This is the grossest hotel I have ever been to, & being a diamond member I’ve had my fair share of hotel stays. There was food & dirt all over the kitchen floors, hair all over the bathroom floor & in the tub, a beer cap left by the bed & some type of blue gift wrap stuff. They offered to change our room, but instead of being able to have my family stay in a 2 queen suite which I had originally booked, we had to split up into 2 different rooms. The second set of rooms weren’t much better, again hair on the bathroom floors, splatter on the bathroom mirror, crumbs by the bed on the floor. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is not it.

Got checked into a dirty room during COViD — 19 time. June 26 2020. Blood on the bed cover and dirty pillowcases and sheets. I was denied a checkout receipt because they didn’t want me to have record that they checked me into a dirty room myself and my 8 year old daughter. I had to call the police and everything. I was told I couldn’t speak to the general manager by the manager WARREN DAVIS on shift because he said so. I asked him why and he said “because I said so”. I have the whole thing on video. The young lady who was there on shift that night I felt so bad for her because she stated it was her 1st day there and when she confirmed it was blood on the bed the manager turned around and said “you confirmed it? ” She then said yes it is blood and he went to the back office and called the general manager who then told the young lady she couldn’t say anything else. The young lady came back out crying. I told her don’t cry. Police came and tried to question her she told the police she couldn’t speak. My daughter then started crying saying she was afraid and that she wanted to leave. I quickly walked out as soon as my daughter stated she wanted to leave. Police followed me to my car and explained how very wrong they were and they’d be pissed as well. Told me to leave a review and do whatever was necessary. I had to take my daughter and myself to get COViD tested. I will now ask to see the rom before I check in to any place from now on. This was the worse experience ever.

The location was very convenient to downtown attractions, including the Von Braun Civic Center where we attended the Chris Stapleton concert! The breakfast staff was especially friendly! I can’t remember her name but she was working this morning and had a great personality and outstanding customer service! Kudos!

Booked a room for a wedding and called to change my reservation; after giving my booking confirmation number, the woman on the phone told me I had made an error during booking ("Um you actually never completed the last step, we don't have a reservation for you. ") and she had no reservation for me; this was strange because I was looking at my welcome email from the hotel. I finally was able get her to move past that and onto helping me make a new reservation. She would not help me make a new one. She mocked me, talked over me, and hung up on me when I asked her name. I will not be staying here for the wedding, as planned.

Biggest room I've ever stayed in! Beautiful hotel. Loved the giant shower! It felt more like a home than a hotel with the full kitchen. The room was clean and smelled wonderful. The staff was helpful and friendly. I even got in the nice pool. Wonderful location too. Central to most things and close to Costco.

A bit overpriced for what you get. Didn't eat breakfast it really didn't look very good. Room was set at 89 degrees! In the middle of summer. Coffee was good though! $230 could be much better spent elsewhere.

Wow! The staff at this property went above and beyond. Something tells me that it wasn't for show either. I think these guys/gals really understand what it means to offer superior customer service. I needed a place for my training class. I contacted Homewood Suites via its Facebook Page. It took a little longer than normal for them to reply but once I did hear from them they were very responsive. There are two Erica/Erika who work here. Both were extremely professional and kind. I was able to book my training class with short notice. I didn't even check out the space in advance. I described toErika what I needed and she assured me she had the perfect spot. And she did. The meeting room was all set up when I arrived. There was nothing I needed to do. If you have an event/meeting and you're looking for a venue, you should definitely consider this property. It is conveniently located downtown, plenty of parking with easy access. There are plenty of restaurants nearby including a grocery store. Everything you need!

Nice clean and quiet rooms with friendly staff. Convenient to downtown Huntsville. Restaurants and grocery store around the corner. Only negative was that my room wasn't ready when I arrived.

Overall one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at with one of the nicest staff out there. Has all of the amenities you could ask for including a pool, nice gym, great complimentary breakfast and dinner. Rooms are clean and maids are great at keeping them clean. Beds are nice with soft sheets and pillows. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay while in Huntsville.

Great place, safe neighborhood, nice staff and comfortable rooms. Best option to saty in Huntsville downtown. Breakfast is delicious and they also offer a evening reception with free wine, beer and salad plates. I don't give them 5 stars because someone forgot to clean my room three times in same week, but they apologize and sent a person to clean it. D.

Our room was nicely laid out, I was traveling with my parents so I was sleeping on the pull out mattress from the couch. I was worried about that but it wasn't bad. It's still a pullout mattress but I didn't have springs in my back and lop-sided over the bars. I sleep pretty good. The room was clean and there was a mini kitchen in our suite that was nice. I would stay here again that's for sure.

Such a nice hotel! Stopped in during our travels for a night and were pleasantly surprised. Front desk staff was so nice and cheerful. Hotel is CLEAN rooms in great shape with kitchens with granite and stainless. Rooms are spacious Found a more comfortable blanket to sleep with in the closet. Close to restaurants shops. Had dinner across the street at Ruth Chris (great staff there as well) The parking was convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

My room was not available at 4 p. M. When I arrived. Once I finally got my room the room was nice and had a good view. The breakfast was less than par. The juice had been watered down quite significantly and the coffee was barely palatable. I had to ask for my HHonors gift. I did eat at the restaurant, Ruth's Chris, which was excellent.

Room and food were nice. They are missing the attention to detail that could make them great. If they would have someone make a late evening and early morning walk-through to pick up trash left in the halls and by the elevators as well as retrieve luggage carts they would improve customer satisfaction significantly.

Embassy suites Huntsville, Al is a hotel I will definitely stay at again. You are made to feel as if you are very important. The rooms are clean, spacious and the attendants there are wonferful.

Shuttle service from airport to hotel and back as well as from my training venue was fantastic. Rooms were spacious and nice. The gift shop varied a phone charger… which I found that I needed. Overall a very good experience.

We were visiting the park and I had to take my little girl to the potty. They were so kind and nice by letting us use theirs. It was very clean and very much appreciated.

Super comfortable beds. Great breakfast in the morning. Incredibly beautiful hotel interior and grounds. Wifi isn't free though. Why is it the more expensive a hotel is, the more likely the Wi-Fi is paid only? Definitely a huge flaw that would have strongly affected the enjoyment of my stay if I would have had to get online and didn't want to use up too much mobile data.

My husband and I stayed here for 8 days after we had storm damage to our house. The staff was wonderful! Everyone from the managers, people at the desk, housekeeping and the ones preparing the food! The free meals were great! Food was great! I always had plenty to eat! Our room was kept clean and always had clean towels. It has a nice pool also!

Nice room! Very spacious! We did not get the room we prepayed for (we needed 3 beds and only got 2… so we had 3 people sleeping in the same bed), and the person at the desk wasn't very nice… never said sorry, told me things "happen" in life and I needed to get over it. However, the manager was in the following Monday, was very apologetic, and made it right with us. So overall, a good stay :) loved the Cajun steamer next door!

The rooms seemed nearly brand new. I saw a few clues of previous guests, but nothing alarming. Had a great time. Limited parking for truck and trailer though.

My experience at the home wood suits was excellent. Wouldn't expect anything thing less from Hilton. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were spacious and much more. Enjoyed my stay.

Lovely rooms and amenities. All the employees are thoughtful and kind but Michelle at reception is extraordinary! I would recommend the Homewood Hilton to anyone but especially visitors looking for lodging near Huntsville Hospital.

It's a really nice building located in the hospital district in North huntsville. The area is really nice and I liked it alot. The room was nice and the staff was really nice too.

The "free high speed" Internet is a lie, for free you get a capped speed of about 190kbs (that's kilobytes per second not a typo) which was high speed over 20 years ago. If you want actual high speed it starts at 5 dollars and up. The suite we are staying in had a note on the dishwasher saying all your dishes are clean. I took all four coffee mugs out and every one had coffee rings and one had stains all over the bottom. So I had to run every dish to make sure they truly were clean. If you advertise something don't lie. High speed Internet should be high speed, and clean dishes should be clean. This place would get one star from me but if you're looking for a place to stay and don't need to use high speed Internet and don't use hotel supplied dishes and silverware it's good. The beds are better than most hotels I've stayed in and the room, unlike the dishes, was very clean and nice.

Nice clean rooms, friendly attentive staff, delicious free meals (Nicole who prepared much of them was an absolute doll), and perfect location for anyone who has family in the hospital. It takes less time to walk the block (or less) to the hospital than drive, and the hotel has free parking. There is a Publix that shares the parking garage with the hotel, so all your shopping needs are right next door. There are also boutiques and restaurants. No traffic noise. The price has been worth the convenience for our family.

Fantastic hotel with incredible staff. The accommodations are clean and beautiful but the staff is what makes this location great. Everyone we met was kind and helpful. Our daughter left her beloved lovey in the room and I called the staff to see if the cleaning crew could find it. I never expected to even hear back but they called me back on Monday morning to tell me that the cleaning crew had found our Ellie the Elephant! They took our address and mailed her home to us. We couldn't thank them enough!
