Wasn’t that bad. Definitely worth it if you become a member. I still prefer staying at a Hyatt or something similar.

Lowest rate during spring training I could find.

Overall a decent experience from a guest services perspective. Needs to be renovated for sure.

While traveling on a long trip, I was greeted by a friendly staff. They had great recommendations for dinner and were very helpful in getting me a room where I could watch over my motorcycle.

The noise was intolerable and we left by 11:30PM. We were put in a room next to the office and swimming pool full of screaming children. Our first floor room was directly under a group of at least 10 people including children who were extremely & constantly rambunctious. The footsteps POUNDING overhead lasted well past 10pm. In our opinion, the hotel staff could have and should have had better fore thought when assigning rooms.

The best possible way to end your long day. Pulling up into the parking lot and thanking dear God you have a safe place to park your cargo. Go inside tired from a long day and then a smile! Thank you for stopping Inn. What may we help you with? I just love being greeted like that! So very a acomeadating! The breakfast was 2nd to none! Thank you so much to the staff for great team work and just a fun place to be!

This hotel is very clean and perfect for a short stay. We were visiting Chandler to attend a show at the Smith Center. This hotel was about a mile away from there. Easily could have walked there but took a short Uber ride. The room was very clean, it had a refrigerator and a microwave which was a big plus! The beds and the pillows were also very comfortable. I will be staying there again next time I'm out this way to see a show!

Very decent room for the price decent breakfast in the morning no complaints on the room itself whatsoever.

Stayed at the Best western chandler after two years. Great location with a Walgreens across the street and many restaurants within a short walk. Friendly and efficient management. Clean rooms well maintained and serviced regularly. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast. Safe and clean neighbourhood. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Many families were staying during our stay of one week.

Basic, affordable motel. Sits on a busy corner so it can be. Noisy, even later at night. Rooms were clean. Small fridge and microwave in room.

Decent motel close to downtown Chandler. Rooms and property all relatively new, quiet, well sized and in good condition. Standard motel breakfast and free Wi-Fi available. Wouldn't mind staying again.

Stayed here while my daughter had her soccer tournament. Comfortable bed, decent breakfast, quiet area, pool, hot tub. The people above were a little noisy at night but thats not the hotels fault.

Updated, clean, spacious room with min fridge, small microwave, very comfortable bed. Very nice complimentary breakfast. Would stay again.

The room is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast (free) was very good. Except eggs haha. But the truth is that if you recommend this place if you have to stay in Phoenix.

Great staff at check-in. Did not check-out at front desk, so I can't comment on that. I liked the breakfast, but it was just a tad bit lower than the previous Best Western I stayed at. One of the cleaner ones I've stayed at. The location was convenient as we were right in the middle of everything. I would suggest requesting a ground floor room ahead of time, as there was no elevator. That was a bit of an inconvenience. I wish I had known ahead of time.

Focusing on location, we made reservations online and were pleasantly surprised to find we had discovered a gem. Not only was it steps away from the company we needed to visit to design a park model for my sister, it was one of the best run Best Westerns we have ever experienced. TJ greeted and assisted us with everything we needed. He was amazing. The included breakfast was one of the best I've seen. Excellent selection, ample supplies, as well as clean and organized. It is obvious that the attention to detail made a big difference. The room had everything we needed including a microwave and fridge. Beds were comfortable. Every employee we met was courteous and accommodating. I definitely recommend this BW if you are in Chandler.

Clean, convenient, large rooms. 24 hour McDonald's next door. Close to downtown Chandler.

This hotel was pretty good for the money we paid. The room was extremely clean but a little dated. The breakfast was surprisingly good. We had no real issues other than people racing down the street in the late evening. The staff was courteous and professional. I would recommend if you're basically just looking for a quick place to sleep.

The motel is clean and the employees are amicable. My room was modern and the breakfast was ready and hot. The coffee in the lobby we good.

The room was ok, it was a quick trip. It was an older room and not in the best neighborhood. Bed was not real comfortable.

Check in was fast, excellent customer service. Check out is at 11, so don't expect a long night out.

We have stayed there twice. The rooms are nice and very clean and the personnel there are very few days!

I liked it! The only downfall was that it’s connected to a McDonalds. Tons of traffic… loud traffic at times.

This Hotel is small and could use an upgrade but it is convenient to public services, stores, eateries, Walgreens pharmacy, Staff is polite, friendly and attentive to our needs. I have come here often. I have a choice of several higher end hotels but this is quaint, small and quiet.

Above average for similar hotels in this price range (budget? ). The free breakfast was pretty decent and the bed was comfortable.

Apparently this is an older property as the room was a bit small the bathroom was extremely cramped. Very difficult to even close the door once in the bathroom. While not the worst Best Western I have stayed at it was certainly a long way from the best. Also, the first morning I was there many of the breakfast items (Eggs, biscuits, breakfast meats) were not available and I had to ring for the desk clerk and ask that it be restocked. The morning I was leaving the lobby doors were still locked after the appointed time for breakfast which was an inconvenience as I was getting ready to leave.

As expected, a fine stay. The check out staff could be a little more attentive. The young lady was sitting in the corner with her head phones on.

Great stay. Room was clean and well maintained. Price was a little high, but appropriate for spring training season.

I'm from California and someone commented that it is located in not the best part of Chandler… Really? Didn't seem that way to me, I would know the difference. Why did you stay there then? Should of went to "The Upscale part of Chandler then. "I've stayed there before. I think it's great for what you pay for. No complaints from this O. C. 'r.

Was clean and nice but website said they had roll aways. They do not. They have 1 for the whole place. They did offer an extra pillow and blanket to sleep on the floor since the rollaway was unavailable.

We have stayed in hotels across the US, and the Best Western Inn of Chandler is the best stay we have ever had! The room and accommodations are immaculately clean, every clerk and employee was cordial and considerate of our every need. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the managers warm and welcoming. Felt like home. We will be back and will refer all our friends who may visit the Phoenix area. Best price for a wonderful, quiet, comfortable stay.

Loved the hot tub and the room is fabulous well looked after. Another best western winner.

I want to commend the services of Western Inn of chandler. I stayed there for 3 days because I have a business meeting with my clients around the area, and I need to look for a good place to stay. I choose western inn and I didn't regret it.

Nice well placed motel with clean rooms, and nice pool and hot tub. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Close to major highways to Phoenix and Scottsdale, but not overpriced. Only about 6 blocks from nice restaurants in Chandler downtown. Will be coming back and use the hotel again.

Stayed in a King room for 3 nights. Pros — room is clean with microwave and refrigerator, free internet (wired), free continental breakfast (boiled egg, waffle, bread, juice, fruit, coffee, yogart, etc), convenient location. Cons — bathroom is small, no wireless internet, daily room rate is a bit high.

My family and I stayed there last month and it was awesome. The room was gorgeous and clean. Free Wi-Fi connection. Nice hotel desk staff. The continental breakfast was superb. Excellent.
