. I would definitely stay again and recomend they know to stay also.

I love this place. It's very clean. The lady's that work in the office are do sweet. Always have a smile on there beautiful faces. I like this place do much don't think ill leave just yet.

Decent room. No bugs like at some other places I've been to. Friendly staff with excellent customer service. Great price/value. Other motels in the area are charging between $70-$100 more over the weekend.

Arrived at 1am. Homeless people hanging around the property. Staff members were high on something. Bed sheets hadent been changed since last occupant, they only remade the bed. Disgusting! I was there with my little girl and wife. By 2am. We decided to just leave because we didn't feel safe.

This place is horrible. People drinking on the entrance of the place, horrible conditions of the place ac didn’t work room smelled, bed sheets had rips on them, room door needed to be push super hard to open and this if the card will read, the door bob on the inside of the room had screws losing the broken handle, homeless people and ladies of the night around the place. Please don’t waste your time on this place.

JUST HORRIBLE! when I went to check in the lady at the front was very very rude. Kept interrupting me and rolling her eyes. Once we checked in we went to the room, I checked the bed sheets (like I always do) all of the pillow cases were dirty. It had brown spots and dirt marks. One of the queen beds had hair (looked like pubic hair) all over it. When we tried to close the door it would not close. We tried slamming the door shut and it would not close. Maintenance had to remove a part of the door in order for it to close. I do not recommend staying here and wasting your money on this awful hotel.

It was gross! I was in a room with a leaky shower and it did NOT stop, the people living there are very sketchy. An unusual amount of homeless people living outside. Definitely looks nice online but not in person. My door didn't even lock> I had to put a table in front of the door because there was no moor rooms. Its cheap but not very safe, save your money for something worth it! there is a nice la quinta right next to it.

Very expensive hotel for price they ask for.

Filthy stinky and expensive, not counting the juicy deposit they ask for, bad experience.

Not the best place to stay. We had to ask 2 times to move Dr Room 1 because the air was not working and the other because RL room was dirty it looked like it was still busy. They don't have the staff enough the front desk person is the one who does everything. She's kind. It speaks only English.

Overall, I thought the motel room was nice. The kitchen was just enough to cook and enjoy a meal. Ive stayed at this motel many times, and ill continue to come back. Thanks Crosslands.

It's okay As long as you don't mind the manager and housekeeping trying to be all up in your business. The room was decent. Our table was almost ready to collapse, the bed could use a blanket (it only had the sheets and bedspread), and we were only given two partial rolls of toilet paper, but other than that it was okay.

Decent place at a great price. My only complaint is only one small pillow per person, so bring your own if it matters. Clean and comfortable. Little kitchenette is awesome for the price. Super hot water when you want to shower. Staff is friendly.

Was just visiting a friend in his room while he was in town. The hotel is in a very so-so part of town. Parking there the place looked shady. The room itself was pretty standard. The bed looked pretty uncomfortable. Things peeling here and there, dated overall. Wouldn't stay here.

Check in was very incompetent, especially with the use of a computer. I was charged double, and it took my bank to release the second set of charges. The manager, Debbie Muliyll was rude to him. Room condition — the carpet was stained/filthy, water/drain smelled like rotten eggs, interior hallways were dark and looked disgusting. I didn't want to know what was on the walls/floor. I will not stay there again. The only "star" I gave was for location. It was centrally located to the reason for my being in Phoenix.

Terrible. Had a reservation came up there from out of town. Then was told I couldn't check in cause I had to be 21. Noone said anything about that when I had spoke with a representative over the phone. They ended up canceling it and didn't even receive my 200$ refund! Very sloppy management.

Asst. Manager was very friendly. I had an issue with my room and she took care of my problem asap. Clean outside. I will stay there again when I'm back in town.

The staff here are shady and inexperienced. The general manager is also rude. They have a lot of bad elements. Avoid if possible.

I've been her 3 nights my wakeup was set at 4 am on the second morning I received my wake on time on the third morning like the first morning no wake up call good thing I bought a alarm clock, they haven't even got an automated wake up system there. No maid service on the day's the pronounced. Stay tuned for more detailed dislikes.

Terrible hotel, very bad service, the employee counter malencarada and attends reluctantly, the room not cleaned, and in the evening, guests drunk and giving the evil look, the Tv and the beds are old and the rooms in a poor state.

This hotel was the pits. We tried to find another hotel for our needs in the area, but because it was race weekend there wasn't anything available. The check in process took a very long time. Every time we went to get clean towels there didn't seem to be any. They have a lot of families that are living there. There were numerous dogs. The kids were playing in the parking lot. Not sure when they replaced anything. Think twice before booking this hotel.

Bad service, very rude, disorganized staff and seemed very sketchy from when we got there in the parking lot. I would not recommend this hotel service.

I travel about 48 weeks a year and I stay in a lot of hotels in that time. This hotel by far is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and I will never stay in a crosslands again 1st Rooms are nasty and they smell, trash all over the place 2nd Staff seems to have an attitude and not friendly at all 3rd and most importantly My truck was broken into. About 700 worth of tools taken were taken. In all if you want to stay in a nasty room and have you vehicle broken into and you really just want a ghetto feeling this is your place. Never again will I stay or recommend this hotel.

Pretty good place to stay awhile.

Best place in west Phoenix if your staying for more than a week.

This was the worst place I ever stayed all they do here is knock on your door and ask for money before you get a chance to pay them in the morning management is the worst I DO NOT recmend this place to anybody move on and fine another place to stay.

Just moved in, experience so far and customer service has been great.

Room was clean, water was very hot. Bathroom was in good condition as well as kitchen. Ac is cold. Beds comfy.

Staff was wonderful I stayed two weeks and had no issues very clean and wonderful place I will b back.

When I rented this room it was dirty and look like a crime scene it was blood on the sheets it was bugs on top of the ceiling it was bugs in the lamp shade fixtures never ever did I would I stay at this place ever again and I encourage the health department and a building enforcement to look at these people is horrible is unlivable I don't know how house cleaning could clean these rooms and they could rent them to anybody they should be condemned and find.

My experience here was horrible. If you are a human trafficker, heroin addict, crack head or low life this place is definitely for you. If you are looking to save money and save money there are better options out there. The first day I went in the front desk clerk assisted me and had no communication skills. He just asked me for i. D. That was the most he said. That and I don't know. Another couple walked in and asked for a new door key because the one he gave didn't work. So I knew I was next to experience that low and behold I was given the wrong door key, looked in the window and room was dirty. Got a new key and went to the new room and this door was hard to open and a woman walked past she was barefeet dirty clothes and said I am surprised you got your door open. My stay was five days and this woman frequented all 3 floors with no shoes, in the same clothes, and standing by different doors. So once I go inside a horrific smell smacks me in the face. Smelled like smoke, butt, and armpits. Mind you it was a none smoking room, so the room should have been unscented. I sniffed the blankets and they smelled like the air in the room. There was a big brown stain on the comforter. The bathroom was dirty including hair in the shower. I had to endure 5 days of constant activity two people standing in front a door on one side of the building others standing in front of another door. This happened morning noon and night.

Tried to book a room Friday evening and was turned away because I "needed to book a reservation before I showed up". Seriously?. And for the record they had available rooms.

I was stuck by my job in this hotel 2 years ago and everytime I have came back to Phoenix I've been terrified I will be in the same location. I guess my time has come full circle because I'm here again. The early 90s television in my room that didn't have functioning sound was the least of my issues. There is a mountain of trash outside the elevator on my floor that has clearly been there long enough to smell like rancid, dirty diapers. I walked into a room that was 90 degrees, had carpet with GIANT stains from liquids, and reeked of cat urine. My sink has blood, toothpaste spit, dirt, and hairs all over it. The walls have multicolored, dried stains of fluids that have been running down them. The shower stall had old used soap stuck to the shelf. It had hair left behind. The rim of the shower (a "smoke-free" room) has cigarette stains/burns all over it. There were splotches of some thick dried substance on the kitchen/bathroom door. I checked my linens and mattress throughly before deciding to wait until morning to confront a manager when one comes on duty. I will never stay here again. I MAY never stay at a extended stay again. I can't believe this is acceptable to them. My job has me and my partner and 15+ other employees in hotel rooms 20 nights or more a month. This is NOT how to keep a business running. Which bring me to the clientele. This is the sort of place where most of its patrons LIVE. Long-term.

I am giving a 3 star because of Kelvin in the front desk. Kelvin is extremely nice and sees to resolving any issue that comes up. I am presently staying here now and when we checked in, we were given a smoking room even though I had specified during my booking that I do not want a smoking room. The so called manager Jessica is as rude as the word itself. She doesn't care about your complaints. She hushes you before you even finish talking. Another guest gave it back to her when she tried to talk harshly to the woman. Jessica needs to change her attitude or removed.

This place was horrible. My first red flag was that he thought we would be paying in cash. The only good thing about it is that it's cheap. There were wires hanging out of the ceiling, the box springs and mattresses were stained, the sheets were cheap and itchy and thin, the middle blanket felt like a piece of rubber, the mattress was hard as a rock (my mom said prison beds are more comfortable), and the carpet was disgusting, I wore socks the whole time thankfully because they were completely black when I got back home, and the air conditioning kept on shutting down and overheating. Worst place I've been to in my life. I do not recommend ever staying here unless you're completely desperate. I swear it's a place for tweakers and hookers. I felt dirty after I left there. Do not stay there.

I helped my mother in law check into this hotel and the first 2 rooms they gave her were not clean and still had all the dirty sheets and other peoples belongings in them. If it wernt for the price she would not have stayed. You get what u pay for. Dirt cheap prices get you dirty and unleaned rooms. Nastiest place I've ever seen.
