Review of Mountain View Inn 2*

This place is convenient in price and family operated. Both of which are great! However, I did not enjoy the hospitality at all. I never got a smile, a hey how ya doing or a thank you the entire stay there. When I asked for extra towels, she said you can bring the old ones to me first and then I was told that I had to pay a ten dollar fee for one of towels being too dirty before I could get new ones. After the first night of staying there, the woman who checked us in, barged into our room without a knock, ten minutes to eleven to tell us that we either had to leave or get another night. The third day I was working in the room while my other half went skiing, I was walked in on by another guest. He was just as startled as I and we joked that it would have made it more awkward if I were to be naked (I was topless not fifteen minutes prior) The last day we decided on staying one more night because of the snow, so I had to run to the bank before checking in again. The wife of the owner very rudely spat that we needed to be back before 11, which left us with hardly 15 minutes in a snowstorm. We returned to find no one in the office and our key not working to get back into our room with all of our belongings in it. I was applaud. After a while, the husband and wife returned and I got our new room keys from the husband, who was actually very nice. So all in all, our stay wasn't terrible. That lady could very easily pull the stick out of her ass and smile to her guests but whatever, I ain't eating dinner with her…
