On arrival made very welcome by the staff at the reception checking was very quick room was very clean and tidy the entertainment team was very friendly and kept everybody entertains through the day food was very very good and chefs was very friendly evening entertainment was also very good or facilities was also good Sherlocks bar inside the hotel after entertainment at finish excellent hotel for families would definitely recommend.

We came during late summer and absolutely loved it. With 2 children on my own, we felt very welcomed by the staff and entertainment team. Overall one of my favourite holidays so far, lovely entertainment around and in the pool in the day, great evening entertainment as well. Marco from the spa was excellent at helping us choose a treatment and we all experienced a Turkish bath for the first time. Made good use of the hairdressers in the hotel and would definitely recommend both the spa and salon.
For booking trips I would recommend Batman who is just on the front down from the hotel and also Delboy for money exchange and inflatables!

Great hotel the staff are brilliant, always polite and will give you any help required. A special thanks to Marco who was my tutor in the Turkish language.

Staff are fantastic. Loads of social distancing in place, felt really safe. Look forward to a return visit.

Food is very poor and repetitive the rooms have poor air conditioning the walk up to hotel is a killer especially if you have a pushchair on the plus side great staff Marta is really friendly and will do anything to make things right.

Friendly staff and helpful, Rooms are spacious and clean, rooms are attended to by the maids daily. Great pool and bar, food mostly always available throughout the day. Never a need to fight for a sun beds.

Love this hotel. It is our 2nd time here. The staff are all lovely, helpful and work so hard.
There is so much for the kids to do from the kids club, pools, the entertainment team and the fact the hotel is such a family setting there is always someone for them to play with or just chill.
The spa is amazing and the Turkish bath for the family is fantastic but they have also done some massage work and sorted my headaches out, my mums sciatica (who was on contstant pain killers before we left and my husband's back problems.
This holiday has been fantastic and we will be back.

Very nice, clean and friendly hotel. Room are a good size and plenty things to do during the day. Only a 20min walk into the centre of Marmaris. Down side is not much choice of food for kids, if your child doesn't like burger and chips or poor chicken nuggets or one slice o pizza they have nothing else to eat. The small shop on site is very very expensive and not very customer friendly, my air bed starting falling apart after two days and the girls attitude was " tough ". All in all a good hotel but could do better food.

Lovely clean hotel. Rooms are a bit on the small side but manageable. Staff are amazing and really good with children. Great restaurant and delicious food. Would definitely go back!

Just got home best hotel and all round family holiday me and my kids have ever been on! Hotels spotless foods amazing (better food than the local restaurants) I could not fault a single thing.

We stayed here for an week lovily hotel friendly staff good was ok lovily pools kids really enjoyed going down the slides the entertainment was good was well.

Stayed here in May it was brilliant food was lovely staff was great. Double room was small so best to upgrade to a family room! Recommend to a friend and they are their now. I'm gutted I want to come back x.

Such a friendly helpful environment I was also bad and there was one staff member in particular Marco he went out of his way to help me and the spa well that is definitely a must well worth it 1st time in Turkey and nothing has put us off so family friendly will defo be returning every one is so lovely and very welcoming definitely one of the best hotel greetings were returning home Sunday we will definitely miss this place.

Just come back from 2 weeks here. I've been going to Turkey for the last 12 years self catering and all inclusive and I was abit disappointed to be fair. Room was very small considering we were a family of 4 and carpets everywhere? Not sure how hygienic that is. Air conditioning was rubbish and im sure it wasnt working. Fridge was hotter than outside. Food wasn't great and towards the end just couldn't face it and had lost my appetite. No kids selection and my son was living off chips and bread. We've never been poorly before but all 4 of us had been ill. No bottled water unless you paid for it which I think is shocking. Who promotes fizzy pop to children and surely water is cheaper? Very very busy with lots of children. Dumb ads being monitored and if you hadn't sat on it for an hour or so then your towels were removed. If you haven't got enough sunbeds for everyone then surely you have too many in your hotel? Some staff are nice enough and friendly but most were miserable especially male manager who was on duty most of the time. People who think this place is the best thing since sliced bread need to to get out more and explore! Entertainment was poor aswell to be fair. Also paid for late check out on our original booking and the room was ours until 10pm yet the cleaner was in there at 8.15pm making it up for the next family?

Fantastic family holiday. The hotel was totally immaculate. The staff were constantly cleaning and working to make sure the hotel was perfect. The food was also great. If you're a fussy eater you might find it difficult to eat but they had a beautiful selection of Turkish dishes and freshly cooked food on the grill outside. I stayed for 2 weeks and they had something different on the grill every night. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The pool and sunbed area was fantastic. Plenty of sunbeds and the children's pool is a kids dream. My son who is 2 and half loved every minute of it. The reception staff are very friendly and good at speaking English. Also there are British reps in the lobby everyday for any queries. Over all we loved the holiday and would recommend to anyone with children.

Nice hotel. Staff not so friendly unless they want you to by something. Pool is nice but very slippery around the outside. They need more antislip matting. Food Ok ish no one shows you where the other food areas are which are hidden and have the best food. Me in restaurant is a bit bland. Rooms are big enough for a family with 2 found children. Any older than 12 and it will be a bit of a squeeze.

On my last day of a weeks holiday, lovely hotel and food is all right too, don't know why people say food is not good, It's buffet eating if you don't like buffet eating book self catering and go out to the restaurents. Staff are great and the entertainment is good for what it is. All in all its a good deal, especially if your brining kids.

I can’t recommend this place enough. So clean and staff so helpful. I love that there’s carpet in the room and halls so the kids don’t slip. All inclusive food is great and never runs out. There will always be something you will like and I would recommend you just try everything! Snack bar during the day is great for pizza and chips. Drinks all day long. Cleaners came in everyday and room was always spotless. The Buddha spa is a must. One of the best spas I’ve been too and so luxurious. Will definitely come back xx.

Just back from a 2 week holiday and already trying to set dates for going back. We went 2 adults and 7 children (20, 14, 9, 9, 7, 6, 10month) we arrived at 3am and from start to finish the staff could not do anymore for you. The kids club was brilliant and the entertainment team were great always doing stuff throughout the day until 11pm+. I liked the variety of food, its your usually turkish food so not everyone's desire but they do pizza, burger, chicken nuggets, hotdogs and chips 2.30-5. So there's always something to eat. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough! Will definitely be back. Thanks for making our holiday stress free.

Nicely located close enough to the front with lots of excursion shops just outside the hotel grounds that will pick you up from the hotel for trips and sight seeing. Staff are extremely friendly and very helpful, food is lovely and plenty to do in and around the hotel. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely be coming again.

Great place. Food was great and also drinks. Hotel was very clean and modern. Entertainment staff were great as well as hotel staff.

With this being our first all inclusive holiday we did not know what to expect but we were a little disappointed with the room we got. We expected a two bedroom but only got a one bedroom with a fold out bed in the living room. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom and only in the living room, although they only give you one room key that allows the electrics to work which you have to take with you when you leave the room. As expected sunbeds were an issue and you had to get up early to get the beds you wanted. The hotel tried their best to stop the towels being left by using tickets with times on them which seemed to help a bit but there are ways around it which most done. The food was good, although did become a bit repetitive like the entertainment although you do kind of expect this to happen on this type of holiday. The staff were a bit hit or miss, some were really good with the kids but there were a few that were not very helpful and there understanding of English was not the best. The hotel was a bit too far out of the centre for us as we had two young kids and it was a bit of a walk for them coming back. Overall it was a reasonably good holiday but if we were going back we would look at other hotels in the area before going back to this one.

Very good 4 star hotel in Marmaris. Friendly staff and very clean rooms with regular housekeeping. Food and drinks were very good and pool and entertainment team were very lively and fun.

We had a 10 day stay in June. Absolutely stunning hotel. Friendly staff. Food amazing. I was jubious coming to an All Inclusive hotel. With my son also being Autistic and ADHD but he coped so well. Always something for him to do. We did go on couple days out too. Well worth booking the Ephesus & Pammakale 2 day trip. A day to Rhodes. Along with swimming with Dolphins too. Amazing experiences all round. Only fault is the around main pool area, it can get very slippy so be careful. Apart from that; I would definitly recommend this hotel and we would definitely come back again.

Brilliant hotel, the staff each and everyone were brilliant. Especially the entertainment staff, Edie, Barney, Bobby and the gang. Never had so much fun around a pool and in the evenings at any hotel. But more so was the atmosphere that was created by there efforts. Everyone talking to each other and making friends kids and adults alike was a great experience.
All inclusive drinks were decent, the meal selection wasn't the best but all inclusive you expect they cater for everyone so there's always something.
The snack bars outside was ace. Pizza, burgers and snacks inbetween meal times
Room we had was spacious enough for 4 of us (2 kids) and room service was decent. Could do with some extra loo roll.
100% we will be going back again.

Pool wasn't the biggest but deep enough and the slide kids loved. When pool was to busy we went across the room to the apartments and used there pool which was ace slide was better to.

Beautiful place just need to bring back Sasha as she made my holiday every time I have stayed at the cettia apartments.

Enjoyed a weeks family holiday here, staff really friendly, helpful and attentive. Very good selection of food included in the all inclusive. Hotel very clean and maid service every day. Good entertainment and pool very clean and good slide for the kids.

If your travel agent says this will be a good hotel for you if you are a couple tell them they are a liar, we booked this through Thomas Cook and we got there and found ourselves in what I can describe as Jeremy Kyle Brits abroad pizza, chips, breaded chicken hamburger hell! Screaming kids loud mouth adults thinking they owned the place. The hotel is not near any night life and next to dark streets. I do commend a few of the hotel staff as they were very helpful but it was not the hotel for us, the dining room staff were very rude at times and seemed like they just wanted to get through the day and to be honest if I worked in that envionment I think I would get a bit bitter. The entertainment was dire and repetitive every night with bingo and the same looped cd playing over and over. After 3 nights we couldn't take any more and had to pay to get transferred to the Cettia's sister hotel the Cettia Beach Resort which is adults only and I can only say the difference was amazing! All in all if you like cheap food and don't care really for the culture of Turkey and love screaming kids running round the coridors at 1am it's the best hotel. I will say no more because I could go on and on.

We have been two years in a row booking to go back next year the hotel was fab the staff entertainment team and management. The staff in the spa and hairdressers we lovely to can't wait to go back.

Too many smokers rooms small bar staff ignorant. Clean and kept clean food pretty good. Think some holiday makers are just rude and messy and dont deserve to go on holiday.

Spoiled holiday or as we rested in the hotel Grand Cettia Marmaris Turkey. We stayed at the hotel Grand Cettia Marmaris Turkey with 02.09.2007 on 14.09.2007 year. Very depressing about the hotel, especially because there is something to compare with, namely, that we were not pleased: 1. All hotel reviews on different websites available on searching the Internet search engines is absolutely false. 2. Hotel is second coastline, no coastline to the hotel. 3. The nearest normal urban free beach about 40-45 minutes walk an average pitch. The nearest public beach 30-35 minutes walk an average pitch, and the beach is chargeable — 4 YTL person, beach dirty, very short and narrow, beds are fully built in the butt, it is possible to pass only on a single track between the rows of plank beds left and right supplied to each other in the butt. The beach has a nickname — «puddle» because of its contamination. Please, note that the return trip from the city beach is constantly uphill, albeit not very significant for pedestrian, also please note that the road is very confusing in the city and from the first time you may not be remembered. 4.

The hotel is very good and corresponds to its star. Rooms are very nice, bed linen are changed daily, crumbs symbol are excellent, very friendly and responsive. Fed to the slaughter, from the morning until late at night, very varied and tasty. Hotel is far from the sea, not a minus, because walk after gluttony does not hurt. For those who do not like to walk on foot from the hotel and goes to the beach hourly bus with cool driver. The staff is very friendly. Constantly focuses on almost each room. The hotel is resting very little Russian that is not bad. Feel yourself abroad, and not as in Sochi. The hotel has its own beach, but if you missed the Russian language, we offer you to take off your orange bracelets and go to the beach Pasha beach. There is full of Russians and quite decent beach. Animation in the hotel is not bad, but English and German. If you know English will be fun.

I have lots of impressions. The hotel is nice, rooms are comfortable, the food is delicious and varied, especially meat dishes and desserts, fruit, cherry, watermelon and melon. But the small territory, tiny pool, very many foreigners — the Germans and far from the sea. This first is nice, but you get used to anything. While walking on the beach 30-40 minutes you can visit the shops, tours, and just to get acquainted with somebody, in addition there is a pay-Buses every 10 minutes and free Shuttle to and from the hotel 4 times a day. Beach is a public, sea dirty next to the Marina. Worth a visit on a tour of the Islands of the Aegean sea can swim in the clear water and sun. Were rafting — a lot of impressions. Discotheque really liked Black Street and Joy. To communicate useful English, because Russians are very few. In principle rest super! Active and adventure. If you do not want to lie for days on the beach of the hotel rookery of seals, recreation in the city.

The hotel is not near the sea, but this is not a disadvantage, we didn't miss pool, as the beach is along the road! As for the cards, then on day 3 of our presence none of us were not even asked! How many times pass by a reception — so much time with you greet all very nice and friendly! And how great they are in the elderly! Minus was the animation, English, German and not funny! But we do not get upset, because it is rarely spent the evenings in the hotel! Discos in Marmaris just super! So we left with tears in his eyes! Very nice hotel.

Hotels are located nearby, 3 minute walk. The hotel is really good, clean inside, the luxurious and beautiful. Room also clean and comfortable. The staff is very caring. The food is good. Small crap drinks — they on cards via a waiter. Pool is not very big but there is a water slide. In the evening, a good animation, but in English. Russians in the hotel unlike Kervansaray many, but still the bulk — foreigners with children. The sea is not so bad, 15 minutes on foot, bus, near the walking bus. To Bar street 40 minutes. In General, very helpful. If you decide not live by the sea on 1-2 lines, then this hotel is a good choice, not regret.
