Nice people. Nice hotel. Nothing special. It's very close to city center there are parking lots right in front of the place and rooms are quite Okey bathroom is nice. Breakfast I really liked. The blue decorations was perfect. The only problem was there were people talking laud I'm the night and we could hear it all and couldn't sleep for a while.

One of the best accommodations you can find near Ephesus. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are nice. Very well located, very close to historical sites. The swimming pool is perfect in summer time. The breakfast is good too. I highly recommend this place.

The hosts, their hospitality, the place, the view — the best! We stayed only one night with our adult girls. My husband and I were in our room and our girls next door in a double room that sleeps 4. Both had amazing views with the enticing pool below. Breakfast was amazing and specially made for us. Such a lovely and friendly couple, wish we could had stayed longer. Would definitely stay there again.

A cozy room with a spectacular view! Situated on the hilltop, overlooking the entire town is indeed breathtaking! Recep's place has the best location in Selcuk for sure! The room was cozy and clean, with all the nessasary amenities. The swimming pool is the cherry on the cake and we enjoyed the breakfast, too. Recep was accomadating and helpful, especially regarding the shuttle service. The hotel is a little away from the city center but at a walkable distance. The railway and bus stations are well connected to the nearby attractions. The view from the balcony and relaxed evenings spent, wants us to go back again!

Loved our stay at the quaint place on top of the hill with beautiful views, great hosts, relaxing outdoor jacuzzi and amazing traditional Turkish breakfast. Very convenient place to stay to see all historical land mark of you have your own car. The hostess was cheerful with a lovely smile and urged is to go see the beautiful sunset before fulfilling check in duties so we did not miss it. She was very helpful with local information too. Enjoyed our stay :)

You won't be disappointed. Lovely owners, beautiful rooms, view is particularly beautiful at sunset. We stayed in the king room for two nights, so so perfect. Then stayed in the triple room, also lovely. Bathroom very high end. Beds very comfortable. Very clean. Even has a little fridge. Just perfect.

Amazing place & nice people.

My heart was pounding with excitement as we slowly ascended through the meandering tiny streets in the neighbourhood. There is an air of nostalgia in Selçuk. Then we arrived at the top of the hill and were warmly greeted by the lovely host. We stepped into this restored 50 year old white washed villa and my heart squealed at the astonishing view it offered. We saw as far as we could see, with the brilliant sunset as our backdrop… We stayed one night at this lovely villa — cosy, charming, clean, immaculately well kept. Run by a husband and wife team, they tended to all our needs patiently, while Sunny their playful dog kept us entertained as we had our sunset beers. Home prepared breakfast was served at the amazing porch. We thoroughly enjoyed our satiating breakfast of eggs, pastries, cheese, fruits as we soaked in the amazing view one last time before we said goodbye. Wish I had time to have a dip in their swimming pool! Thank you Jiji and Recep for your hospitality and keep up the great work!

The facilities are good. Our room was clean. The view is spectacular. We got here early and just planned to drop our bags, but our room was available so they just checked us in early. The outdoor patio area was awesome. They have a very nice pool. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Fresh fruit, olives (fruit and olives from their own trees) eggs breads and such. While they don't currently serve other meals they can set up meals to be brought in, which we did and was quick inexpensive and awesome. They are in the process of adding a restaurant to the Villa which will make it even better. While there are hotels right in town, Villa dreams was worth the short trip. Plus they run shuttles to town. They say they shuttle 6 times a day, but for us they just shuttled us whenever we needed it so it wasn't a problem at all. If you want a super relaxing atmosphere, with old world charm and friendly relaxed people, Villa Dreams is your place. You won't regret it.

The guesthouse is located at the top of the hill, certainly it offers the great view of the town and amazing sunset. The room is clean and well facilitated with nice decoration. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also delicious. The price is reasonable. Highly recommended!

Fantastic accommodation. Great view, comfortable room (I stayed in one of the Double rooms with balcony), and I particularly enjoyed having my tea on the balcony. Owners are friendly and helpful. If you're visiting Selçuk, stay here!

Great Bnb in Selcuk. Good size, clean room. The room we stayed in was located on the top floor and had absolutely beautiful view overlooking the city and the castle. Breakfast is also great and is on the main floor overlooking the city and pool. Recap and Carrie are great hosts and are very welcoming into their villa. Located up a hill but Recap has a shuttle that runs during the day the picks you up from their sister hotel located in the main city. Loved staying here and would highly recommend. The view alone is worth it and can't be beat. Great cozy place to wake up in the morning. Loved it and can't wait to be back.
