Stayed here from the 6th to 20th July an can honestly say the staff could not do enough for us we were a family of 12 an the way we were looked after was unbelievable joe junior an coco were amazing joe went above an beyond to look after us an he made are hoilday the best it could have been I would definitely stay at blue palace again especially if joe an junior were still working there

Second time staying here and enjoyed it again. It’s like a wee hidden gem! I personally prefer the hotel style rooms, breakfast is always lovely, staff are friendly and really helpful. Pool is clean, never a drama for a lounger, drinks are lovely and honestly really well priced compared to some bars. My only criticism during our stay was the noise coming off of certain guests… noise is to be expected but I genuinely don’t think these people were awake all day so they were shouting at the top of their lungs and abusing people just for the sake of it. As it’s a family hotel it would have been appreciated for staff to tell them to zip it rather than guests putting up with it every night (7 full nights of hardly any sleep). I understand everyone comes to have fun but at some point respect for others has to come into play.

A year ago today I ended up in the Turkish hospital very sick. The staff here went above and beyond to get me there and seen I got the right treatment I needed! I would like to take this time time to thank them again. I would 100% return.

For a three-star hotel it is natural not to expect a golden mountain, but cleanly, the staff is very pleasant! (on Russian no one understands, but despite this we understood each other quite well), shower with the rank. The knot is also clean, which is not a little important! The room itself is small, but we didn't need much anymore, because we are not fans of sitting in the hotel and in the room, and for the night is quite a great option.
To the disadvantages I would take: on the balcony is not enough all thought out — two chairs put, and no table (even at least tiny to put a plate, because in the room do not sit, then we went to the beam, ate there fruit and was not very convenient, but not problematic.
The biggest problem is not running the refrigerator. We told the staff that it didn't work, but the change never happened. Because of the lack of knowledge of English, we could not find out everything properly from them and turned to our guide, who supposedly went to understand and all. I guess I didn't want to. But that's a slightly different story.

First time staying at blue palace, enjoyed the pools and the sun lounger area, only real problems were paying for a studio apartment which had a faulty door handle so after being locked in a room with the cleaner myself and girlfriend were moved to a room with 2 single beds, also the shower would now and again stop working, wouldn’t say it’s the worst I’ve stayed in but was disappointed to pay for a studio and be moved to a room with 2 single beds.

Just returned from 2 weeks holiday very friendly staff nothing is too much trouble close to shops beach and blue port had the odd one whinging about everything and nothing but at the end of the day it's not a grand hotel just a small friendly place to stay.

Find this place really good for what you pay, management &staff are very polite, friendly & accommodating. The rooms are kept clean and the food is really nice, would highly recommend it.

Fotos are misleading. Apartment Rooms are Terrible. Hotel rooms are average. Hotel is not far from the beach. Breakfast and dinner are not bad but you need to bring your own coffee. Worst coffee you can ever drink. There are animations every evening. Recepcionist is the very unfriendly.

Marmaris is a great place made better by the staff at blue palace.

Was in this place 4 2weeks last week july 1st week august going by pics on website looked lovely not when u get there r bed was only changed once the whole time we were there apart from when we did it ourselves had to replace towels ourselves got there at 3.30 in the morning was handed room key had to find r own room which we had to carry r cases up 2 flights of stairs the room we were in u couldnt swing a cat nothing like pics at all reported this to rep which we only seen 3 days b4 we left he couldnt of cared less this place is meant to b 3stars wouldnt give it 1 star we were not the only people complaining about this place we look 4ward to getting away but will def not be going to that place again.

Great hotel and staff! Feels like home, all clean and spacious. Food buffet is fab! Cooked to perfection and great taste. No hassle, transfers are great, taxis come within 1 minute when u request for one. Easy to get to places, located at a great place away from the noisy beach but also just at a 5 minute walk so the beach is not far away too. Local shops close too. Staff are excellent always welcoming and smiling. Waiters are like family, always having a laughter, fun to have conversations with, they treat u like family and always respectful. Two pools in the hotel is great, one small for the children n not as deep, and the other pool is great to go for a swim. Overall great experience, would go again soon. Definitely book for 2 weeks, 1 week is not enough…

Horrible AC in family rooms, there is only one AC in one of the rooms, hot lobby, internet works only around the pool, not a good breakfast,

It was so nice and the staff were so friendly and their was a shop in the hotel so you did not have to go out to get water.

A wonderful experience, right from cleanliness of room to entertainment and generosity of the staff making you feel like you are the only person they are dealing with. A special mention to chef, who you can watch cooking your food in an open kitchen, Mehmet and Carlos behind the bar, steve and cengiz waiting on the tables. Who were always running around and nothing was too much for them to make your holiday adn enjoyable and a pleasureable experience. Definitely recommend blue palace. And we are returning next year.

It's a nice and very clean hotel and the staff are exerlent.

I have just spent a week at the blue palace apartments and everything was perfect the food was lovely the accommodation was great and very clean the staff are so friendly and helpful I will definately go back.

Staff are brill, location only 600 mts from beach straight walk shops even closer. If you go you won't be sorry.

A fun little hotel that is a little tucked away, but still walkable to bar street and beaches. English-speaking staff are very helpful and personable. Nice pool area with a resto/bar area that has some entertainment. Room was nice, but not the best bathroom I've seen (peeling bathtub floor, and broken shower head). The price was right — I'd stay there again.
