I was told one price and charged another at check out I was disrespected and threatened by the front desk lady for no reason because I was not agreeing to their price and she threatened to call the police on us and saying I'm not going to argue with you not only are they Shady their beds are hard as a rock there rooms smell musty highly disappointed! about our stay I'll reach out to the owners in a few hours to see if they are going to do anything by compensating us because we checked out way before it was time to we left due to threats! from the front desk lady we felt like we did the right thing by paying the amount even though we did not authorize that amount to be collected but really had no choice in the matter will be following up contacting Red roof Inc corporate over our experience that we have had at this location! We will never be back and will tell everybody about this bad experience!

Room was clean and easy to access. No elevator (so if you have accessibility issues make sure you call and specifically request a first floor room) but stairs were fine (my dog sometimes has issues with stairs but had no issues with these). Bed was comfortable enough. Plenty of towels. Pillows thin, but I travel with my own, so I don't really care about that. Overall, comfort and cleanliness was satisfactory and noted no issues. Motel is still undergoing remodel. Front desk staff friendly — ashley is by far the best! Very quiet, did not hear any other guests, even though they were booked pretty solid as far as I could tell. No issues with having my large dog with us (quiet and well behaved) and a large area for her to do her business. I paid the pet deposit ($100) in cash and received it back immediately upon check out. Parking area well lit and I felt safe taking her out early in the morning (pre dawn) and late at night (although, I feel safe with her in general). There were issues in the room, that were not a concern to us personally, but may bother some people. (room 220 if management reads these comments) — TV did not seem to work.
-Room phone did not seem to work
-AC directional vents were broken off (all of these are being replaced, they had a giant pallet of them in lobby when I checked in). AC worked fine though.
-light and attached outlet above nightstand did not work.

Terrible. Never stay here drive an extra 10 minutes to stay somewhere nice. At 65/ night I didn't expect room service but I expected ac, a clean room, Wi-Fi password, and the breakfast advertised. Lady at front desk was rude.

I'm not quite sure how to rate this hotel. It's a five star two star hotel, so I split the difference and rounded up to four. It's inexpensive and no frills but it's great at that! The place is dated but clean with friendly staff. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker which was a surprise for the price. It's right off the highway. Great place if you don't want to spend a lot and are ok with modest accomodations.

Nice and clean but the cleaning lady woke us up a hour before check out wanting to clean the room with our truck outside the door she said she thought it was empty so give them a time to wake you up other than that it's really peaceful there.

Rooms very basic. Mostly interstate folk sleeping during long trips. 40 minutes from Talladega 500. Great for race weekends. Free Wi-Fi. No extra anything.

The management was unwilling to work with me to cancel my reservation so that I could go to a hotel with a jacuzzi because my back was really hurting me from our road trip. The staff was nice but the management I feel is cruel for not willing to help me in my time of pain.

Our car broke down right outside this hotel. The person at front desk was really nice. The rooms were okay, beds were decent, the street lamp lights came in through edge of curtain regardless of if there were closed or not. Breakfast consisted of coffee, two kinds of cereal and toast.

The jacuzzi suite in a decent place you get what your money's worth the staff was courteous and the rooms are clean Quick Stop great getaway HomeAway down the street.

Ended up staying here 2 nights when our kids got sick during a recent long-distance move. This was a great, quiet little hotel just off the interstate and perfect for our needs. The rooms are older, but decorated nicely and have plenty of nice modern amenities, especially for the price. Pet friendly too. The management was super nice and friendly too.
