Great staff. The maintenance department is so up on things!

The only thing I didn’t like is we was told when we booked, check in was 3 pm once we got here they said 4 pm so we had to sit in the hot car for 2 hrs😡

When I booked I requested a first floor room. I received an email confirmation that they would honor my request. When we arrived they put us on the 4th floor. The check in girl argued with me about them not receiving the request and said there were no 1st floor rooms available. She then proceeded to take phone calls while I was trying to show her the confirmation even though there were other staff at the desk that could answer the phone. Had I known that I was lied to BEFORE being charged we would have left and gone somewhere else! Definitely will not come here again no recommend this place to anyone else.

The staff hospitality is the best! We will be staying in this hotel every time we are in Jacksonville, Alabama.

Last minute life saver. Had to find a place on short notice, and then make an additional change when I arrived, and the hotel was very accommodating. The parking is plentiful, and it is a convenient location right on the outskirts of town.

Lemme just tell ya about the Hampton Inn here in Jacksonville Alabama. Aside from all the Gang Violence, drug dealing, toxic glue, insane amount of open spaces, ridiculous amount of literature that I do not even understand, and just absolute disgusting amount of discrimination against us blacks; it's a pretty good hotel. I definitely enjoyed the "party room" you can never go wrong with a big open room with about 3 or 4 chairs to throw the party of a lifetime. A good friend of mine recommended I stay in the hotel while visiting my family in Georgia. And although the drive was quite treacherous between my hotel and my family, I would say my experience was top notch.

Stayed here during Christmas holidays and everything was fantastic. Room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was fresh and the best selection I’ve ever seen at a hotel, and customer service was top notch.

Very bicycle friendly place to stay overnight and close to the Cheif Ladiga Trail with low traffic road to get to the hotel from the trail.

Clean, well maintained room and facilities. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay during hurricane Irma evacuation as pleasant as it could be from providing great variety at breakfast to getting the free loaner bikes ready for us to ride. You can't go wrong staying here!

The hotel seems nice so far. I wasn't too thrilled to see the receptionist wearing rebel flag earrings though. I think some opinions should be kept out of a professional environment, and one that seems highly unprofessional!

It was a great room and wonderful staff.

We reserved a room with 2 queens, 2 days ago for 2 adults and 3 children… one which was for a baby. When we checked in it was 1 king and a crib. Not going to work. Unfortunately the hotel was at 100% capacity and no extra roll-aways were available. While the room was free that night due to the inconvenience… it just wasn't that great of a stay. Breakfast in the morning was good though for the kids and helped get the day started before our 5k walk. Staff was also nice and professional. I did go back and check the confirmation email just to make sure I myself didn't slip up… especially since 1 king sounds a little similar to 2 queens over the phone. But the email stated 2 queens. The likely culprit… could have been management shifting people around to accommodate guests due to 100% being filled. I used to work at a hotel and despite my reservation setup for guests… the management off sight had access to the registry and would move guests manually to other rooms before check-in. Someone probably figured we could sleep in a king with 2 adults and 2 children while the baby was in the crib. Not with our wiggly family though I'm afraid.

We've stayed a couple times and enjoyed the room. However, this time our room was on the second floor and we had a lot of dog hair in & on the bed & carpet. There was loose dog food in the closet. A cleaning lady was sent up to change our sheets & vacuum: but when we returned we found even more pet hair than at the first. We were disappointed. We will be hesitant to stay here again.

Clean room. Nice bathroom with walk in shower. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was decent. Best hotel in the area.

We brought a group of 25+ cyclists who had hit the trail from Hiram, GA to Jacksonville, AL. The staff was terrific — they helped us get dinner catered, helped us book rooms, were quick with check-ins, etc. In a time where sincerely kind customer service is hard to find, this one was great! Overall, the place was terrific.

The management staff at this facility is second to none. They were personable, attentive, and above all else, classy. 5 stars, High 5's all around, and 2 thumbs up.

Our daughter attends the local university (Jacksonville State) so we have been staying here at least twice a year at the beginning and end of the school years. The facility is very clean and modern. The staff are locals from the area and bring true welcoming Southern Hospitality to guests. The rooms are clean and modern, with energy-saving CFL bulbs, 32" HD LCD TVs with Dish Network. Breakfast is typical of Hampton Inns — cereals, milk, yogurt, pastries, a daily-varying hot entree, and make-your-own waffles (a big hit with kids).

Its new and clean but nothing special. Just a hotel but it is nicest one in jacksonville but that could be because it newest and only one other hotel to pick from. So if you have to stay in jacksonville this is place but nothing is in jacksonville so I don't recommend it.

The facility is brand new and the service is outstanding. I stayed for five days and I'll make sure I'll stay there again the next time I'm in the area. It's about 35 miles from Talladega Superspeedway but the drive is worth it. It'll take you through the city of Anniston where you can find anything from a restaurant to shopping. By the way, the staff left me little notes everyday wishing me a blessed day. Now, how's that for southern hospitality.
