A clean attractive environment with very friendly staff. 😊I particularly love sitting in the large sun splashed breakfast area in the morning reading and relaxing.

Check in. Good service. But when I got to the room no TV all night. TV doesn't work.

Our quick stay at the Comfort Inn was very nice. Cameron at the front desk was so accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing pool could use some shade but sun feels good for the soul. Within walking distance to food, restaurant and a walking trail.

Stayed at this Comfort Inn in late June excellent Hotel pet friendly courteous and kind staff especially one gentleman who baked cookies and gave them to our five kids after a long day of travel was helpful in finding our rooms and and parking spots and gave us ideas for local dinner spots. They had a full continental breakfast that was really delicious and plenty of seating even though the hotel was extremely full. And easy access to the freeway really close to local restaurants and gas stations and easy access to the freeway if you're looking for a place to hang your hat after a long day of travel this is a spot you will feel like you're at home. One more thing I give it 5 stars all day son!

The rooms were nice, the staff was friendly, and the place felt nice. The hotel is raised up a bit off the ground. That and the trees across the road give more of an "outdoors" feel. Overall I was very pleased by the night I spent there.

We enjoyed our stay this past weekend! Rooms are very nice and breakfast is plentiful! Pool is clean and property is in a convenient location. Highly recommend this Comfort Inn.

The room was clean and nice, AC was ok. I like the room really cold. But that is just a preference. Breakfast was great, the price was great. Overall I would stay again.

Whenever we visited this hotel we liked it but, they renovated it and they removed lamps and changed them by spotlights on the ceiling, that they do not have enough illumination, and removed Oulet or connectors to charge the phones, there are only 2, before it was better, but the beds They are very delicious, very rich, the morning buffet very delicious, so I return to this hotel again.

Very poor breakfast.

We were doing a cross country road trip and this was one of many stops on our way. Usually value hotels don't have personality, but this one does. It feels very lodge like. It has easy access from the freeway and a good breakfast. We were happy with our stay.

If I could rate these guys 6 out of 5 stars I would. Just because there are a good amount of 5 star hotels out there but this is the first time I actually felt like I was in a home like atmosphere. The two we worked with at the front desk were super respectful and helpful. My grandparents had an issue with their oxygen company delivering their oxygen on tim and the two at the front were very helpful with them. The staff was very professional and helpful. Anytime I come back to flagstaff I will be staying here!

Loved staying here, our room had been recently remodeled/ very clean. They had a great breakfast in the morning, coffee out front/ iced or hot all day. Things that make your stay much more at home when you have been traveling. The front desk staff were all very friendly a well.

We stayed here on our trip to Grand Canyon. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was good. I would come back here.

It's not fancy, but it was good enough. The hot breakfast is slightly above average with other similar places… Which is to say that it's not great. But good enough. But the room was larger than average, the service was good and the location is good. We will be staying here on our next visit. Edit: After visit my review remains 4/5. This time the front desk person was super helpful and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable (night of 02/24). However the bed, this time a queen instead of a king, was not as comfortable.

Always very clean and inviting. Beds are firm! Great, full breakfast selection. Lovely lounge area with several couches, rocking chairs, a big screen TV, fireplace, and plenty of tables. Our grandchildren often come here to join us for cards games and pizza. Handicapped rooms are always at a premium, so book early. No rooms have connecting doors.

This property is gorgeous! When you walk into the lobby it feels like you're in a log cabin. It gives off the unique Flagstaff vibe; a mountain town in the midst of a desert. We are traveling cross-country right now and chose to use Choice Hotels because they offer pet friendly rooms with zero to low pet deposits. The pet fee at this hotel is $30. This hotel offers a hot breakfast, ice-cold lemon water, iced coffee, and hot coffee. Their breakfast was yummy and had a good variety. There were eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, pastries, cold cereal, and pastries. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathrooms were also spic-n-span. We had an awesome stay :-)

Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was nice and lots of choices. Bed was awesome. Internet was slow. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. I will stay here again.

The hotel was great! The complementary breakfast was Amazing! Was rather disappointed and upset that when we informed the front desk associate that there was no where to park our car because another guest had taken up 8 spots with his trailer. We were told sorry there's nothing we can do, the boss doesn't want us to tell people to move their cars. Sadly we may to return to this location as the parking situation was already very limited and then to have 8 spaces taken up by 1 guest and the excuse being "the boss man says" without any empathy or understanding to the situation completely shut me off for wanting to return. Aside from that situation the location was superb, everything else was just wonderful!

My experience of staying at Comfort Inn is top notch. Room is very clean and great mattress to sleep on. Lobby area is my favorite to relax in front of fireplace and there is a huge TV with surrounding sofas to sit along with people to relax. Breakfast is incredibly fantastic. Shopping around the hotel is so close by and there are restaurants nearby. The view is so nice out the window. Don't bother looking for other hotels. This is a nice place to stay overnight.

The hotel interior had the look of a ski lodge. Lots of great cozy seating areas. The rooms themselves were nice. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety of options for both food and drinks. They were never low on anything in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

What are all the good ratings for? This place needs renovated. The 'non-smoking' room stunk like a smoking room with too much cheap air freshener. Parking was a nightmare as there are not enough spaces for visitors. The sink is not in the room with the toilet — major turn off. Yet the price is still up there. The breakfast was good, have to admit.

We are welcome there entire stay. Our rooms were nice and the walls and bathroom looked kept up and not old and neglected. The kidding was super right of the freeway. The inside of this comfort suites was so beautiful. They had a fireplace areas where you can relax. Then on the second floor another resting area to look down at the fire. Really amazing to look at. The complimentary breakfast was the best I have ever been to. Was very satisfying. The pool looked newly remodeled. Over all, this if our favorite Comfort Inn.

I seriously want to love this hotel, it's welcoming outside and in, the decor suits being in Flagstaff. The rooms are updated, clean and pleasing but, the bed was awful; when either one of us moved it woke the other… all night long. The sofa was not comfortable for sitting. In the bathroom, the toilet is so close to the door that you need to sit sideways and the whole shower wall moves when you turn on the faucet. The staff was friendly, helpful and cheerful. The dining area was attractive and clean and well stocked. Overall, for one night, it was okay.

This is by far the best Comfort Inn! They always have the best customer service, and the food stays open until 10am! Such a plus when other Comfort inns close their free breakfastalmost an hour earlier. The decor and the living area is so cozy and plush! Definitely a 5 star Comfort Inn!

Great breakfast! Not hard to find with GPS. It was hidden and atop a little hill. The room was clean and smelled nice; beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the coffee maker in my room with complementary coffee. Will definitely stay again.

It sits well in great location, convenient stores, local eateries. Love the rustic furnitures made of wood, great friendly staff, downside-the ice machine ran out of ice at 7:00 a. M. ; love the breakfast — great arrangements and hot food selections, would like to come back!

The location was great. Right off two interstates. Our room was pretty good. No complaints. There were plenty of fast food restaurants around. The hot tub was nice too. Good room for the price. The breakfast was excellent. Make-your-own-waffles, potatoes, eggs, egg whites, sausage, biscuits, white gravy, dry cereal, yogurt, bananas and oranges… I can't remember if there was anything else but the breakfast made it all worth it.

We stopped here on our trip from TX to CA. The hotel was very cozy and comfortable. Room was clean and updated. Beds were a little hard for my liking but the sheets were clean and pillows very comfy. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. My kids really enjoyed the outdoor pool!

They gave let us check in early and have a 1pm check out. Hotel was nice. Room clean and a good size. Nice staff. Room had a fridge and microwave.

Very good service and room for the price. Clean sheets, bathrooms, and easy check-in and out. I will gladly stay here the next time I am swinging through Flagstaff. I was very pleased!

Stayed there again over the last weekend. As usual the hotel was clean and the staff very welcoming. We have stayed here a couple times before, and always recommend this Hotel. What made this last visit exceptional though was the helpfulness of the staff at 2am, when one of my kids was sick they gave clear directions on what stores were open and where I could go to buy medicine. They seemed genuinely concerned, but I should expect nothing less from the great staff they have. As for a little more about the hotel itself, the breakfast are better than your standard hotel continental breakfasts with eggs, sausage, ham, waffles, and even cereal if you are so inclined. The fireplace in the common area is welcoming. The location is great and very cl0se to several great places to get food. All in all this is a great hotel that I will always stay at when in the area.

The hotel has a good atmosphere and the food was good. I really enjoyed the fireplace and the size of the rooms. Lots of place to put your clothes and a average size bathroom. The noise was less then expected but this all depends on who is staying in the room next to you. I would recommend this, and I would give it a 4.5 out of 5. I only remove a. 5 due to the hot tub being outside and the hotel being a little short staffed. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel!

Clean rooms. Nice "rustic lodge" decor. Friendly desk staff. Pool area is in the parking lot (3 pools = kiddie, main, and a spa). Wifi was slow in evenings = unable to handle short youtube videos. We chose this hotel for the good reviews and the free breakfast. However, breakfast was meh — my wife and son refused to eat there for the second day. My daughter felt sick on the first day = she mentioned the sausage. Lots of carbs, no bacon, crowded, diluted orange juice, etc. I just had raisin bran, apple juice, and yogurt. My family made me promise to try somewhere else on our next trip to Flagstaff. Cheers.
