Basic place, quiet location, nice staff, full hookups, bad internet. I still recommend it. I stayed here in the RV park area on Sat. 8/25/2018 just because my Passport America app listed it. I'm in a small motorhome. I pulled in without a reservation. Jan, the camp host, noticed my arrival and came out to greet me. She was very nice and professional, and gave me all the info I needed for my stay. Nice place, full hookups. It's basically a large gravel lot with pedestals for utilities, but it's a large area and there were only about 3 or 4 other folks camping. There are full restrooms with showers, which I did not use. I did use the laundromat. Not all the laundry machines worked, but I was satisfied with the ones that did. The water/electric/sewer worked well and were located properly (a challenge with so many other RV parks in AK! ). They have Wi-Fi, but it wasn't reliable. Even with a strong connection to one of their 3 routers/networks, the speeds were about 0.20 — 0.33 Mbps. I would stay here again. It's not a beautiful fancy campground with woods, trails, playgrounds, etc. But it is a nice, clean, safe place to sleep.

Greg was a fantastic host nice clean facilities and close to fishing. Also close enough to Homer and Soldotna to take in the sights. The pot luck was very nice also.

We spent two nights at All Seasons Campground and were very happy with everything! The owner/host was very nice and the campground was very clean. There were several pull-thru sites to choose from that accommodated our 43 ft. RV very easily. Full hook ups, laundry facilities, and even a Tuesday "Movie Night" with popcorn provided! If we're ever in the Homer area again, we will return to this campground. Highly recommend!

I am giving this location a 5 — star rating because of the hospitality that Greg provided while we were there. He was very kind and friendly from the beginning and throughout our stay there. We stayed at his location for 2 days in a cabin and we're happy with the accommodations and pricing. I would recommend this location to others.

3rd year we have spent the weekend at ASC for a Memorial Motorcycle Ride. Owner is so very accommodating and a great time was had by all! The price is absolutely right for what you get! Look forward to the next time!

Affordable and just what we needed.

Cute cabins, decently maintained, very nice owner.

So far so good. Power was out for halftime day. We went for a ride.

Showers are hot and the toilet flushes so it's a good Campground. The power and water worked for the rv, so the camping was nice. This is the old Country Boy Campground that we use to wear out back in the day. Still nice place but just not as busy due to lack of charters out of Deep Creek. I would stay there again.

Quiet place, 3 miles off highway, just have local traffic next to campground.

Cabins were as advertised. Simple, clean. Met our expectations.

I had to cancel my reservations. Working with Greg has been a great experience and I will keep ASC in mind for future trips down south. Gave them the 5 starts because of their great PR!

I stayed for 3 weeks at ASC. My experience was top notch. Very friendly and helpful owner, and super accommodative. The cabin I stayed in was very clean and completely furnished with everything I needed. Owner was very easy to reach at any time of the day and helpful with information on trails, fishing spots, and overall general knowledge of the area. Highly recommended if you ever are in Alaska, as I had a great experience.

Good prices but you get what you pay for. The town has NOTHING going on with ZERO good dinning options. Everything is an hour plus away. On the upside the staff is very nice and will bend over backwards for you.

This is a very quiet and clean RV Park very close to some of the best fishing places for salmon and the small town of Ninilchik, Alaska. If you are looking for a place with great rates, caring management and great location this is the place for you.
