The room was very large and CLEAN. It had a king size bed, kitchen and living area. It's the size of a studio apartment. Bed was comfy. The people at the front desk were very nice. I would definitely recommend it.

Loved it. Nice and roomy with a full kitchen and soft comfortable bed. Great location close to the interstate and not far from Wind Creek Casino. Highly recommend it.

Traffic noises and quarreling of people on the property in the midnight but I did not see any hotel workers showing up to stop them. In addition, smoking pit was just outside the room, and I could smell that whenever people smoke outside. Not recommending.

These suites were awesome. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was brand new. They have recently renovated the entire hotel. I was kind of worried before because of the older reviews. Since then, it has been totally changed. So give them a shot. The only negative I have is that the gym wasn’t up to par yet. Once they get this together it will be worth the stay. The lobby was still under renovation as well.

Brand new hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Our room was on the side that faced the i85 interstate so it was pretty loud from the trucks going by at high speeds. Make sure you ask for a room that faces theft let side of the property. They pool and the facilities are very nice.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called the 1800 number for reservations and received a very rude, condescending young lady on the other end of the phone. She had an attitude in her voice and acted as of my call was the worst inconvenience of her life. I asked 2 simple questions, one concerning the price and one about having rooms next to one another. Her answers were awful. "Yah that happens" was her response to my inquiry about about $25 per night rate increase in less that 24 hrs (I was just asking If the rates are higher on certain days like airline tickets) and her response to my question concerning the rooms being next to each other was along the lines of "Well since you called me at reservations all I can do it but a note. You need to call the hotel directly. " I left a review to the general manager detailing this and suggesting customer service training to which I received no response. I have no faith this company cares about customer service at all, I did not book with them and will never book with this company. Please get some training to your staff.

In AL for family wedding. Rooms were exceptionally clean and we'll kept.

This place was nothing short of awesome. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was cozy, clean and very comfortable. We had a 2 bedroom sweet, it was kind of like being home. My husband and I were able to cook a meal instead of eat out. We will stay here again for sure.

Nice staff. Good free hot breakfast. Internet was fine. No shampoo or conditioner in the built in containers when I went. Pool music was loud and could be heard in the room until around 1045pm when I called the front desk about it. Easy parking. Spacious rooms. Seemed clean. I'd stay here again.

When you come to Montgomery this is a wonderful choice of hotel. The Staff is excellent and kind and the accommodations are perfect for those traveling on a budget. These rooms are large and comfortable with a complete kitchen. Love this place!

I have found where to stay every time I stay in Montgomery AL! Between University of Alabama football games and Talladega races, I stay 1-3 times a year in Montgomery. This time I decided to spend a little bit more for a room. I sure made the right decision with Sonesta ES Suites! From the moment we walked in the door, Kisha was there to make us feel welcomed. What a fun and personable attitude! When we opened the door to our room, we were so impressed. Clean, inviting, and spacious. I can't keep going on and on. Let me just say 5 stars, 5 stars, 5 stars.

Loved the split suites and having 2 private bathrooms! The staff at breakfast we're very nice and breakfast was hot and fresh. Too bad we only needed to stay 1 night.

I was highly impressed. Staff was very friendly and establishment was very clean. I would recommend this facility in Montgomery Alabama to anyone.

I just wanted to say how very thankful I am for Cassandra and the housekeeping staff for finding our son’s cherished blankets so quickly for us after we accidentally left them yesterday in our rush to make it to his Daddy’s USAF Officer graduation. They are going to fed ex them to us and I am so grateful for their kindness and understanding. Anyone who has ever had a 3 year old with a beloved blanket knows what a big deal it can be to lose them. They also mean so much to us because one of the blankets belonged to his older brother that passed away in 2016 and I was heartbroken to realize we had left them. We had a great stay and every staff member we met there was so welcoming and nice. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great! Thank you for everything!

Oh my goodness I LOVED staying at this place. Our room had a fully equipped kitchen, there was a sitting room area with its own TV plus a TV in each bedroom. Everything was great quality, well kept, the bathrooms were very nice, no stains or damage anywhere on anything, and it was very quiet. The layout is a lot like an apartment complex so don't unload your vehicle by the office!

Hands down best hotel experience in this area. The rooms are excellent, felt very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning, and the evening socials were nice!

Sonesta Suites is definitely a great place to stay rather it's for a short visit or a long term stay. The environment was calm, the place was gorgeous and the food was pretty good. The best part was the shower! I love that it had a fireplace and was set up like an apartment. Great job!

This is, without a doubt, the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms are incredible. Full kitchen with range, microwave, and full fridge. Living room area with pull out sofa. VERY comfortable king bed. The front desk has incredibly friendly staff. Breakfast was AMAZING. They have kimchi! And REAL eggs. I'll stay here anytime I'm in Montgomery from now on!

One of the best hotels I've stayed in in years. Super friendly staff, delicious breakfast (which is included) and they also have socials Mon thru Wed complete with something to eat.

I was a little unsure when first arriving on the property as it was obviously an older complex. Once I walked in for check-in my assumptions were wrong. Very nice lobby with great staff. The rooms were very nice and in great repair. The cleaning staff was very friendly and did a great job. This was an unexpected gem especially for the price.

Hard to find at night. Room clean and roomy with full kitchen. The exception of the very tiny bathroom. Average breakfast except that it included kimchee and rice.

This is a nice place to stay, it was home away from home for me. The entire suite was comfortable and very clean, the kitchenette has a full size stove and refrigerator. The staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was served every morning during my stay. I highly recommend Sonesta ES Suites if you are looking for quality and professional service.

Should improve as rebranding is completed.

I enjoy staying here at the Resident Inn it feels like my home. This is the best hotel I've live in since I been in Alabama. I work in Selma and had a bad experience at a hotel there. So, I am driving 1 hour every day back and forward because of My room and friendly staff. It is worth the drive!

Clean, solid kitchen, comfortable sofa bed.

Room service is quick and curteous. Breakfast is mediocre but so are basically all hotel breakfasts so it's whatever.

Front desk associate was courteous and helpful at check in. The room is spacious and clean. When I pulled in close to 11pm, there was security checking names and room numbers so that made me feel more secure.

Getting old compared to competition. No complaints from our visitors.

Not up to Marriott standards! Dust bunnies on furnace vents, no air filter at all! Peeling paint and mildew in bathroom. Just overall dirty! Keep driving or go try the Towneplace next door.

Awesome Hotel and Wonderful Place to stay.

Greatest hotel experience! The cleanliness, the friendliness, amazing. The room felt like home away from home. We stayed Monday through Friday. It was 2 bedrooms for my family of 5. Even provided a crib for my baby. Flat screen TV's, free Wi-Fi, awesome kitchen appliances, REAL fireplace in the living room, I could go on and on! We had plenty of room. We all enjoyed the daily HUGE breakfast and the 2 dinners that week provided by the hotel. The housekeeping did an excellent job as well. We will surely be back! :).

They just remodeled all the suites. Brand new appliances, flat screen tv, granite counter tops, nice bed. Free breakfast includes eggs, sausages, waffles, as well as the usual pastires, and cold cereal. Excellent hotel.

My family uses this hotel every college football season. The staff is always friendly, the breakfast is good, and the price can not be beat for the size of the rooms and condition of the facility.
