Very nice place to stay if we need a room again we will stay there again.

The night clerk was the rudest hotel staff I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I would not recommend this hotel ever to anyone. I intend on following through with Wyndham customer service first thing in the morning. There should be consequences for her actions.

Had an auto breakdown the last night of my stay. Got back to my room at 3:45am, called the front desk and asked for a late checkout. Was told I could check out at 1:00pm. At 10:30am I receive a call from the manager telling me that they don’t do late checkouts and that I had to leave. My company had just rented 8 rooms for a week and I couldn’t get a couple more hours of sleep before making an 8 hour drive! I guess they really appreciated our business!

I stayed here overnight on the way to another destination as it was in the Wyndham network. While it was a little off the beaten path, the rooms appeared to be clean and had decent amenities. If you're looking for a late night drink, there is an Applebee's within walking distance, but there aren't sidewalks on the way. Unfortunately, the breakfast was lacking and you're better off going elsewhere unless you like cereal or making your own waffles. On the bright side, there's a Starbucks on the way to the highway a few minutes away.

Stayed here for a few days while evacuated from South Florida for a hurricane. Service was good, staff were friendly, location is safe. The room was good and the price was alright.

This is an older hotel with all the rooms having outside doors. The rooms were spacious but could use a deep cleaning. My wife found s dirty washcloth on the shower curtain bar so its it makes me wonder how good the room is cleaned. The ac was off and the room was very warm upon our arrival it took most of the evening to get it cooled down but once that happened it was very pleasant. Breakfast was minimal but was what I expected. Only other drawback were the guys who moved the room chairs out on the balcony so they could drink outside.

Staff was amazing. The only problem I had was the man next to me kept his TV loud and was drunk and staff was notified and did not move me or want to go and tell him to lower the TV. The two nights I stayed I was not able to sleep at all due to this man. So I got no rest at all. Nice staff but didn't help me with this problem. Also pool was not open. Will not use this hotel again.

Location of hotel is very practical for a large portion of the stores and restaurants. The room I had was clean, updated, and had many amenities. I would most likely stay at the Baymont Inn & Suites again if I am ever needing to stay in Prattville. Overall, very pleased with the serivce I received.

As a truck driver I stay in hotels 5 nights a week and I have to say that your new evening clerk (I forgot to get his name) is by far one of the nicest, polite and welcoming clerks I have seen in a very long time. I will continue to stay here when near Montgomery. After a 14 hour day, it's a pleasure to have a clerk like him.

Worse hotel room I have ever experienced. Room are designed for people 5'8" and shorter. House keeping will knock once and never return, even after asking them to come back and they say ok. Saw occupied rooms being cleaned, door open no MAID around.

Nice well maintained motel. The only negative is the doors for the rooms go to the outside directly.

I like it. It was nice and was clean. Rooms are very big and the bathroom is tiny. But it was nice and it was quiet.

Initially very nice. Lobby smelled and was very clean. Room nice too. Pretty small but adequate. Perk with a refrig also. Room sink cold water faucet broken but no drips. Went back to lobby to get copy of my bill and had to wait almost 12 minutes while the same very nice desk clerk laughed and talked with a man there. I finally sat down and made myself comfortable. I thought he was a customer. Ended up seeming like he was a vendor and not a customer. Which makes it even worse. A vendor should step aside for a customer, every time. And there was no apology from the desk clerk lady. So… customer service is what it’s all about folks. Better wake up to that.

Booked a room online with Baymont Inn requesting certain amenities like Wi-Fi, pool, & free parking on 11/4/17. Which the website stated they could accomodate. The ONLY reason I booked this room was so that my kids could enjoy themselves At The Pool while my husband worked in the area. Mind you it was 80°+ weather this weekend and the past few weeks and we were traveling from Atlanta. After making the reservation I called the actual hotel to get a late checkout which they couldn't accommodate. That's when I found out the pool was outdoors and was closed. So immediately I canceled my reservation and requested a refund. They told me to wait until Monday when the owner, Patel would be in. Waited to Monday and Patel would not refund me my money stating that I occupied the room. Which was an absolute LIE! HE JUST DIDNT WANT TO REFUND ME MY MONEY! They had me marked as a No Show. After waiting another 2 days which they asked me to (to investigate) ; they only offered me 20% which was $13.67. However I paid upfront $66.97! They refused to refund me my money In Full EVEN THOUGH they stated they could accomdate what I requested. This Hotel is a Sum Lord! They take money but when they can't guarantee you what they said they refuse to refund you. Never again will I stay at this Baymont Inn or any other for this matter. I hate poor customer service! Do Not Stay Here.

No towels in the room. Front desk clerk said, "I don't have any towels". I asked if she could open another room to get some and she got angry. She went into the back room and came out with one towel, that didn't look clean and gave me that. There were these flying roaches everywhere and I didn't rest well with them in the room. I won't be staying there ever again and wouldn't advise you to either.

If you are staying for the price then great. If you need 3 or more days then you want a place with a laundry room. The A/C unit is LOUD!

Very nice. The lady who checked us in was efficient and helpful. Room was clean with plenty of space.

Looks nice on the outside. But not great inside we killed 2 bugs one possibly a cockroach. If it wasn't so late and we weren't so tired we would have left. We slept with the lights on. We showed the desk attendant and she didn't say a word just shook her head yes and that was it!

We always have a wonderful time staying at the Baymont. My name is Matthew. My wife and I, Nicole, always enjoy the clean rooms, service and location. Tamara, who works the front desk, is the most awesome person I have ever met. Her willingness to help and kindness are second to none.

The room I stayed in was good and have no negative comments about the room in general. Thank God we were not planning to use the pool because it was nasty looking… water was cloudy and dirty looking. The breakfast that came with the stay was from 6 to 9… we went down at 830 and we had nothing really to choose from. The worker working it was very rude and did not want to help us in any way. As we were checking out the workers in the lobby and front desk area were fussing and were not doing it quietly! The cleaning lady that was going into our room to clean as we left was very nice to us and for that we are thankful.

Hotel was nastey, as soon as I walkex in the room my shoe stuck to the floor, room service on came by to get lining first day and never came back not even to get trash. Pool was green and front desk people lied about it. I stayed two nights. I called to talk to manager and a lady pretended to be him, she said she could give me a 25%off on my next stay even though she knew im from KY. So I called back again and finally got in touch with the real manager, Jack Patel, who said there was no other manager. Then I was telling him about my situation and he called me a liar. I advised him I took pictures of pool and room so he offered me a 25% refund of my last night stay. Never an apology nothing and still hasn't refunded my $14. Will NEVER stay at this nasty hotel ever again and will not recommend it to anyone. What a joke the staff here is.

It had a smell of cigarettes. And was loud. It was clean and had just been renovated. The breakfast was lacking. But it was close to shops and restaurants.

Our stay was peaceful, full of rest, and we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, all amenities as explained in the hotel listing. All the staff were pleasant and professional.

This was the second time within a month I've stayed at this Motel. The first time was only for a few days but the staff was so friendly and overly accommodating that when I planned my next trip I called them again. I called to find out pet rates and realized they had just about the best in town, so naturally I booked with them again! This time we were there for 5 days. The staff was still just as friendly and accommodating as before. Thank you for another "GoodStay". We will return to this Motel every time we come to Prattville, which is quite often! P. S. To the caretakers (housekeepers, I don't believe in calling you that because you are the back bone), thank you for always having a smile and kind words to me and my family. This place really has the kindest ladies employed!

The service was great! The pool and room were very clean. Had a great time!

I was only there visiting my mom as she was in town. We swam all day. The pool was nice and the rooms were clean.

The room service is kind but the front desk ppl are rude and disrespectful. They put two women and 3children out in heat with no ride because the people they were here with wasn't back in time from work even though they were on way. They will not help you out they try making trouble for you the Indian man needs fired for he is rude as can be and lies.

We had a very nice stay. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice. The only problem was internet. It was slow and most of the time we could not connect.

Out side of hotel looks shady but the rooms were really nice. Internet sucked tho If they get Internet fixed I would stay again.

We stayed there because of a bad storm coming through the area. The room was so hot, it took forever to cool completely and we could smell the bathroom above us every time the HUGE LOUF group of construction workers would use itm.

Pet Friendly, but not… Wanted $20 for pets per 3 nights, then said they give me a discount to $10, then jacked my room rate up from $63.60 I had paid for previous 4 nights (+$50 for pets) to $75.74 (per night) for the remaining 3 nights to cover the difference & actually make more $$. Wow… never stay here again. Very few channels from dish network (no surprise there) No HD channels. No fs1 or nbcsn. Guess I should have read the other reviews & taken my "family" to a pet friendly motel. Motel 6 have really upgraded their rooms nicely and do not charge for pets & much cheaper in price ($39-$45 vs $95 per night here, including pet fee). Lesson learned. PS… Wi-Fi worked fine for first 4 nights here, then I complained about room rate jacked up to cover pet discount & now Wi-Fi not working. Go figure…

Room reeked of smoke, housekeeping came in & emptied trash, didn't clean sink or make bed. Can't quite figure it out…

My room was clean but the staff was very rude when we checked in at told us the room was in the front and in fact is was outback and even though check out was at 11 and the motel was mostly empty at 8 they called the room asking when we were checking out and at 9 were knocking at our door asking when we were checking out and a woemen staying there with her elderly mother asked if they could stay until noon and the manager very rudley told her no and told her to check out soon as possible this was at 7 at the breakfast room which I use that term loosely because the biscuits were like bricks milk was chunky oj was watery coffee was old and tasted burnt and the gravey had a terrible funky smell to it.

Although the staff was friendly, we booked a room online (unknowingly through a 3rd party) and upon arrival found the room to be uninhabitable. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold, mold that had been previously painted over and was bleeding through the paint and surface mold in areas as well as on the bathroom vent fan and along the wall by the toilet. The room was unsanitary, the sheets were soiled, the lamp looked as though it had caught fire and there was hair all over the door and the bathroom walls. I would absolutely never stay at this hotel again. I have also contacted the corporate office of this hotel to insure no one else has to stay in such horrible conditions. 12/2013

First walked in to two large stains on one of the pillows, what cleaning person would place that in plan site? Second room was nonsmoking but smelt like 10 people had been smoking. Bathtub was so stained… no showers for us! Toilet was clogged, my husband had to go to lobby at 5:30 am to get plunger.
