I’ve stayed here a few times and although it’s almost 30 minutes from the hospital it’s in a safe area and the staff is amazing.

The absolute best. Nicest people ever! The food is great. Free breakfast and dinner and cocktails. Love this place!

The rooms were very clean, and the whole place was just perfect for any kind of stay! I loved everything! My day is always well-spent everytime I stay at Harrah's.

SUPERB customer service, whether it was on the phone with staff, who went out of their way to help us connect our FireTV or if it was face to face, and you don't find a great attitude AND great customer service very often any more! I would DEFINITELY recommend the Drury Inn & Suites in Happy Valley!

I was having surgery at a nearby hospital so needed a close hotel since I live 2 hrs away. Was a cheap room and close to the freeway. Front desk was really friendly. The room was clean and having a fridge was a plus. The free food and drinks every night was a great. Wasn't gourmet food, but had variety. I'd definitely stay here again.

Nice place and they have a happy hour with 3 free drinks. They also have a standard dinner. The rooms are clean and nice. I would stay again but the entry exit for the drive way is a mess during rush hour because everyone is trying to get on the freeway. Thst s the only reason I gave it a 4 star.

So far I've been very happy with my stay at the Drury Inn. They offer free breakfast, free dinner, and free alcohol. It really helps to reduce the costs for a vacation for two people here in Phoenix. The staff has all been friendly and the food is good. The room is clean and the water temperature and pressure in the shower is ideal. I will gladly stay here again next time in in Phoenix.

This Drury Inn was excellent. Room/bathroom was spacious and immaculate. All furniture and appliances/electronics worked perfectly. Breakfast was excellent with scrambled eggs that may or may not have come from egg shells cracked on site, but they were good enough that I couldn't tell the difference. My only suggestion for improvement is to provide walnut pieces as a topping for oatmeal and dry cereal. Front desk service was friendly and efficient. I simply have no complaints to mention, and if you see my other reviews you'll know I'm not shy about complaining.

Wonderful venue and the staff not only accepted an expired coupon but upgraded our room! We got to enjoy the drinks that were included as well as free taco Tuesday fixings and free breakfast the next day. The pool and jacuzzi were also very pleasant! There room itself was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We could not have had a better stay! Thank you, Drury Inn!

Always enjoy the Drury. The free dinner is not great, but the breakfast is pretty good. Rooms are clean and nice. Didn't use the pool but it looks nice.

A very good hotel near to my office honeywell. Includes a lavish breakfast buffet. Rooms are kept clean. Not so budget friendly but u get for what you pay. Overall its a good hotel for a short stay.

Great place. Hospitality was super. Nice rooms. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the in room coffee. For such a nice place, they use styrofoam cups. At least at the breakfast they have paper cups.

Drury Inn & Suites always delivers great service. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had 6 to a room comfortably. Front desk is always helpful and my family always enjoy the kickback. We stay at Drury Inn whenever there is one in the area. My kids loved the half indoor half outdoor swimming pool.

Great hotel! Went to Wet n' Wild and stayed overnight. Staff, grounds and lounge area was very nice. Breakfast and dinner buffet was fantastic and free! Pool and outdoor area was small. But will be back.

Came here for an overnight staycation and it was absolutely wonderful! Staff has been incredibly sweet. It is comfortable and all the extras they provide has been the cherry on top of my experience! My favorite is definitely the free breakfast, they hook it up! First hotel I have been to that actually gave you delicious options and not just put out a coffee pot and a toaster lol definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay here! You will love the indoor pool and jacuzzi as well :)

This review identifies one particular situation. I am a Gold Key member and try to always stay at a Drury Inn & Suites when traveling. All of the hotels have the cleanest rooms along with a very polite and friendly staff. The breakfast and 5:30 kick back are also quite good. My problem: The doors to the rooms are heavy electronic locking doors. They all make a terrible banging noise when closed. Travelers have to slam the doors very hard to engage the lock. This results in a very loud noise each time. When late arriving guests close their doors at midnight and later, it wakes me up each time. Do not need an early morning alarm since the early departing guests slam their doors thus I am once again awake. This seems as an easy fix to pad the door frames or use a door closing resistance as many other chains have figured out. I will have to reconsider Drury Inns in the future if I cannot get a full nights sleep. I await a reply. Thank you for listening.

I love the suites to accommodate the entire family. Upper rooms and extra doors make it less noisy than traditional hotels. Free breakfast and dinner (a couple options, more a few different sides but great for families). Indoor/outdoor pool with indoor hot tub are great for the best time to be in PHX — winter. Winter most times are too cold with most hotels only offering outdoor pools. People with kids in mind is obviously half the review.

Beds are a bit hard. Breakfast food was free and not very good at all. The staff has been kind and helpful. The problem is they advertise free breakfast, but they try to save money by serving you poor quality food. They shouldn't serve anything if it's not going to at least be semi-decent. I get you receive what you pay for and it is complimentary breakfast but you would attract more return customers if they didn't cut corners on what they did offer.

Drury inn is great. The staff are all very nice and helpful. Included in your room reservations are a nice breakfast and a warm dinner every day in their dining room. For my family of 4, the value of Drury inn far outweighs any other option. We'll be back.

This hotel is super great! The staff is very friendly, first and foremost. I've had a few troubles with reservations, but the staff always works hard to get it figured out in a timely and efficient manner. The breakfast is very tasty, and the dining area always has seats available. The rooms are very spacious and have a fridge and microwave! I also love the dispensers in the shower; there is more than enough shampoo and body wash! The only thing I don't like is how close it is to the freeway entrance. Makes getting out of the parking lot incredibly difficult in the afternoons.

Stayed here 12/26-12/28/2017. First time staying at a Drury Inn & Suites. The price was very reasonable, about $90 a night with two queen beds. Very new fresh looking rooms. The bathroom was nice. They give you free hot breakfast in the morning. They give you free hot dinner at night. They give you 3-free alcohol drink tickets per night too. Free parking. I really felt like I received and excellent value for the money paid. My only critical comments are that they had to shut water off to the building for a few hours, one of the elevators stopped working and the water pressure in the bathroom was a little low. But over all, I would highly recommend and I would stay here again.

I was Amazed by this Hotel. I got a room on short notice, at a price I hadn't been able to get at a hotel that didn't offer Breakfast-Dinner or free soda all day. Was perfect for a date-night out. Saw family gatherings in there dinning. The staff were helpful polite and negotiated on price when they were clearly nearly full. Bar made a great impression on someone who enjoys martinis. Business shuttle, marble and granite top floors — counters, excellent huge rooms the list goes on. This is the hotel I'd go to if in North Phoenix again or Phoenix at all hands down. Top notch.

Service five stars. Breakfast three and a half Stars mostly because it's the same thing every day. Dinner I recommend eating out but you can't beat three complimentary cocktails per person per night between 5 and 7 p. M. Rooms could really use an update, Furniture is dingy and outdated. So overall I give them four stars mostly because customer service is excellent and employees really go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. So if you're looking for a comfy place to stay that is not going to cost you an arm and a leg this would be it. Given the opportunity I would definitely use them again.

Sincerely courteous, attentive staff. Large, clean rooms. Free buffet breakfast to include actual hot breakfast food, scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. Clean spacious dining area. Quality coffee! Soft bed and large bathroom. My top pick in Phoenix.

Disappointed in my stay this visit. Pool was down for a day and a half of our 3 day stay. Had to go down to get requested items after an hour of waiting. When concerns were mentioned to the front desk the response was " sorry", no attempt to fix or even say how it would be fixed in the future. Have never had issues at locations in CO we have stayed at.

Amazing customer service. I arrived three hours before check in and they we're able to find me a room. The 5:30 kickback is amazing and the food was good, it was very convenient as there isn't a lot of diners near by. Dinner was a buffet style with some choices, the potato bar was delicious, as well as three alcohol beverages included. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. Wold definitely stay here again.

This is our first time staying at a Drury Inn. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff. They offered my kids popcorn and drinks while we waited for our room, had a cocktail hour and food. I would definitely recommend to friends and will be back.

Great hotel in the North Phoenix area! The have complimentary drinks and dinner AND continental breakfast that is delicious with a coffee bar and fresh OJ. Everyone can have the pool experience they want — the pool is half indoors, half out. The customer service was phenomenal and when I had an issue getting into my room the concierge walked me to my room to ensure I could get in. The Drury Inn goes above and beyond expectations and the amenities supersede any of my experiences at comparable hotels.

Very good hotel with all amenities. Free breakfast, soda and evening snacks available. There is free popcorn in the evening as well. Rooms are very clean and housekeeping service is good. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. The Happy Hour spread was decent and saved us from having to go out somewhere for dinner.
The staff are all super friendly, professional, and competent. Rooms very clean, beds comfortable. Even with 109 degrees outside the room was cool. The air conditioning is loud, but no worse than every other hotel I've stayed at.
Downsides were no HBO, and no newspaper.

What an amazing hotel! So comfortable and clean! For a great price too. Yummy breakfast in the morning with lots of options. Not made to order but has waffle iron and things like that. We'll definitely be back!

It's a wonderful hotel. Staff is very nice. Generally check-in starts at 3.00 pm. I called at 12.15 pm to check the check-in timings, they checked the room and said it available and I came check-in at anytime, that was really wonderful. They have morning breakfast and evening snacks for no extra cost. Service is at top notch.

Never would have guessed that a hotel for this low price would have such a wonderful professional staff. I especially have to thank Rick for providing THE BEST SERVICE I've ever experienced in any hotel and I will be booking this place again thanks to him and skipping JW Marriott. Very nice indoor/outdoor pool area, free breakfast and dinner, with snacks in between. They also offer free 3 drink vouchers for beer, wine, and mixed drinks. They are very family friendly at a reasonable price!

It's been a WONDERFUL place to stay. I compare it to Embassy Suites. It's very roomy, a full buffet meal is served from 5:30 until 7:00pm. A very good breakfast every morning. Our room is very large & excellent accommodation.

Planning a birthday party for five men is no easy task, but I have to say Sean McLean, the Director of Catering at the Argonaut Hotel makes it so easy! He is the most patient man on earth! After sending him multiple harassing emails, he has always been kind and pleasant to me despite the fact that the birthday boys are still in the midst of debating on their location. I recommend this hotel for any event or occasion! The staff is amazing and not to mention, the pricing is incredibly reasonable!

I only used the amenities as we were visiting friends staying at the hotel. They were very nice, the pool area was clean and organized, the lobby was clean and professional, and the breakfast was very good.

Hotel staff are extremely nice. The room and facilities are nice. The pool and fitness center aren't exactly high end, but they get the job done. The location isn't amazing (certainly no downtown destination lodging) but you can walk a mile up the road on sidewalks to get to a plaza with some resturants/stores (e. G. Olive garden and Wal-Mart), but with the free breakfast and 530pm kickback that includes free dinner and free cocktails/beer/wine, everything you need is right at the hotel. I would definitely stay at a Drury again.

This was the best visit to a hotel with my Family. I have a 7 and 6 year old, they love to swim but normally we cant use the pool because its too cold or to hot or not enough time for sun screen. This place has an indoor pool that allows you to swim under the building to the outside. The inside pool only went 3 ft deep making it easy for kids who cannot swim to stay safe. To top it off, the breakfast was vegan friendly, big plus for us. And its free, so is Dinner. Crazy, the Wi-Fi has no password making it EZ to connect for everyone, we have like 7 devices and nobody needed help connecting. The staff was awesome there is popcorn and soft drinks for fee all day. The place was so awesome we never even ordered room service because the quality of the food for free downstairs was as good as it gets. And I am picky with my wife we are probably as picky as it gets. 5 STARS for the price of 2.

Drury Inn is the only hotel I will stay in around here! Duane and his team are exceptional and always make me feel like a VIP. Everyone is very professional and the rooms are always clean. Feels like I'm staying at home. Great jobs guys!

I really enjoyed my stay. I was interviewing at Midwestern U and this was the recommended hotel. Its clean, new, and all the staff are very curteious and well spoken. The breakfast and dinner menu (free for all guest) has a excellent selection of hot and cold foods + you get a card for 3 free alcoholic drinks. Beautiful lobby and waiting area too!

Staff was awesome so no complaints there. My review rating is about the facility. The hallways weren't vacuumed and I ended up with a ton of bug bites when I woke up. The breakfast food was delicious.

Very quiet, professional staff, clean and near malls, restaurants and resources. Only down side were our pillows. Very lumpy and old. Recommended purchasing new ones. Housekeeping was awesome. Great rate too.

So far even the greeting when I arrived was well special. Not fake truly have your comfort in mind The rooms beautiful. Ambiance well I thought company gave me a promotion for sure. It's that much better then normal.
